You will be able to see all the reviews of real people who use the products of Costco Wholesale (Pharmacy) in Nova Scotia (Canada).
At this moment the firm has a score of 4.4 stars out of 5 and this score is based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, it reaches an opinions average is high, and it is based on a large number of scores, so we can say that the valuation is quite credible. If people have bothered to value when they are pleased with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to place feddbacks when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Pharmacy is included in the category of Warehouse store.
Good place to make purchases for a wide vriety of stuff ranging from foodstuff to clothings to pastries to groceries to beddings to electronics. You must however be a registered member to be able to make purchases from here. Also more often tha not, there is usually a queue during check out but the Costco staff are friendly and very efficient in ensuring that the queue moves swiftly before the waiting becomes uncomfortable.
almost 80% of the people there were wearing masks and they had a booth eight at the entrance where Costco was giving free masks. sanitizer and lysol wipes were easily accessible around the store too. very nice.
Obviously prices are great, but this one has waaay better service than some of the other ones I've been to.
Orillia Costco is our regular stop when heading to see family & friends in Muskoka. Great food selection, gas and sraples.
Okay, I'm biased. I've shopped at several Costco stores in several locations. The layouts are similar so it's easy to navigate. The products are high quality and very reasonable. The drawback is the quantities, but that can be managed by sharing with family or friends, if it's more than you need.
happiest day of my life
I'm not interested in waiting around for "first come, first serve". I pay for a membership, I should be able to make an appointment to get my winter tires put on. I would've bought them elsewhere had I known this. ** I found out days later that appointments can be booked online!!!!! That would've been great information to have the first time I called. Just another example of people not doing their jobs properly.
My husband and I have been coming here for years and always love the variety of items to buy. From great value with Costco's food in bulk or family sizes to great years and household gadgets. One thing I love about is Costco's awesome quality in clothing, always a great selection of seasonal footwear, jackets and apparel for all members of the family including the family fur babies, cats and dogs included. Costco is always a monthly stop on out shopping list and being not only a gold member but also perk buys for preferred customers, and who don't like a deal eh lol
Almost back to normal except still need masks and no sauerkraut or onions for the sausages.
Great new and spacious location, little bit hidden if you are not aware there is a Costco in town. The selection is great though it appears that the produce and fruit levels are scaled due to lighter foot traffic. Easy to get in and get out with much lighter checkout line up or no line ups most of the time
This Costco is the best. It’s way better then the Barrie location. It’s never too busy and always parking. Very easy to get too off the highway. So if you live in Barrie it’s just as close as the one there if your in the east end.
Actually not too busy tonight. Reloaded my KD In the new boxes. Very pleased.
Bought my Nintendo Switch and grass turf online. It was so nice to have delivered to my door.
Love Costco. If you don't mind buying bulk, you'll love it too
I always enjoy shopping in Costco and the customer service is great but, I never find anyone around to help with finding an item.
Well organized and I was in an out
Our First time being there, the service was so positive and very helpful. Even if it was super busy today. Huge Store Great friendly service!! Loved it!
Great place to shop. It was however, extremely busy today. Notwithstanding that, the checkout Lanes moved quite quickly.
Recently moved to the area and went here for a large pantry stock up plus propane. All aspects of visit were easy and convenient. Cheapest place for propane refill and many food items for large family. Will absolutely return soon.
If you want good produce that won't spoil in a few days; Costco is the place to shop. Their fresh produce is better than most supermarkets anywhere in NS.
One of the best Costco out there. Wonderful staff and inventory. Nice parking lot!
Went specifically to the garden centre. Beautiful planters at very reasonable prices.
The staff were mostly friendly, some of them could use a lesson in manners but overall it was a great visit.
Great store, always busy but easy to navigate Cashing out can be the longest process as the lines fill up quick
It's Costco baby lol. What more do you need to know? Pay attention because in June there's a fireworks sale that they have that's insane!
Crazy busy here today. No masks required today either. Still lots of things that I picked up where still on sale at a reduced price. Love my Skinny Pop popcorn!!!!
They have such wonderful staff that is very helpful when in need. Today there was a women at the checkout with a 3 year old and a baby that looked only a few weeks old. The lady was struggling and she had to change her baby. One of the staff helped her with her cart and went to the washroom with her. Thumbs up costco!
My favourite Costco. You can always depend on helpful staff, hundreds of stocked items and a super clean store. They have everytjing from snownlowers to the best rotisserie chicken in the city for the best price. You're entore family can eat and stuff their faces for under $2 a person at the little cafeteria and and they always have their toppings stocked! I love shopping at the Dartmouth location as their items are easy to locate and I never have a hard time grabbing anything up high as their staff are always available to assist you with heavy items and/or unreachable items. I recommend their bulk fruits and vegetables as they are always freshness guaranteed and their return policy is great if you're unhappy with any of their products. Go to this Costco of you want a great shopping experience.
Costco in Pg has awesome service, from the tire shop right to the pharmacy. Keep up the good work.
Way busier than it probably should have been.
Lots of good stuff... bring recyclable fabric bags... that's my tip... lol huge ice cream cones on the way out... lol
This warehouse was clean, organized and so many great deals. Also, the staff were all friendly, welcoming and so very helpful, especially the customer service desk staff. It's worth the cost of having a membership with Costco. I bought one for my daughter and fiancé as a Christmas gift!
love this place and awesome parking and easy access wheel chair access.
My children love the stuff I get at Costco. This is the most North Costco after Sudbury. It's a Costco with gas.
Grest shopping experience at Costco until you get to the checkout where usually long lines await.
I've seen this Costco discriminate against customers with disabilities.
Much better than the Halifax Costco; bigger inside, laid out better with wider lanes and a lot more parking spaces. We were there on a Wednesday morning and there wasn't a lot of people there. I will be definitely be back.
Always great deals and fabulous return policy here. They are limiting quantities on certain products which should have been done weeks ago! All this hoarding during an epidemic is a sad commentary on the me me me aspects of our society! I've seen narcissism destroy many relationships, marriages and it's working on wrecking a country south of our border with a very narcissistic leader in charge! Anyhow end of my rant, we do enjoy shopping at Costco which is the world's second largest retailer now! We have the executive membership and the Costco credit card which pays for our membership in rebates and more every year!
This place is a covid nightmare. The staff are not washing hands or sanitizing between orders. They refuse to allow us to handle our own groceries there is no directions for aisles and no enforcement of public health guidelines.
I can’t stand how busy Costco has gotten. It’s way to much to handle! The fact I need to fight for parking suggests it’s to busy for me to even be bothered! Otherwise, the store is clean, staff is friendly and it’s a good place to shop.
Crowded parking lot but flow in the store and at the checkout was good.
Friendly staff,great prices and deals
I love Costco. It's a great store and I like the employees. But this review is about my experience with the Capitol One Mastercard. I applied for it almost a month ago and have only just now received it in the mail. My partner applied for hers five weeks ago and is still waiting. When I was signing up for it, despite having ID, the lady at the desk typed in my name incorrectly and I had to go through the entire process again which was strange and frustrating. Then I waited and waited for my card. It arrived today with a different typo in my name. In order to have a replacement card sent I was asked to write a letter with picture id and send it in by post. Um, no. I told them no way and that I would cancel the card if they didn't find a way to avoid me having to do this. They said it couldn't be avoided so I cancelled my card, payed the balance and that's that. SO! If you are getting a CapitalOne card tippled check that they haven't botched it because it'll be a big long tedious affair otherwise. Pretty big mistake on their part. I carry a Visa with a 27,000 limit and use it for everything. Lame Costco, lame.
The entire design of everything from parking lot to interior design is AMAZING. Tons of room everywhere to move around even when people stop to socialize in the aisles you can still get past. I LOVE IT. Everything about the design is amazing.
Nice new costco in Orillia. Not as busy as most in GTA and Barrie. Staff is friendly.
This location is ok. Clean and Brite With good selection of all things you may need. It was my first visit and way too busy for my taste but I will visit again at some point during less hectic hours.
I like there good food and drinks and clothes
Amazing selection of products from food to electronic and beauty products. The clothing offered is brand name like Calvin Klein.
Great place to shop for items and bulk item's... Great customer service.
I love Costco! You can get everything here at great prices. It's always busy but the cashiers are amazing at their job so you never wait too long in line. Propane, photos and books are such incredible prices!
Helpful reps , they helped me get products I had never bought there before, and always the best gas prices!
Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I always spend way too much money here. Other than that it's Costco... It's awesome.
Doing a good job protecting customers, but even handicap poeple have the right to shop and we need someone in to help loading / unloading . I do not want people shopping for me I want to pick up my own food.
Great store but hard to find staff to help you...stop moving stuff around!!
Amazing for buying certain items with a large and generally clean large store with samples and a great consecion
Great place to shop. Whether it be bulk food, appliances, electronics, tire swaps or gasoline. Costco has it all. Just make sure you are getting your consumer needs taken care of between 7:00PM-8:30PM during the weekdays. Otherwise you will face the very busy warehouse and checkout line.
Either the cheapest lunch date (hotdogs) or the most expensive (grocery shopp--OMG I need that random cool thing!)
We keep coming back. Eggs, Bulk Meats. The occasional treats for school snacks for the kids. Mostly just for Meats and Protein Bars. Friendly staff. Sometimes help is far to find. But when you can get ahold of someone, fast and courteous.
Generally a very good Costco. Staff are friendly and helpful, the layout is pretty standard and it has full amenities. The parking layout can make finding a spot difficult on a busy day, but overall it's a good place to grab many things.
Must be good, as I keeping spending money there. Haha, seriously though, staff are great, never a problem if I return product that I change my mind on. They are more than happy to help with carry out items. I shop there at least once a week, and buy gas and propane as well, which is also a great money saver.
Costco is always a bit overwhelming - crowds of impatient and pushy shoppers, frequently irritable staff, an almost chaotic layout that remains inconsistent between branches - but overall it's a great place to go for occasionally remarkable deals, and the side hustles (optometrists, pharmacists, etc) are really friendly and helpful.
Helpful, happy people work here! Large and clean store. Nice variety. The gas bar has lots of room and wasn't squashed in as an afterthought. The parking is well laid out with walking paths between the rows of cars so you don't have to walk in the driving aisles
Great service easy to find everything . Large selection of products
Hearing Aid staff were very helpful.
Busy location but you can be in and out pretty quick if you just buzz around. The parking lot is pretty good with not too much of and issue to find parking. The Costco food court is always a must hit to get some chicken wings. The gas bar isn’t very busy and it’s the cheapest fuel anywhere. I enjoy coming to this Costco Over any in the city.
