Impossible to get through to the Pharmacy by phone to make appointments or prescriptions, not sure if they have the ringer off because I've tried multiple times on 3 days in a row, no answer, can't be that busy, this used to be a great store with great customer service and care, not anymore I'm afraid.

Was trying to get a knee brace, had to return the brace a couple times since they all didn’t fit, then the third time when I decided to return them completely and go buy it somewhere else since these braces weren’t working for me, I’m told they do not return braces because of hygiene problems. Well I returned a brace twice before that a week ago. I guess they like to implement new rules randomly and now I’ve wasted my money. Will not be returning ever to this store. I only tried the brace on once for a couple minutes it was not used. First time shopping at Lawtons in years and it will be the last.

In the store today and tried to get some greeting cards along with other products, cards are supposed to be buy 3 or more and save $4. The cashier couldn't figure out how to apply the discount to the cards and on top of that didn't ask or take my Airmiles, not busy either. I will not be returning unfortunately, don't like being ripped off.

I was on vacation from PEI for a couple of days and had forgotten my medication. The pharmacist was helpful in getting me a small prescription from my original pharmacy and saved me a lot of bad side effects from the withdrawals. I am forever thankful.
