I disagree with Jason down there. This Lawton's pharmacists are nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They respond to prescription drop-offs right away, the wait time is reasonable, and they provide information about the medications prudently. They actually care about their patients unlike the Shopper's Drug Mart pharmacy staff across the street.

It is my go-to pharmacy, I really like the pharmacy staff here, they're some of the nicest I've encountered in the city (there's lots of other good ones too) and I'm comfortable approaching them with any questions. The rest of the store is okay too. Bonus points because they have the Canada Post counter in this one as well.

It's a pretty tiny Lawtons and you can tell it's pretty old. A lot of the merchandise is really cramped in, but I thought it was nice that their giftware merchandise was 40% off

Of all the Pharmacies I have dealt with in my lifetime, I have had the most difficulty here. I do NOT recommend getting your prescriptions or Pharmacy items here. The main Pharmacist routinely treats me like a indigent, criminal, attempting to receive items which I am legally entitled to, though she feels her role is to intervene and to prevent me from getting legitimate medication. I am at the point of filing an official complaint. In a pinch yes, this is a drugstore however there is a 24hour Shopper's Drug Mart across the street where you are treated with respect.

I personally like to drop in to this location. Their makeup selection is different then other nearby drugstores. They carry brands that others don't (e.g. Millani) and have larger selections in some (e.g. NYX). Staff are usually fairly disinterested teens or young adults, so you get left alone. The low ceilings and Lawton's color scheme leave something to be desired.

Canada post is the worst postal service I’ve ever used and the staff at this Lawton’s were extremely unhelpful first time using Canada post to ship a package will be my last.
