Honestly find this place to be amazing. The staff has always been the most helpful and lovely, prices are constantly lower than shoppers and the store has fabulous local vibe. Everything one could ask from a pharmacy with out any of the drawbacks.

I often shop at one or two Heart Pharmacies, but this visit was different because I couldn't shop: l had locked my purse, my keys and my phone in my car outside the store. I am so thankful for the staff (shout out to Mai Ling) for patience and assistance in helping me get the BCAA help even though my card was in the car - of course! I usually find the staff at my favourite stores, Cadbury Bay and Ross bay, to be very helpful and kind. But this time was really remarkable!

The poor staff here seem overworked and tired whenever I go in, they preform many duties that they aren't paid enough for. it's sad to see how terribly they treat all the staff besides those who work in the pharmacy. I have stopped supporting these stores since finding out how the "Heart" chain is run.

I have been relying on Ian, Naz, and the gang at Cadboro Bay Pharmacy for over 25 years. I drive past 7 or 8 pharmacists to get to them from my home. The reason for my loyalty is that I feel cared for by the staff. I could go to a pharmacy at Costco or a supermarket, but they would not know me. The staff at the Cadboro Bay know me and work hard to keep me as a client. They are always available to give advice and make recommendations. They have provided superlative care and advice to me, my wife and my son. Thank you.