Always friendly staff, well kept store and easy to navigate.
This place is amazing for the deals and no one can resist a costco dog and a drink for 1.50 on the way out. I will say this the workers need to be less aggressive when haggling you in the door tho.
It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but masks are mandatory and offered at the door if you happen to forget yours. There are hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Cleanliness is, as always, top notch.
Ever the ageless wonder, Costco continues to impress with always being ready with whatever we need. Thanks Costco!
Unique items and good bulk prices.
Good place to shop if you know your prices. Items are of an above quality but you can buy certain stuff for better prices elsewhere. Also not only this Costco location but every one that I have been in needs a complete rework of their checkout procedure. So frustrating trying to pay for your goods at the checkouts. They need to better lay them out so customers are not like cattle in a pen so conjested and frustrating always getting hit from behind by a cart of people trying to get through.
Here you can find anything! Salads etc are big! Plan before you spend! Always fresh!
Best shopping store and amazing staff. Worth the membership by far!
About 90% of the time I get super friendly service from the cashiers and the door people. A few times I went, there were 3 carts behind me that were more full than mine, and 2 in front of me that were as full as mine. The 2 extremely full …
5/5 for overall store. But 1 star for your tire centre... i would recommend better more informative service from the manager. You should also look into your tire policy.. Anthony was very nice and helpful give that guy a raise. Ended up getting everything I wanted done from Midas down the road (oil change and tires). Though i am a member I will not use or recommend anyone using the tire center.
This Costco location is amazing in comparison to other that I have been to
Costco was, well Costco! Well kept massive store with many things, decent deals on items in bulk and good looking food. I shop here frequently and often walk out with more then I wanted, but it's always worth the trip.
Busy but the go to place for Men's White T-shirts! Helpful staff and many lines including self checkout help mitigate the large numbers of people in one place.
I love Costco, what I don't like is that shut down the self serve check out isle! That made things a little quicker, I do understand though people will use these self checkout for buggies full of product, but I think they should be reserved as a quick check out with 16 items or less line ! Just a thought! Pull in more quick customers!
Typical Costco, though leave extra time for the tills. Staff are great, but as it's the only Costco in Northern BC, tends to be a lot of people with big loads, as people making long drives into Prince George for supplies. Slows it down a bit. Northern problems!
Good place to get groceries for large families. Friendly atmosphere and inexpensive place to eat a hot meal!
I purchased tires from Costco online and set up an appointment to have them installed. I showed up on time and waited for the job to be completed. Several days later I discovered that one of the tire weights wasn't installed correctly and therefor the weight would just spin around the rim. I took the car back and they would refuse to fix this simple issue unless I booked another appointment. I understand that they are busy BUT I already made an appointment to have them installed correctly once. I shouldn't have to make another appointment for them to fix their mistake. This is absolutely ridiculous. The tires were supposed to be installed correctly the first time. I experienced the worst customer service in my life from the tire centre manager as well as the on duty manager. I will never purchase tires or have them installed from Costco again. They only care about taking your money and not fixing a problem if it's discovered.
We haven't been members but are joining now!!
Checked last night to see what time the store was opened and it said 8am. Came down and it’s only 8 for seniors and now I have to wait an hour.
Always love going there! Although for customers just going shopping it is very frustrating to get around with all the free food groupies!!!
Omg so much cheaper then walmart. My hubby and I went a little crazy in here when we first got our Costco card. Lol almost $600 later. My eyes went really big but we were Christmas shopping. And Believe me it is way cheaper then w-mart I got ripped off at w-mart lol wanted to refund my toys i bought before we went shopping at Costco hahaha
Not crowded. Fast in, get what you want and get out.
New member to Costco. Really like the new options in food, produce, dairy, housewares, clothing.
I love Costco. My favorite shopping place.
Good Costco overall, has enough floor space and parking to handle volume of customers. Although there are some peak hours where checkouts can be packed.
A bit crowded but easily found everything
Best prices around. Way better value and food quality than any grocery store. The membership pays for itself dont let it deter you, with the savings alone and not even the in store specials. Then there's the cash back then the Costco Mastercard cash back on top of that which is granted to you on purchases in other stores not just Costco. Give it a try you won't be dissapointed. It is also so well organised. They easily get large numbers in and out in very little time.
What can I say, it's Costco. The selection is usually great, they are rarely out of stock of anything I buy regularly, only sometimes ground pork. Almost always the cheapest place to get gas in town.
But products at wholesale rate and remember that everything you will buy in bulk. So be prepared for that.
Great location ... well staffed and the lines move at a decent pace. This location has everything you'd come to expect from Costco. Location has a gas bar and propane filling station as well.
Costco is probably the best place to shop in town. Offering a perfect combination of value and quality with an always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Having worked in a Costco once I can vouch it is a great place. Best deals are items that end in .97¢ .88¢ and .00¢ (search Google for Costco price codes for the full breakdown)
Cashiers are rude and the managers follow They have some very unacceptable behavior. I'm fortunately it makes it hard for the good ones to get recognition
Decent but be sure to price check...
Newer costco with typical layout and all the amenities
Busy but very little wait at checkout.
Outstanding staff, super clean facility, and great sales. Costco is the #1 store to buy groceries, clothing, and medical products in PG. Their pharmacy is cheaper than others in town and their optometry department is great. Meat from Costco, especially beef, tastes better than from Save-on. The food court has cheap deals and is great to grab a quick lunch.
Everyone is safe, follows covid well, it's cleaned well and organized. Lots of bulk items that everyone likes. Love costco
Perfect stop after or before work or cottage and it's never busy. Only Costco I know of where I wait less than 5 minutes in line to pay. Very clean and staff very helpful with a good different product lineup then the city Costco's.
It was a bit busy but the check out lines went by very quickly! Staff where very helpful
Costco. Great stuff, great quality. Fantastic staff. It's a Costco though - what more can one say? My only beef is pushing the Exec Memebership and the credit card. I don't shop there enough for either of those things as I don't live in PG.
I always try and make it to this one even though it's out of my way, a little less busy and chaotic then Barrie location, nothing unique about layout they are all essentially the same just the convenience of not being in a huge mob of people every time
Best Costco place, it is not too busy to shop. They have stuffs other Costco don't have. Love it.
I have used my Costco Cash Card as a means of buying fuel while enroute to Alaska. I have purchased fuel without need of a membership card every visit to a Costco since early May 2017 using the cash card. Occasionally, I will use it to buy a drink or hot dog from the food center. However, I was told after having used the very same Costco card in Vancouver two days before, I would need a day pass to enter this Costco. The entrance employee was kind and understood me when I said I used it in Vancouver, Calgary, and several locations in the U.S. I was told to see the membership desk to clarify, which made sense. Upon walking to the membership desk another employee stopped me and said it is required to have a membership to use the Cash Card at a fuel station or Costco register. I explained I only use it for fuel, including using it just now to buy fuel, and occasionally buy a hot dog. She said at this Costco it is required to have a membership when using the Cash Card. Since this contradicts what I was told when buying the card in May, as well as my use across locations in the U.S., BC, and Alberta, I was surprised to learn I couldn't enter without a day pass or purchase fuel without a membership. This is disconcerting, especially since I have preloaded the card with over $700.
I purchased $1300 of flooring and our help was not great. We picked up the next day, but couldn't find timely help at the front as they kept bouncing us from customer service and the tills. We also had a truck in the loading zone ready to pick up the load however we kept getting kicked out of the identified pickup location because the in-store help couldn't help. If the price wasn't the best I would have returned everything.
Lots of space for distancing friendly associates
Very cleanly store. Well-lit and great selection. Customer service was on par. I would recommend going in the morning though as it can get quite busy.
Great Warehouse selling. Huge variety of everything - groceries in bulk from canned goods to fresh veggies and fruit, great looking fresh meat selection, frozen food section, eggs, milk, yogurt, baked goods, household appliances both big and small, books, some clothes, and electronics including TVs, desk top computers, laptops, iPads etc and some accessories for these, printers and HP ink cartridges, health items like creams, shampoo, soaps, razors, vitamins, Tylenol, Reactine and too many items to mention all. A full pharmacy with best dispensing fee and prices. Don’t have to be member to use the pharmacy. Eye glass centre, Hearing side centre. Cell phone booth etc. I find this Dartmouth Crossing Warehouse to be more spacious and doesn’t seem as difficult to manoeuvre a disability mobility cart. I love the mobility carts provided by the front door as long as they aren’t all in use. It is a large space. I live near the Halifax store but often go to this Dartmouth one. More open and more cashes to get people checked out.
It seems like covid has given some members of the staff their first taste of control and power. I feel for the people in their lives
I only go to Costco about once every two years and it always blows my mind the stuff they have in there for the prices. I always go in looking for certain things and leave with way more then intended. Only disappointing things this year was it's already Oct 17th and there were no pumpkin pies! I did make it up with 2kg of Dino Sours though!
Great prices. Amazing staff. Covid alert.
Great staff who are always able and willing to point you in the right aisle. Checkout is pretty flawless, even with the new Covid-19 protocols.
Not much home items this visit, but Costco is always an interesting experience. Food is extremely cheap but not eat-in currently. Crowds were not bad, but it does get frustrating when others cut infront of you while waiting to look at something, or zig zag around getting in the way. The line up is really long (to spread people out) but it goes by very quickly!
Always a great place to shop! Grade A service! Friendly staff!
Only have a card as my son gets me 1.I do not feel comfortable in that store.Go in buy my toilet paper which is a good buy and the pork roasts every 2 months.I find some of the staff friendly enough but boy oh boy some of them are so snobby it makes me ill.No I do way better at other grocery stores.Every 2 mths. is enough for me.
What can I say it's Costco. Lots of great items at a good price with good service.
Costco is a great place to shop in quantity and quality. I love getting samples of products which I then often purchase. The snack bar is fabulous with really low prices. Gas is so cheap there compared to anywhere else!
Absolutely love this Costco. Always clean and friendly service. Always find what we are looking for and then some.
Pretty Big Costco and a different variety of clothing opposed to the lower mainland Costco’s,
Shopping at Costco in Prince George is consistently a great experience. Staff are friendly. We enjoy the ample size parking spaces that advocate full size vehicles, the product selection and the samples.
Definitely the best one than halifax costco. The staff are friendly. Very well maintained. I always spend at least 25% more than I need to lol. But they always have the best return policy on good quality products The new Pizza they started is not that good as the previous one. More bread but the previous on tasted better. I find the poutine they serve here is bigger in portion than the one in halifax costco. I don't know if it's cost less!
