While checking out another employee came out to the cashier telling her she had to be tested for covid-19 since she works two job, one being in a restaurant in HRM. Coming up and telling this in front of a line full of customers is the worst thing you could ever do and I wanted to leave my groceries there as I have people in my family that are prone to dying if they get this and I've already had one family friend die. So maybe go and tell your employees in privacy instead of having people come up while they're working and making your customers nervous.

Crazy prices and slow staff. There were 2 cashiers open, long lines (7-8 plus people) formed at both and 5 young workers were all standing and chatting around the customer service desk. Didn't look very professional and was very irritating as a customer. I don't recommend stopping here if you wanna be in and out quick.

I don't usually like to give negative reviews but this is one of the worst Sobeys in HRM. Its not all bad but shelf rotation and produce checking seem terrible as is the restock and variety especially in comparison to other stores. Too many times I have left having accidentally bought out of date food, with milk, cheese and yogurt being the biggest offenders. Vegatables that are not fresh or even rotten inside... watch out for the onions. This is not a commentary on Sobeys in general because there are great stores such as the one on Wyse road, Dartmouth which seems to take pride in its shelves. Please try to model Fall River on that one. It would be so much better.