Was in at Costco just before New Year's. Looking at big screen TVs. The worker we dealt with in electronics was very helpful. And explained the TV very well.
Take time to shopyou font want miss out on the greatest savings
Pretty crowded on Saturday. Now that they have self checkout it is better. I tend to get only 3 or 4 items so it is better with the self checkout
Excellent selection of all your Family members needs. From food to clothing and tv and outdoor furniture, they have it all and at Excellent prices.
Only been to two Costco, here and Halifax. Both are terrific! Good staff, everything pretty efficient and clean, safe considering Covid. Sometimes things are a good deal, a convenience, or you can't find it elsewhere... Since Covid started some products are hard to find, or just not available... Always a good experience shopping there.
Love Costco. To make good savings you need to know your prices, item sizes, and shop wisely. Rebates are worth watching and can add up quickly. PHARMACY has lower fill prices as does the OPTOMETRY section. If you buy any amount over a year an Executive maybe worth it with the rebate $. Different things at different locations.
wish Abbotsford had diesel I would full up there all the time
Who doesn't love COSTCO!!! This is the only one in town and it's is BUSY. love sampling their yummy foods here, and the little food court has some great choices. This place is clean and easy to find what your looking for. Love their selection of clothing and food. Don't forget to check out the first front till area when you walk in, they have lots of clearance items there and I find some good deals. Parking lot sometimes is a nightmare to find a spot. Their gas bar is like waiting in line at the border, always long and packed, but the gas prices are good and so is their gas.
It's Costco, so it'll be busy of course. I go on the off-peak hours so there's lots of parking and the staff are always helpful. Also a treasure trove of vegan grocery options too if you look carefully.
Pg Costco is always great! I do 90% of my shopping here!
Busy as ****! A weird experience actually....the food taster people are there....with food....unopened and in package....ya can't taste it....they're just standing there with it. Weird
I love costco! We have a big family and this place has the bulk items we need most. The food is spectacular the fruit and veggies are fresh and delicious. The service is amazing. I shop here 3 or 4 times a week. Plus the restaurant is quick yummy food for a good price. My favorite place in town!
It's set up like a typical Costco. I find the lines at the cashier's to be really fast. As well the majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It's fine. Busy as usual.
It is my most favorite shopping store which is always the first priority to go! The return policy is awesome, never worry to purchase for a try! Just load it up your car and return one or more items you don’t like later without any hustle!
A little busy this time. But otherwise still clean, great service and some good deals!
Staff helpful if you are overcharged. Mask adherence about 60%. Still the cheapest propane from Quesnel to MacKenzie.
This is an ok Costco I guess.... its lacking variety and most of the things I can get at Walmart for less. It good for a few regular items but this particular location kinda sucks for selection
Gas Bar..... Cheapest & Best gas around !
Been a member for a long time. They have never disappointed. 30 years of awesome!
Great prices but very busy and hard to get around in the store. Really hectic.
My local Costco. It's well managed and staffed. Many of the same people have been there for a long time. Excellent prices, quality and service. Never an issue for any kind of returns if needed. Everything you'd expect when you go to Costco.
A good place for certain big ticket items like 100" TV or a $2500 watch. The pharmacy is as good as any and of course cheap hotdogs but definitely not the place for groceries. I could not get half of what I wanted there but if you are looking for 3-packs of steroided beef roasts raised on antibiotics and trucked in from Nevada then this is the place for you. If you like to pay for a membership to be permitted to give them money then this is your store!
Like most Costco's has a lot of bulk items at a good price. Staff can be a little hard to find but when you find them they're always super helpful and willing to run across the store for you when you forgot something!
Lots of good things to say about Costco. Product quality is always high. Price is always reasonable. Employee satisfaction and retention reflects high management standards and customer service is top notch. I can spend my money here guilt-free. As an added bonus, if you need ethanol-free gas for your small engine tools, you can get the 91 octane.
Very busy although the staff were monitoring the lines to make them move quickly this has been my first visit since before Thanksgiving and I was annoyed and anxious by the amount of people in the store. It was nearly impossible to maneuver the aisles without breaching distancing protocol and nearly every patron had no problem encroaching your personal space. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and may not be back. That's just me. You do you.
Excellent as always. Friendly staff and they opened a till once they saw it was getting busy.
The store is great. What needs to be improved is a new hires at the tire shop. I told the guy at the till that my car tires are 225/45r18 in the front and 245/45r18 in the back. And I even showed him then I had to wait 2 hours to get my winter tires put on when I got back they put the 245s in front of the car while the 225s are in the back so they totally messed up that situation and quote the tires were all filled up correctly until I pointed out the mistake they did with the tires and so they brought them in right away and then they tell me that they are going to put the one winter tire on and since my back tire is supposedly had a nail in it from their parking lot they were going to put my summer on and it will be okay I do not recommend going to this place to get your tires changed over
Always find the staff pleasant and helpful. Good variety of products.
Quality products. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is clean and well organized. They carry lots of niche food items as well, like gluten free. Great selections of cheeses and meats, and the specialty cheeses are far cheaper than most other stores. Their pre-made meals are delicious, whether it's a pasta dish, pot pie, or ready-to-cook seasoned meats. The diverse and expansive product selections makes this a one stop shop location. Professionally operated. Highly recommended. Costco earns 5 stars!
I filled up the truck with fuel.. great price. I seem to like all Costcos' that I visit either for food or fuel
This location is well organized and flows nicely. Go later in the evening and you get to shop basically by yourself as it's empty of other shoppers
Nice Costco. We have always had to go the the Costco in Ancaster(ridiculously busy no matter what time of day)This one either felt bigger because the aisle are actually wider or because it's not as busy as what were used to..regardless it was a relatively enjoyable trip to Costco
I never leave Costco empty handed, always find what I have on my shopping list and often much more. Found employees willing to assist when asked, always polite and courteous. Store is clean and I keep going back. Returns are the easiest I have ever seen.
Great staff, well organized, ample parking. By far the better Costco in Nova Scotia.
Great experience. Expert staff help, even during busy times. Clean, efficient and well laid out. Not as chaotic during the day (we were there Friday late morning).
Best Costco ever!!!! The isles seem to be a bit wider (or is that my imagination) and its always so clean. Special kudos to the people handing out samples--they are always friendly.
Costco used to be my favorite store but recently I have found the product mix stale. Good prices, limited selection
Good deals. Seasonal items are random, keep checking back for new things.
Good prices, fresh produce. Lots of good things there!
The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a new Costco. Picked up my membership here after moving to the city and the staff were so friendly, efficient and happy. I’ve never had such a positive Costco experience. Parking and the gas bar are no issue and lines are minimal and move swiftly. My partner said they’ll start coming to Costco with me again after visiting this location on a Saturday! London, Newmarket and Barrie stores need to take note.
By time went in, spouse coming out, so missed the boar lol
Employees Professional , Courteous and very helpful
I like the hot dogs and friendly staff
Hard not to love Costco - the staff here go out of their way to make your visit pleasant, with warm smiles and friendly service. The parking is good, the store is well kept and the shelves well-stocked. Someone is always nearby tidying up the displays, or wiping down tables in the cafe.
Such a nice place. During our visit on march 13 at 12:30 I noticed the Ladies in the food service area are so pleasant, courteous, and work well as a team even while being busy. I sure hope they get to see this.
Honestly, google... please stop asking me every time I go here how COSTCO is! It’s Costco! It’s got the goods!
Got some good deals, great little food court too.
Lots of parking, avoid weekends, best food court.
Great selection, helpful staff. Costco stores are all pretty standardized, but there are slight selection differences between here and the Bayer's Lake location. Dartmouth Crossing is easier to navigate than Bayers Lake, which is poorly designed for traffic.
We went there to buy television and my card didn’t worked then I pay her cash but my cash is not enough to pay then I went to atm machine and withdraw.Brooklyn waited patiently and nicely.Such a wonderful experience!Good people always good people!Thank you so much
Good selection and quick service at checkout. Have never had any issues.
Always good value shopping but most times I will pay a little more somewhere else because the very inconsiderate people that shop there.
Prices suck, lines can be a shot show. But the quality of product and service is top notch.
I am very thankful to have this Costco so close to our little town. I have had nothing but positive experiences here whether it was returning merchandise or dealing with the staff, etc. We've been here since this Costco first came to town. Keep up the good work!
Best place to buy your prescriptions with the least expensive dispensing fees????
Love Costco as they have great prices and such a variety of food and products.
Great layout for parking. No much variety for the kinds of fruit we like such as plums or nectarines. The quality of the food they sell is good.
Not too bad miss all the free samples though need covid gone to enjoy stuff again lol
The staff are always so nice ????
I love Costco. Their customer service is excellent and their return policies is the best there is!
If you can go here instead of the Barrie one, I assure you it's 100% worth it. Legit the cleanest costco I've ever been to, staff are amazing and our 2 year old loves going here because all the staff make him laugh. The guys and girls who work in the food/kitchen are great too! Our fave supermarket from Toronto to here. And they have just as much of the fancy/alternative food as the city stores- just a million times cleaner and with better service.
Self check out is a feature I had not seen before. Sooooo much quicker than standing in line behind people with full carts when I only had a few items
Clean, organized, lots of choices. Good price. Quick and easy check out.
Nice store. They are all really the same, but this one is a few weeks behind on price drops compared to southern stores. If you are into 500lb people, the food court has many people who like fried foods. Makes me hungry but then again I just used my credit card for an 89 cent soda.
There is no comparison between the Costco in Orillia and the Costco in Brampto (3 star). The Orillia location is considerably better than what you find in the Brampton area. Orillia location is clean, organized and supported by great staff....... when I'm in need of a larger grocery purchase the Orillia location is my go to destination
Better than last time... still wish folks would keep their distance. Note that non-essential areas are blocked. Tha k you, Costco @
I love shopping at Costco and will stock up on groceries there whenever I can get into the city. I will often bring a friend with me and have 2 subtotals on the one Bill. I have never before had an issue with using a different debit card, but this time they wouldn't let my friend pay for her portion of the total with her bank card. I had to go wait at a customer service desk while my friend used her debit card at the bank machine, incurring an extra service charge, so she could then pay for her order in cash. It sure seemed like they were just trying to get her to buy her own membership, which would make no sense for her as she only ever goes to Costco with me because she has no vehicle and it's not so easily accessed by public transit. We were not impressed by the extra trouble and longer wait time to process our order... Usually Costco employees are fast, efficient and happy to take payment and clear the way for the next customer. They told me it was store policy and were not forthcoming about when this policy was put in place.
For a Costco, this disserves a 5 star. Always parking available, great selection and quick cashier's. Additionally tons of restaurants around and quick access to the highways.
As a resident of Orillia on. We're glad to have a Costco in town. Saves driving to Barrie.
Costco is the greatest store ever. Not many people, the best deals on the best products, and amazing customer service!!! I will never shop anywhere else.
Costco is great place they get a well deserved 5 stars++++
Love shopping here... Very close to my sons home when we visit Dartmouth.
Got everything we wanted and needed at a fair price. Successful trip.
Always a great visit. Live the fast checkout.
Excellent products, great prices, terrific customer service. Orillia is one of Costco's best Canadian stores.
Love this place great prices
As a senior, love being able to shop at 8 a.m. Great selection of organic products.
Not a member, just went in for the hotdog deal $150 for a hot dog and a fountain drink!!
Great service, the taste testers were very sweet today.
Went and ate all the samples, great samples as usual. I also did a bit of shopping and stopped by the deli. If you want a perfect date, just walk around Costco and get all the samples multiple times. Walk up seperately from your date and ask to grab a sample for your partner as well and vice versa, it works every time!!
Found many interesting items and good deals.
Love this place. Not overcrowded. Great variety and helpful staff.
Busy PLACE and I have a hard time buying just those things I came for lol, but I find with control and careful consideration of the quantity and quality I come out on top. The staff are pleasant and polish sausage and fries with gravy or pizza mmm. Sorry gotta go.
really good deals
Online mix up but Davis and Don fixed it. I had ordered my tires online for my truck. I got an email saying they were shipped and I thought they were in. I called the store and someone told me they were there. (honest mistake) after alot of huffing and puffing on my end, i had to come back a week later. I actually showed up to shop a day before my appointment. DON said he would RUSH my truck in and get them done while I was having dinner down the street. When I came back DAVIS took the time and explained everything in great detail to me and this team took very good care of me. Davis and Don should be recoginized for their efforts and service. The only negitive I have is not with the guys but with Costco itself. Costco should supply the tire shop with a "tire shine" cleanee. It would make the freshly installed tires look sooo much better. When you spent over $1200 on tires it would have been nice to see "shiny" tires.
Its costco! It has pretty much everything you need in a store from food to electronics. Free samples everywhere to have while you shop! The food from the food court is good. Cant beat that $1.50 hotdog and refillable pop! Though the food court staff seemed really stressed out about 60% of the time I go there! Wish they took visa at times but it's not a deal breaker! Gas is usually 4-5 cents cheaper then all of orillia too!
awesome service, grest prices, huge choices of items
Not everything is there that was last week. Had to go on to another warehouse to get what was needed.
Hardly anyone in Costco. Lots of interesting stuff to check out. There was an very interesting demo on a pellet BBQ. It's quite amazing all the cooking a person could do on it; more so than a regular BBQ. Worth checking out.
Nice place to buy food for the whole family Costco is the best place to shop. Personally I buy frozen blueberry there every weekend. Dry fruits and nuts are the whole story, mixing it with deserts, salads creating snacks. Frozen vegetables make your life easier, no need to wash or cut, just pan it, add spices and it is perfect. Meat and fish are fresh and inexpensive. Yours and dairy offer different options and good for every person Costco is the perfect place if you are looking g for affordable and easy shopping
Costco is one of my favorite places to shop. They always have what I need. Always sweet deals.
I enjoy the bulk purchases and fair prices, but I honestly prefer shopping in smaller fresher quantity. When shopping for one its a bit much for groceries... however the merchandise is at a good price when shopping for small it or larger items.
Great place, this is my favorite place, you can get what you want. Its well worth getting the card and do shopping here.
Don't order electronic here. The warranty is nice but the delivery is very bad. They make you arrange a day a couple weeks prior, then try to schedule the delivery on any day they feel like. Maybe in store is better but the delivery is terrible. TCL delivery cannot make the stated appointment, they didnt even know there is one. The delivery is contracted out by costcco to Custom Delivery and they contract it out again to places like TCL delivery.... and do not pass on the information needed, like the scheduled delivery date.
What can I say except, I LOVE COSTCO!! The new store opening in Orillia was much anticipated and I was there on opening day and probably three more times opening week. I feel like Costco should give me a comission considering how many times I send people there for various things. My friend recently texted me where a particular product was and she found it exactly where i said it was! Lol. People ask me if its worth the cost of membership and it absolutely is. We have the executive membership plus the costco mastercard. We get loyalty dollars on both when we use the credit card. Its a little like double dipping. We get almost $500 back each year which pays the membership three times over. They have excellent prices on over-the-counter medicine and the rotisserie chickens are a bargain instant dinner. Speaking of dinner, grab a delicious, huge, cooked four cheese pizza from the lunch counter on your way out for under $11 with tax. Thats less than you would pay at a decent pizza place . YUMMY! Also, have you tried the soft serve ice-cream??????
Service was excellent. The gentleman at the register was very good about explaining that Costco Canada's card was a MasterCard while the Costco US card was Visa. Something I had not known. Very happy I had thought to get Canadian cash before leaving home.jo
A wholesale outlet of food, appliances, electronics and some hardware items. Store is clean, staff are helpful and returns are easy with no hassle. Parking lot offers "respectful" parking with double boundary lines between parking spaces. A good place to shop for bulk items.
Wanted some medium ground beef, don't carry it. The lean ground beef they had expires today. Not very friendly in the meat section. I can go to a cheap grocery for bad meat.
It's a Costco...the receipt checker was very through and caught that I was missing my speaker...I guess my patience paid off.????
The place is awesome. Just don't like that it already has Christmas stuff out already
Gives out disposable masks. So far, the best store-bought rotisserie chicken than Sobeys and Superstore. Their chicken wings are the best! And pizza and ice cream, too! ???????? For bulk buying, go to Costco.
Wonderful experience to look/shop at! Get things there you can't find elsewhere!
A favorite place to shop because of volume and the pricing compared to retail stores... Plus you can find appliances kitchenware excetera excetera at much better prices
Busy place this season. Awesome staff. Health practices are good
Costco Dartmouth Crossing is a great store to shop at. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and fast to serve customers. I find this store REALLY busy and can be overwhelming at times. If sensory challenges and/or anxiety is a concern, I'd recommend avoiding weekends and early afternoons.
I came here with my daughter she is a cardholder, I went to pay for her stuff that she wanted and the cashier was super rude to me and my daughter. He raised his voice at my daughter and was standing there red faced and angry looking. Other then the super rude cashier we had a good experience they have so many great deals.
A great Costco. Well organized and friendly customer service.
I love Costco. It can be busy as hell, somethings can be a bit expensive, but they have alot under one roof and in large amounts. Win win. Everyone is quite helpful. Ice lost a bank card while.on the go and had it at the main office for pickup when I went there 10 minutes later, 5 minutes after realizing it was gone, and going back to look where I'm pretty sure I dropped it. Try samples to date hunger and keep the rug rats under control, or hit the cafeteria and grab something more filling if need be. Gas, tires, propane, indoor, outdoor, clothes, food... The list goes on. So get on down and get your air conditioned shop on, with a parking lot that has spaces big enough for even the biggest jerk, in the biggest truck. Well... Maybe!
Went for my eye appt ordered new glasses. Great service.
Costco is a place that you already know if you like or not they are a huge warehouse style bulk store. You buy things there in large quantities and often at a discount. The fact they charge for a membership is mildly annoying but in no way a problem as generally so long as you shop they around once a month you will have saved the value of the membership. It is generally very busy on weekends but the lineups are usually moving fast enough the length of them won't be a problem.
The only place to go for non perishable foods, many electronics, pharma. Hard not to spend way more than planned but I'm rarely disappointed. If I am, they have a great track record of full money returns for me.
Terrible customer service. Probably the worst I have ever experienced. My pregnant wife was denied entry. She needed help to shop, I had to go in alone. They lied about the "laws" to enforce a one person per household policy, which wasn't in the membership contract we signed. We paid for an executive membership, that is now cancelled. Treat your customers with a little compassion and respect!
Costo is a busy store, with some good deals. They are taking care of Covid-19 protocols, the staff is usually friendly, but I wouldn't recommend it to risk groups, still a pretty crowded and unfriendly place.
Clean and comfortable shopping. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Amazing products, just bought a Traeger grill. Good times coming!????
It's same as other Costco's only difference is the location and staff working there which makes the difference. This particular one has friendly staff and it's never super busy or long wait for the cash register.
It's a big box store. Not my favourite, but staff are very helpful & friendly.
Great location, fresh and bran new. Staff are very happy and friendly. Floors are sweaped clean and all the items are on the shelf nice and neat. Cashier's are very fast and with the assistance with extra help to make sure everything goes back into the cart. If you need to make a quick stop or do a month's worth of groceries. This is the perfect one stop shopping experience.
Who doesn't love Costco? Plus you can eat while you shop
Great store if you like going through airport security and paying for the privilege.
If you know costco then you know what I'm going to say. Great deals in huge items, but I never leave there without spending at least $200.
I drive from Barrie to shop here even though there is a Costco here. I can easily find parking, the store is far less crowded and the lines at the cash are smaller. The whole experience is just more relaxing and pleasant when compared to the Barrie location.
Great experience at this location. Cashiers are helpful and offer help where needed. Great layout.
The very best of the Costco stores! It is never crazily lined up, the parking is great and the staff are superb!!! Forget Barrie and Newmarket. There is never parking at those two stores.
Great place fair prices but should have a fast lane for check out
Love Costco for their reasonable price for baby formula and kids lunch snacks
It is a great place. I love the samples regularly. Now that we are in the midst of Covid-19, they still have samples like teabags where you can take them home and try them. Also love their pickles :).
Busy as all hell but best spot for bulk items!
Lines move very quickly here. Parkinglot is ALWAYS full. Needs a few more gas pumps.
Staff is friendly and they have tasty food in the food court.
Great store but I always overspend
Great! Easy access, good to pull campers in and out. Lots of parking
Not very crowded in Bayer's Lake today
the staff are awesome they made check out quick an painless
Nice clean store with lots of selection and good prices. As usual, a very busy place. It's hard to find parking close to the entrance making it harder to shop with my bad knees.
Good store depending on times you go it can be super busy other times not bad but people like to shop here for alot stuff... so just pick an off time that way ur not like ahhhh people lol
Best place to grocery shop kind people and good food I love shopping there it's worth it
Busy but fully stocked shelves.
Getting Propane was a pain in the butt! Wait to get a ticket ,because they charge for amount used , then Go inside pay for it ,come back outside to pick up your propane ... how about the person filling it ,can also take payment ...
Great. Got what I wanted. Be careful though they sell most things in bulk, so food purchases will be more for a large family than a couple.
My favorite store and the gas is cheaper then anyone around
Best Costco location I've ever been to in Ontario. Lots of variety, aisles are nice and wide, and not as insane when it comes to checking out. Worth the drive in my opinion.
It's Costco what's not to like except for sometimes the lines are a bit long but they usually keep everyone moving quickly. I recommend shopping here for sure
Great place, everyone social distance. Some people don't follow the arrows, but a great place to shop. Certain staff need to educate themselves on autism.
I purchased multiple light fixtures last week and they went on sale today. They happily honored the sale price, resulting in me purchasing more fixtures :)
Love the store always come out spending too much money. The only thing I don't like is the samples you try, they stop carrying the items.
It was great found some good deals
Staff are friendly....well stocked.....clean store
It's not St. John's… No gas station, a very few cashiers operating at the same time... Otherwise, staff is very friendly, as usually. Hope to see a gas station there...
The sales lady at the photo lab was very pleasant and extremely helpful. It was my first time doing photos on line and she gave me some very good tips for tne next time I put an order in. Thank you.
It’s nice to be apart of something bigger than yourself. The Costco community saved my life
Always the same . Friendly staff. Go in for $10 item come out with $200 or more items
Patron for years. Appreciate the specials it brings in, like Happy Lights for Christmas, as well as some regular items - at a good price.
This Costco is clean, well managed and well staffed. the staff are friendly and helpful and their shelves are tidy and full. They also don't seem to mind that my toddlers came around for seconds of their favourite samples and who doesn't love a happy toddler? The parking is, as always, set up kind of funny but there are always free spaces.
Went to Costco to shop with Mom and to get a replacement xmas-gift sound system to hook to my TV to replace the one I chose there at Christmas that didn't work out. A young man came over and asked me if I needed any help and I said that I did and ask him long barrage of rapid-fire questions about Bluetooth and soundbars and WiFi and wires and having things hooked up to multiple technologies, multiple devices, different platforms and interference issues and he answered all of them honestly and helped me pick the best thing for my situation. Then Mom rang everything in and paid, and finally Mom and I ordered cheap poutine and a pop and a Sundae. I thought it was a good time. Overall good Costco. Thanks and merry x-mas (again) Mom.
Just like every other Costco. No real positive or negative experiences at this location
I love this Costco! It is so much less overwhelming than some of the surrounding locations. They have great selection & the staff at the self checkout are always super friendly i helpful. Not to mention, who doesn’t love Costco fries & hotdogs? Always on point & I love the self serve food ordering since Covid. I’ll likely never use another location! This one has it all.
Good Costco, not too bussy. There is a gas station. Otherwise nothing out of ordinary
Much cheaper than any other place
Staff is great, even when it's busy. Great selection. Love my membership.
Never know what I'm going to buy but Costco shows me everything I didn't know I would want or need ????????????♀️????
Saw staff harassing a woman about having a mask exemption. This far into the pandemic we should be working together not attacking each other.
Usually pretty fast service at the checkout. Things are laid out clearly for you to see, great prices.
Ah Costco my worthy nemesis.
Its costco so they have that thing you weren't looking for but need then you feel a little robbed when you leave
Great shopping. Could use more customer service.
I love shopping here in the evening time when it's not so busy
IF I die one day, if I am so lucky to be welcomed at the pearly gates, I am sure that heaven will just be the dairy cooler of a Costco. Costco is the single best and possibly the only good thing capitalism has ever given to us
I pay 80 bucks a year for the treatment at cosco. I came in very tired and with a head ache cause I hadn't slept alot cause of work to 2 really rude tellers who made fun of me for not paying attention to how they were scanning my things so I asked if they scanned that cause I wanted to make sure I was paying for everything and she asked if I saw her scan them which I wasn't cause I was more concentrated on my head ache I will never go to the till 11 ever again those ladies were rude
Very busy and the lines are long but there's good reason why everyone goes
It is a Costco and they are pretty much the same. This one is a little odd in that propane tanks were in the bread area and not with the seasonal items like BBQs
The only thing that didn't like Costco is my bank account
Large store but it seems really disorganized the way everything is laid out.
Very busy place, lots to choose from. Great variety. Depending on the, things can move fast or they can be slow. Since the pandemic I find people more rushed and uncaring of others. But if there's something you are looking for I'm pretty sure you'll find it here
Friendly staff and decent wait times if you avoid peak times & days. Great selection and affordable prices.
I am appalled at the lack of care to social distancing at our store. I had to remind a worker to stay 6 ft from me. I wear a mask and stay away away from others but this guy pushed right by me within 6 inches. Smarten your staff up
I love Costco. I always buy more then I went there for, but it's always something we can use. Great gift ideas as well here. Pleasant staff. The only thing I can complain about is to find something that you can't find you have to go to the checkout to ask. Nobody walking around to ask for help.
Very impressed with the service when we came in to get a tire repair done! Speedy and friendly service. 7 stars! Thanks tire team!
Lots to go through free samples, bulk food and very friendly fellow customers, I was very surprised at how happy and welcoming my fellow shoppers were as if they enjoyed their time out at Costco! Take note Walmart xD
Good prices. Big isles. Large carts. They keep it clean and well stocked. It's always busy, but the staff is very efficient so your still able to checkout quickly. Don't try to memorize where certain items are. Everything shuffles around a lot. You will know the general area that something should be. But it rarely stays in the same spot on a shelf. The membership is worth it. Your getting good prices for quality products. More often the Costco brands will be better then brand name stuff.
Probably one of the best Costco's I have visited. The floor Managers are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a problem, seek out "Robyn" and she will make sure to fix any troubles you are having.
I'm not sure if this was an unusual situation at this location. I don't typically visit this Costco. The second I walked through the door I stopped my cart for literally five seconds and a lady bit my head off telling that I'm at Costco and this is where I will get rammed. I laughed it off but it seemed to be the vine the entire trip. Apparently you're not allowed to stop to grab something off of the shelf without the eyes of fifteen different people rolling and the feeling that you're going to get a cart to the shin. Everyone was miserable and by the time I left my face was frowning too. Staff were nice but the shoppers definitely made it a unique, alcohol at 12pm experience.
Very clean and well organized. Produce and prepared foods looked fresh and delicious. Nice customer service.
What can you say it's Costco. Always good
Love it here. Love the staff at the members center and return desk. Had a return but we had thrown out the receipt and had to wait 24 hrs so they could lookup our account. I came back the next day and the woman remembered me and my faulty mop! She was awesome and super friendly
awesome Place awesome prices Save-A-Lot make sure you get a membership if it's really worth it I mean we have to drive over 200 km to get to Costco and we do it which is something in itself to say! the only problem I have a Costco is the parking my God the parking is a terrible atrocity please people stop the madness in the parking lot
This costco is way better then ours back home.
Whole sale food at a decent price. Well layed out and the people are generally helpful
A Costco without a massive lineup?!? That was unheard of until I stepped into this one. Rarely have to wait for gas either
Costco has really good food, but it's often very busy.
It is usually busy in the afternoons or evenings. The deli has great deals on food.
Costco is awesome for bulk purchases at reasonable prices.
We do our regular shopping here every two weeks and it has saved us so much money.
Just a review of their phone set up....I called the Orillia store and the automated service doesn't give a clear option to choose to ask a general question about an item in stock. I decided to go to the optical dept and just have them transfer me to the right dept. She was very nice and transferred me to Member Services....where it rang for a very long time before disconnecting. I called back and chose this option from the beginning and the same thing happened. Rang until it disconnected. This should not be an issue at a place like this. I am going to call another location and see how it works there.
I love the natural light of this Costco. It feels so much nicer comparing to other Costcos. Makes your shopping experience much more pleasant.
Way better than Barrie Costco. Worth the drive from Barrie for a clean and less chaotic experience. Produce is top notch. Lots of helpful staff everywhere. Do yourself a favour and make the trip here instead of other locations.
Outta great if you want to buy bulk items and set up your home with lots of food
Great for large and small purchases, bulk, easy to vavigate and friendly staff. On the weekends this place is very busy so if to are visiting for the first time and plan to shop, allow for atleast 2 hours to be safe. Full service pharmacy, food, ice cream, clean washrooms and cell phone shopping is as good here as anywhere else.
These chocolates look like the pringles chips... soooooo good. So I bought some. People are super nice here. Prices are costco prices can't complain.
Best Costco by far in the North. They have self checkout now, never a bad mood when I go there. Everyone is respectful with the social distancing thing.
Costco is terrific. They always have what I need. The staff are so helpful and very fast.
Horrible will never go back. They were out of face shields and I drank way too much night before so if I wore a face mask I'd barf. Rude said that's a covid symptom lol ya drinking too much means you have covid. Rude manager and they should have face Shieds available stupid Costco
Ahem. I purchased a blanket of the heating variety for my female companion at this establishment. We plugged in the product and waited for it to warmth. LONE BEHOLD the product only heated on ONE SIDE. After this excruciating experience I attempted to exchange this rubbish. After acquiring this newly patterned sleeping device, we plugged it in ONCE MORE and felt the exhilarating rush of almost being warmthed only to find IT WONT EVEN warm up accompanied our body heat. Henceforth I shall take my money back and take my business elsewhere.
Nice place to shop. Clean environment, organized and friendly staff.
Wide variety of food and hardware choices. Food samples are a nice perk. Excellent return policy which many rave about, which we have only had to use one time since receiving our first gift membership from my brother Mike back in 2003. Costco is one of the best at what they do.
I love Costco! The other thing that would have made my experience better would be a change of attitude in the cashier from groceries and at the small fast food joint. Both ladies who were serving me were rude and barely even looked at me when talking. Although, the young man who ran and grabbed some chia seeds for me when I was cashing out was very nice.
Great staff very polit and helpful.
Who doesn't like Costco?! I'm not even ashamed to say that that a good portion of my wardrobe is from Costco. And the food is really good, and hella cheap if you're ever in a hurry. In fact the poutine is SO GOOD that before we lived here in PG, my wife and I would always intend to go for a nice dinner before driving home to Burns Lake, but usually ended up just eating poutines, as Costco was generally the last stop before heading home
I.live.here ???? atleast once a week be it for goods or gas. Best staff in town always friendly and happy to help
Great service, good selection good prices. Great for bulk items. Don't forget to bring at least $300 though.
Love Costco shopping! Always spend too much! Bare concrete is hard on the feet and legs, though!
Would be improved by the addition of signage to better guide your shopping journey. I know they do it on purpose to make you wander aimlessly filling your cart, but c'mon. Good prices, but it's not always worth it to buy bulk, google it first. Good prices on appliances and TVS though. Also surprisingly good place to get photos developed, inexpensive and good quality.
Great place to shop but the lines need ALOT of work
Had an appointment for my tires. They said I couldn't pay in advance. I came in at the set time for my tire change. They sold my tires and couldn't do the job. Thanks costco for screwing me over.
Best costco around for ease of access and actual parking spaces,,, you can actually buy gas there also, barrie is a zoo,,,always stop in orilla now,,only downside was that they were out of cat litter
Fully stocked and clean. Friendly at the doors and tils!
Was able to get my necessities, for cheap too! I reccomend shopping there
Manuka honey... from NZ... $55/1kg talked to my friend who lives close... 1/2 the cost.... HERE!!! Compared to NZ cost!!!! ????????????. Always polite... always amazing service
Love it, but PLEASE bring in some sour soothers!!!! Every Costco I've been to has a candy section with a beautiful tub of sour candy. Alas, nothing at this one. ????
Costco is one of our Favourite big box stores to shop in. You will always find great value for your $’s as well as amazing satisfaction guarantee’s. We love to shop in the Orillia store and find it a little ss congested and very well maintained.
I'm was loyal customer who made her last trip to Costco this past Saturday... I'm exempted from wearing a mask. Saturday I go into Costco, tell them I'm exempted, so they tell me I have to wear the shield. I put it on, It was very uncomfortable and gave me a headache. The lack of Care and consideration towards others is gone. Everyone in the store is not able to breathe property or have a headache. Our rights and freedom are being stomped on. I'm not ok with that. Along with me, a lot of other people will not shop at Costco again. Also, People were not very friendly.
It is similar to other large macro markets. There was not anything that stood out per say.
Clean store was busy. All tills were open made it quick
This is where you go when you want to spend too much haha! Always get what we need and more. Excellent selection for kids lunches and snacks. Love finding the new items they bring in. Great place to go when you don't know what's for dinner. They also have great poutine. Toy selection and clothing is great. We have gotten many items from Costco. Even gotten our passport pictures done. There return policy is easy and stress free.
Great store lots of on sale products all the time
This by far is my fave Costco. The parking lot is never a board of cars, the staff are amazing and there's always someone around if you need guidance. Though the sample tables at the ends of isles bottle necking stuff is annoying.
Been a happy member for many years
I love Costco because they only sell the best of anything. I do not understand why there is no TP there now for weeks when other neighbouring stores have it.
Prince George has some of the best gas prices in the province ever since they added the gas bar. Quality products covered by an excellent return policy. Well-kept store with very clean bathrooms.
No line up in costco?! Omg
Polite employees they move you through the check outs very quickly, good stocked shelves and they are enforcing the covid protection rules.
Great deals on everything. I always walk out with more than I went in for
Costco is not only a buy in Bulk store. I only buy my meat, frozen, toiletries, and gasoline/Diesel fuel at Costco. Wondering about, I always see things I want; aside from Grabbing Toilet Paper and Paper Towel on a whim: stick to your list, create a future list of what you see, go home and filter the future list to what you actually want or need. The price is very straight forward, I can add it all in my head and not be at loss of what my total will be. I assure you, when I shoot from the hip, I spend a minimum of $200 to over $400;. I stick to my list I spend $20 to $100. Absolutely, the best for customer satisfaction. One time I went up and down not wanting to bother any employees for a Box of Neo Citran; dejected I had a few bits to go through the till, and the teller knew and asked, I told the Teller I needed Neo Citran; it was supposed to be on the floor, but they got the down from the steel storage rack above the reachable products. How many do you want? I just wanted one, I felt bad, but afterwards that meant a lot to me! Seasonal products are usually a season early. Like Christmas in autumn, or summer items in early spring. So, that Future list sure comes in handy! Christmas Lights to Lake Recreational activities items to Halloween Candy in Summer time; Wow, can I over indulge! Lastly, look around, No Employee Tends to quit, no employee does anything overtly to get fired. Specific Staff that are still there Twenty years later! Still pleasantly refreshing. Those that are ill suited to a position, are given possiblity to cycle around. One person, still works there, had to be promoted, because his ability to provide a positive customer service experience is extremely low. Every body has to start from somewhere, some don't know their limitations; Costco Wholesale always does everything to make your experience the best!
Great prices, friendly staff.
Just got a new set of tires for my truck and when I arrived to pick it up they tell me they damaged a stud taking the wheel off and when I asked about fixing it, they don't do that. So now I have to take my truck to another shop to have them fix Costco's mess and I am sure another shop is going to jump at fixing my truck when I didn't buy the new tires from them. Thanks for nothing Costco
Everyone loves costco! The place to find EVERYTHING! The quality of clothing is really amazing too! Their meats are always fresh! Only thing I dont like is sometimes once you find something the next time you go back it's no longer available there!
It wasn't too busy and all the food stations had food prepped and ready to serve to everyone that passed by. I was also able to stay under budget and use less time than I had allotted. All staff members were courteous and very helpful finding any products I could not locate.
Who doesn't love costco...even without the taste testers.
It's Costco. I stopped by the wireless booth and the young man there was knowledgeable and pleasent to talk to. The 2 ladies manning the lane I went through were great as well.
Very decent store ... Does any Costco in North America have a parking lot thats big enough??? ... lol
My favourite Costco. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and always helpful.
The employees here have lately been giving me more and more issues due to being unable to block my breathing holes due to medical issues. Last time I was there, they caused a lot of grief. I used to love this venue & visit them regularly, but lately I've been going less & less due to friendliness having gone significantly down (even when wearing their sneeze-guard which has its major issues as well). I understand it is corporate policy to embarass the people in the store, and I will be cancelling my membership once my cash-back cheque from my Costco credit card gets cashed, as the experience I've had at Costco keeps degrading more & more lately, and most of the staff does not seem to be doing anything about it (there are a few staff that continue to be very kind, but most have been giving me a lot of grief, at least one of whom was directly encouraging me to cancel my membership).
Yesterday I forgot my purse, in my cart in the parking lot at Costco. I did not realize I was missing it until I got home. I rushed back and a employee had turned it in to the office. I am very grateful! Thank you so much! Everything was still in it. A huge relief for me! Thank you, again!
The obese woman who is checking that people have their face masks on properly is very rude and unkind. I felt as though I was being harrassed as I shopped.
I purchased a membership and decided to do some shopping the next day as the store was incredibly busy. Not alot of social distancing going on I may add. There was a large line up to get in first thing in the morning but it moved quickly. I couldn't believe the amount of people who were not following distance rules. It was like ants crowding around a melting popsicle.
Lots of customers not following social distancing...☹. When you point out the isle arrows to keep the flow one way they aren't happy. No toilet paper or paper towels but we got everything else on our list. Checkout was quick, even with the long lines.
Sometimes the parking lot is so full that you have to follow people to their cars. But amazingly, once you get inside, things move pretty smoothly and it doesn't feel totally packed. Otherwise it's just like every other Costco in Canada, which means great prices on huge servings of things!
love shopping here excellent quality food n clothing etc...
Good Costco, lots of stuff and samples. Cheapest gas in town too.
It was not that great I drove 1.5 hrs to get ther and there was no TP
If it wasn't for the wonderful service I'd rate it much lower. The have no stock on the important items, which has been an ongoing problem for months. But the staff are trying so hard so it's hard to be annoyed. The long checkout lines move very quickly and they are very friendly.
This is a good Costco, as they go.
My trunk looks like I have a kid that's getting gatorade instead of formula. Great prices on bulk items.
It's Costco. It's like every Costco I've ever been to. The gas bar has diesel so that's nice.
This is one of my favourite Costco Stores.. Staff is super friendly. Store and property is very very clean.. Keep up the great work making this one of the best Costco locations in the chain..
Clean and stocked. A better option to the Barrie location. Less people.
What can you say it's always busy.. but with all the registers and things in place you go through very quickly.. some inventory low in certain things due to covet
Efficient, clean store with helpful friendly staff.
Went back and found out that one person who spoiled my experience wasn't there. All happy and helpful faces .. Have to change my review for these nice people from 1 star to 5 .. Pharmacy needs minimum 45 minutes to find my purchase on their System when there is no line up...C'mon, you are getting paid for wasting others time ...get some training on how to use your computers
It's great... I can't spend my life savings at the moment ????????????
Orillia Costco location is great because it is unlike other Costco's that have so many people in them. Busy location but can still get in and out quickly. Clean new and a great place to shop. Costco as a whole and this location included have been the leaders in PPE safety and ensuring customers are safe during the pandemic. Lol it's of hand sanitizer. Carts are clean. Dividers at checkout. Enforce social distancing. Many local businesses and the other Orillia box stores could learn so much about how to move people and keep them safe.
Great service! I like their safe covid protection at the check out. Also they packed everything back into my cart which was super helpful
Products & the business are as expected, but the service at the Orillia location has REPEATEDLY been above & beyond all locations I’ve been to! Thank you all greatly! I would love to see a 20 items or less line though ???? I know it’s not the general purpose of Costco, but I’m there a lot & it would be helpful. Maybe even the online pickup service that some grocery stores have begun doing
Love Costco, the service is second to none, they actually always have tons of service people working when they need it, even when it's incredibly busy the lines are moving. Never hard to find a customer service person running around in the place. The samples give great ideas and fill your belly a bit. Thank!
My favorite place to shop, love it! Tons of new items every week, you always find something to buy! Some people complain about the value, but not me, I like to have a lot of good stuff!
Good flow throughout the store during covid times. Even though there's a line to get in, it seems to move quickly and efficiently.
This is one of those places that's hard to rate. Bottom line, it's Costco. If you've never been to one, bring a fat wallet
They have great deals, and love that I do not have to shop as much by buying in bulk. Would like if they have more variety in some areas but over all pretty great and love there twist ice cream :)
Exceptional customer service from one employee in the meat department and another from a different department. This Costco is the best one I have ever been in for exceptional customer service. Even the cashier we had could not of been nicer. Next time I am in Orillia I will definitely return.
Good value at the food court. Bulk pricing helps stretch the budget on household cleaners.
Good prices as usual, found what I was there for.
Great Store. Membership Services fast and friendly
Poor controls related to physical distancing. Staff wear masks but invade customers personal space by getting close to them. Masks are not a replacement for physical distancing. For an organization of those size I am disappointed.
Love it ????
Busy. Slightly unorganized due to moving products and no one knowing where what I needed was.
Usually is not crowded (may be depends on what time you go), as always courteous staff and good quality day to day products.
Excellent selection. Great prices. Gas is the cheapest anywhere.
Always spend more money than I plan but good deals great staff
It was so good to be home again in my own store
Great selection and really friendly staff????
Standard Costco store: shop until you drop, lol. I like that Costco uses their pharmacy as "bait" to lure non-members in: lowest drug prices in town and you don't need a membership card to get inside if you are picking up meds. Bike rack almost impossible to find however
Disappointed that they have most items on display before purchase, but the Ninja airfryer was not on display. Others commented and did not purchase as we don't know how big the baskets are. Also, Kraft powder cheese was not in stock. I will say that the staff are amazing.
It was busy as always. The place was very clean, the staff was friendly and they had the size for the items my mother was looking for. Worth the drive across the bridge.
This Costco has diesel pumps and prices are reasonable for BC.
Usual Costco experience. With the addition of self checkout this place has become my go to after work. That said there seems to be some stock issues compared to the one at Halifax which seemed strange for the stores in the same region.
I realized today how easy it was to purchase something too big for me to handle. Staff put the item in my cart with sku available for cashier & instructed me on how to get a carry out. I pulled my car up & the young man was there with my cart and put my big item in my car. All were quick & friendly.
This location is rather convenient on the less congested side of Orillia just off the highway. We enjoy this store because their staff and product selection is usually kept up at or above the standard from our experience. It’s likely a popular stop for Muskoka bound cottagers so be smart about when you shop, but the Google real-time “busy-graph” can help with that.
I like this Costco location. I've been going here since the location opened for the first time in 2017, and they've been excellent. The warehouse is as large as they usually are in large cities, but with how smaller Orillia is, it's not as busy as they might be in other locations. Parking is always available, and the services they provide (photos, pharmacy, food, tires, etc.) are just as good as any other locations. You are certainly not losing anything by coming to this Costco location. The gas station is also available here, although that tends to get a bit busier, so you may have to wait in line depending on when you get there. Otherwise, an excellent location, and highly recommended!
Wedding Flowers BEWARE! I ordered hydrangeas and mixed greens from Costco to arrive 2 days before my wedding to allow time to make 20 centerpieces and 4 bridesmaid bouquets (thankfully I used a florist for my bouquet and the boutonnieres). I had read many blogs and reviews that were favourable. The flowers were ordered months in advance and scheduled to arrive Thursday morning for my Saturday wedding. Someone called me from Costco the Wednesday before the wedding saying that due to a hurricane, my hydrangeas would be delayed by 1 day but they GUARANTEED me that the flowers would arrive by end of day Friday. I tracked the order and saw they were in transit on Friday and all day it said they would arrive. Friday at 5pm, the arrival date suddenly changed to Monday. No one called me. If I hadn't been checking the tracking number every hour I wouldn't have known. I called the shipping company who informed me the flowers were stuck in a locked truck for the weekend and they would not make shipments, or even open the truck from Friday at 5pm until Monday morning. I called Costco, and though they refunded me, I still had no flowers for my NEXT DAY wedding. The day of my wedding I had my family driving to every grocery store in a 50 km radius to pick up any white flowers they could find and then instead of relaxing with them all morning, we arranged flowers right up until 10 min before the ceremony. It worked out, but for all the stress, it would've been easier just to hire a florist.
Always good prices and great gas price...always cheaper than the other guys.
Shop here weekly, quality products food clothing, ect... great bulk deals
Great warehouse, terrible fuel. Normally cheapest... But I drove to Smithers, 350km away and I burned thru almost whole tank. 98 litres is my full tank. Normally that distance is third to half tank on my truck. Fuel sold on July 27th (Saturday) in the evening was not good. Fueled up in Smithers with Petro Canada fuel and got usual fuel economy from Smithers to Prince Rupert. Buyers beware... It's cheapest fuel in PG... But not good fuel
Great Costco! The prices were pretty good for this time of year. Friendly staff, very helpful! Worth the trip for life essentials, chocolate, chocolate, and other stuff!
Busy place before Christmas..but good selection...good prices...I can't leave this place without spending several hundred dollars...but I don't live in Orillia..
It was my first visit to the Orillia store and it was completely different than what I'm used to I wandered around lost for most of the time I didn't find any staff to help money I think I'll stick to my one that I always go to
ORILLIA COSTCO IS THE BEST! Great, fast and friendly staff. Not normally crowded. Always parking and the gas bar is quick! My go to Costco!!!
Great selection of food and clothing as well as electronics. If you see something you like, get it. It may not be there later!
Even without the taste testing, Cosco is fun to shop at. Seasonal items and reasonably priced
Clean store, witnessed staff sanitizing between customers. Relatively steady flow through checkout.
The prices for the most part really good, the store was very clean the food's is fast food that you can probably live without but they do have $0.25 bottles of water which is one of the best policies I've seen so far in a big box store. I shop at Costco for the deals on wholesale items which they still are the only and best place in Orillia.
Super nice, and clean Costco! Not too busy on the weekends surprisingly but of course if you get there as soon as they open you'll be in and out in no time. That all just depends on your shopping habits!
Nice section of Thanksgiving pies out, and very nice Turkeys. Always good shopping bulk.
The folks at the optical center were fantastic - knowledgable, friendly and fun. Recommend them to anyone!
Sad to report that Costco thinks Covid is gone. They have completely removed Senior early shopping hour from 8 to 9 in the morning. So now we can shop with the crowds once again. ????
We usually go to the Bayer's Lake location, but I was closer to this one yesterday. I much prefer the other one for a few reasons; the shopping carts always seem to be overflowing in the corrals which makes me nervous for my vehicle but …
Stop selling over packaged items! Such a waste. Do we really want apples from China? Baked products from Australia? No!
Needs to have more security at exit as some people very smart at hiding merchandise under their clothing and big hand bags are very popular for thieves
C'mon folks, it's Costco. Of course they get 5 stars. And the cheapest gas in town. Can't go wrong
Bright, beautiful location that's mix of natural and artificial light contributes greatly to the shopping experience. Greatly helpful staff - two of which went out of their way to assist - a marked difference from the Bayers Lake location and staff. Seems bigger, where the aisles do not have temporary displays set up in the middle constricting cart flow. Layout seems better, but may be a result of the brighter atmosphere. Marked-down items or "Manager's Specials" in carts throughout the store, something never done in Bayers Lake. Overall, a better shopping experience than in Bayers Lake.
Good deals, friendly staff
Orillia Costco is amazing you can get in and out so easily compared to other Costco's. People are great and very clean store.
They really have the line management and store operations down to a science to help promote physical distancing in the store! Thank you for doing your part to keep us safe.
This place has the best customer service. I have never had a bad experience at Costco Prince George
Great location. Not as busy as others, well managed traffic flow in the parking lot and in the store. Perfect for bulk purchasing.
Amazing place honestly, great for buying whatever you need and it gets to the point and also the food courts prices are amazing and the food is delicious
Very large and clean store. Checkout staff was so friendly! They made small talk during check out without impacting speed of service. I'll be back!
COSTCO is good, people are crazy????Everyone is all over the place. Be nice if there were people directing at the cash-out lanes instead of just some guy at the front yelling commands.
Gassed up on my way through to Quesnel. The priciest were great, a lot lower than other gas stations.
Shop under one roof... Excellent
Nice store . Friendly staff. Way nicer than ones at the coast.
The most amenable Costco I've been to... excellent parking [including a picnic table for a Covid-safe lunch] and very competent and friendly staff!! Pizza is a bit greasy; get extra napkins ✔️
Costco is clean, well organized and tended to. Vast assortment of specific brands. You definitely should buy all your paper products here. Bread is also very affordable here. Some cons is the food is heavily dependant on America. Some things I'm surprised health Canada allows through. If you ever have a question, it's impossible to find the answer. Try membership services ?
Love this place great deals lucky I only go once every 2 months spend too much money too many great deals.
Good service and prices. However need to provide clearer information on products being sold. Like for bose headphones the info of the model on display is not provided. Same for the blood pressure monitor. Need to improve on that for many items.
Costco Prince George is awesome. Like every Costco you've been to, it has pretty much everything you need and at an awesome price. This one also has a tire centre, and a propane fill station. The propane is pretty much half off or better than most places in the city. The gas bar is once again the lowest price in the city, and I have been told that the PG Costco gas bar will be expanding with more pumps as well as featuring diesel fuel. Check it out!
Just love shopping at this place.
I love Costco, wish there was one here in Terrace
You need to stock up on bulk costco is the place to do it. Best place for cheap hotdogs or poutine staff are friendly
Produce is always fresh. Large selection of meat. Bulk prices cheaper then grocery stores
Nice size Costco. We stop there in our East Coast road trip to pick up some road snacks. All in all, it was like every other Costco we visited and even the prices was the same. It didn't have a gas station to my surprise but it was in line with what you would expect from your local Costco.
,, I buy all my vegetables there and a lot of other things but they come in very big packages so usually last me a month and hopefully the food doesn't go bad in the meantime
Normally I love Costco however the last few times I have been in there it has been over crowded and the lineup for checkout has been ridiculous beyond reason. I would much rather wait outside especially this time of year to get into the store then have to wait in a long line inside of a store they insist on overheating
Well a typical Costco, too much to look at and depending on the day and time too many people... But if you are doing a stock up run, this is the place. Small food court with public restrooms "membership required" ...
Great store as are all costco stores I shop
It's Costco. They had lots of packers so the line ups, while long, went quickly.
Out of Province Inspection not completed in one day as Mechanic went home sick; & no one else could complete paperwork! Needing another one day permit - however staff did use dealer plate to avoid that!
Well stocked and well priced as always, with short line ups. Prevented from purchasing essential in stock pool chemicals courtesy of provincial restrictions however. Calcium hypochlorite isn't recreational when it comes to preventing algae growth in 80,000L of water.
Very busy I saw many cashier's standing around when one or two could've easily opened a lane or 2 I know many people were not happy.
Crazy zoo with all the toilet paper gatherers but props to costco for keeping the shelves fairly well stocked, the building clean, and all the lines moving efficiently. Glad to see they can handle when things get a little out of hand.
Love costco always friendly
One of the better Costcos I've ever been to. Well signed, always friendly workers who are happy to help, excellent customer service overall. It isn't easy to find workers on the sales floor but when you do, they are helpful. Food in the food court is good. Propane refills are fairly quick & again good customer service. Not usually a very packed location so you aren't feeling trapped by too many bodies around like the Barrie location.
They did not have grocery bags when I went there :( so be ready to carry your own bags just in case.
You can get almost everything you need here. Never had a bad experience. Prices are good. Quantities are...excessive. a good place to go if your stocking a supply.
Super fast experience now that there is self serve. Great store, they made things look super convenient now inside. Great location.
Warehouse is clean with wide aisles. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great place for free samples aka lunch.
Great parking, clean building, a lot of options but less organic products than the Barrie location. My only complaint would be the staff- they are not as friendly (some are rude) as the Barrie location. Perhaps the staff need some training on professionalism.
Pretty much your standard Costco, but in my opinion, the better of the two Costcos in HRM (the other being in Bayers Lake). Staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the store tends to have good stock of the usual diversity of products you can expect from a Costco. Services are very useful here, and they offer everything you could want from a Costco. Unfortunately, this location too suffers from the chronically bad checkout area that afflicts all Costcos, with the uncomfortable crush of people trying to find their way to the fastest, shortest line with no semblance of organisation to the lines.
Costco is one of those stores I need to set rules for myself when I go shopping. There are so many things I "need". There are lots of staples: organic greens, peppers, and apples, as well as cheese, especially the Beemster. There are also the things I don't need so much but really enjoy. And I'm starting to see more niche products too, like gluten free and carb reduced. Good job Costco!
Typical Costco, although it doesn't carry a lot of the stuff I normally get like: salsa, molinaro's gf zuccini pizza bread, Riviera yogurts (both kinds). Covid update - no personal shopping bags allowed
Costco has a awesome return policy, usually no questions asked.
Great place to shop. However their phone options need improvement. Tried to get a hold of a person from any department. Spent 15 mins on the phone and didn't reach anyone.
We shop at costco twice a month We can usually get our meals set up for a week or two. Good quality merchandise Great quality meet and produce
Great customer service overall. Always a pleasant experience shopping there. ????
It is such a pleasure to shop at a new location! Plenty of parking, clean and well stalked location. Not to busy during the week. Good instore specials.
Good for volume purchases and families. Gas is 6¢ per liter cheaper than Vanderhoof.
Got some stuff and also a berry sundae to go Yummy
Great prices. Staff doesn't make you feel uncomfortable like superstore. And there is the food court with great chicken strips.
Busy on the weekends. Not so bad though the week. Hot dog and fries are cheap and tasty down side is sometimes the wait can be extremely long
These folks are stringent with rules and I appreciate it. One must show membership when entering and must follow covid rules, and they make sure you do! Great job team! The store is very well organized and clean.
Prices are really high and I've found the produce to be lacking in freshness. The spinach wilts faster than most grocery stores and the apples are often mealy.
Here again today on our way home from the lake. They have installed a self-serve kiosk in their food court. Wow. Four minutes to get our food for a family of five. Well done Costco! I hope this will be added to our home Costco as well. Great service. Fantastic value. The lowest fuel prices around.
Love this Costco. Much bigger than the Barrie Costco and they carry more products. Friendly staff but wish they had self check out.
Costco is good as usual..service at cash a little aburpt.
Consistent product load & display. Went on for 1 product which was out of st
Friendly staff lots to choose from
Out of the thousands of people who enter this store daily only the Natives are stopped at the door and asked to see their cards right away. So many others could walk in and they'll spot a Native and pull them aside.
What Costco does is gives that "Costco" experience to the consumer. It is somewhat addicticting as you expect some kind of bargain when you go there!
Àwsome place to buy good meat and other things you need
Great store and very clean and organized. And the people are very nice :)
This is the best place for buying grocery, fuel and other items in Northern BC. The best thing is they have diesel at the pumps.
I used to work for Costco in Newfoundland and Ontario many years ago, and they have exceptional people working for them. This store is no different. Friendly staff, always willing to lend a hand. Most common complaint was that members had no help out on the warehouse floor. But, it’s a warehouse people... go up front and ask an employee for a hand, they are eager and kind! The people who stock the shelves do so well before the front doors ever open and are home and back in bed before the first member is checking out. Exceptional quality of Kirkland branded items. Best meat of any chain grocery in Canada. Can’t say enough about this company!
Marine deep cycle 27's with 6 hundred and something cca For 149 Hard to beat
Costco products and prices are hard to beat. With my business, I have to buy in bulk and it is one stop shopping. The staff were helpful and friendly. The crowd/COVID control was in place and I didn’t feel crowded. I had a full cart and they helped put purchases in my car. I had gone for one specific item and came out with a trunk load of deals!
Love Costco as they have great prices and great variety!
Always a great shopping experience. Very friendly staff and quick moving lines
Amazing job to the cashiers and helpers. We were at the dairy section in line and we made it to the front of the store in about 10 minutes.
Excellent Costco location. Tends to be less busy right around 5:30-6pm but otherwise quite steady with weekends being the most hectic. Pharmacy, Optical and Photo Centre. The Photo services are excellent quality. Seasonal items you really need to snap up if you want them - delay your purchase and risk missing out as they don't often restock once gone. Great staff, lots of parking. No tobacco sales at this location.
This Costco is a bit differently organized from the ones I am used to in the GTA, but nothing drastic that the human can't adapt to. That being said, everything feels HECTIC in here. I'm not the biggest fan of Costco, or crowds, so it's always off-putting going in. That being said, being able to buy supplies in bulk is useful. I wish the store was a little more logically organized, so as to be able to find everything super quickly, but it's okay for the most part. Staff was quite cheerful and helpful, even in the chaos. Worth it all for the fries. And this Costco has chicken wings WHAAAAT
Always good deals at Costco.. although I am noticing lately that alot of the fresh products like produce are close to expiration dates?
This rating is for the optical space only. Within the optical place, the employees are great to work with. It was a fast and easy transaction start to finish.
Good to buy big package of meat or stuff
I used to enjoy this Costco until I encountered Naomi Justin and Lidia horrible horrible rude people and they should not have Jobs in customer service. I have so much anxiety to come to this location now and it's all due to their own mess ups and disrespect ???? never have I ever been somewhere with such drama people.
Much less busy then Barrie's store
Staff member Mark was extremely helpful and delivered amazing customer service. I bought 18 shelf units. He helped me through obtaining them as well as loading them into my truck. Super awesome service ???? Thank you Kimberly
Love this location. Not overcrowded, plenty of parking always available, easy to get through aisles, and has everything I need. It’s worth the drive there.
Always great prices and awesome return policy. Can get quite busy. Best times to go alis within the hour before closing on a weekday.
Have you guys heard about this place?! Highly recommended. Five stars. 10/10.
Very very helpful, I was so tired from being on my feet all day and wow the service was amazing, the cashier took sympathy on me and said let's get you out the door quickly.. thanks
I am a regular Costco shopper. I always find good deals.
Awesome store. Very clean and great customer service
Very reasonably priced long lasting flowers. Variety to choose from.
Great place to shop for large portions but it always cost you at least 400 bucks just to get out that door. And then you got to go to Superstore or save on foods and spend another 300 bucks for the other items you need.
Had everything I was looking for decent price and good quality. Thursday morning was a good time to shop with low crowd numbers and quick checkout. Love the hotdog deal for a quick noon snack.
Costco is Costco they have a gas bar as well and the cost less liquor is just around the corner
This store is well lit and easily navigated. Lots of fresh baked goods available as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. I always enjoy the many samples offered. A very wide variety of meats, frozen foods and dry goods are available at reasonable prices. Always lots of specials in all departments can be found.
Was scanned out while standing in line made checkout 5 seconds long was really convenient
This is a very nice store will lots of space to without crowding carts between displays.
At 3:00 there were no line ups to enter or to cash out. Relatively quiet day
Always friendly staff, quick and efficient.
How can you not love Costco, only downfall.....its always a three hundred dollar shopping experience. Kidding aside, don't go hungry....bad idea.best prices, best product, best employees....they never seem to have a bad day, when I am, Costco worth the trip....definitely.
Costco always has great deals on everyday items. There is a food center for a quick bite to eat with ice cream as well. I believe they are doing an okay job with handling COVID-19, however more spacing stickers on the floor would be great as everyone still tends to get close to you. Lines move very fast and they self checkout is even quicker. Would recomend costco for large family's if you are on your own the yearly cost of shopping at Costco may hold you back.
Really enjoyed it at Costco. I would be a regular if I lived here, but when so I'll travel here and shop at Costco
More congested than Halifax at the checkout area. Dartmouth and halifax both have slight differences in selection. Fast friendly staff!
I love that they are putting extra people in the stores just for questions...where's this stuff...so helpful
I love Costco. Don't get me wrong but why at 4:00 in the afternoon on a Friday at Christmas do they not have all cash register open. It took me longer to pay than it did to do a large shop.
Best Costco I've been too
Staff helped to find odd items and people were respectful of personal space and mask wearers
Went on a Saturday and it was busy but still easy to shop. The Costco in Barrie, Brampton and Newmarket are so busy that you have a very difficult time getting around the store to shop. It is very frustrating. The Orillia store was awesome to shop in, it is definitely my store of choice.
Come at 9 am! Not busy at all. Lots of fresh baked goods, right out of the oven!
I'm a big Costco fan. I love the unique products. The quality of the meats are second to none. I do not approve of the selfcheckout. I feel getting my items scanned for me are part of what pay membership for.
Best place to grab a hotdog and drink for $1.50 Lowest gas prices hands down in town Very nice and helpful staff
Clean store and a good layout. The parking is great, always a ton of spots. Checkouts can be slow if it's during the busy time. Those times are usually around noon and close to supper.
Amazing customer service. They diffently have a business that exceeds other like minded stores. If we were to implement this type of service. It would be a huge benefit for Canada to draw industry here.
Very fortunate for the quick check out
Most days Costco has what I need and great service. Sometimes opening an extra checkout line would be great though.
Well first off we got gas in the PG fueling station and were overcharged 9.03 litres because our vehicle only received 60.0 litres!!! These pumps need to be recalibrate and we should be refunded!! Also our chicken strip meals were cold and old. Food was terrible ????
If you see something you like and want , buy it . Don't wait until the next time you are in because it might be gone.
Always enjoy our trip to Costco, right now it is a bit crowded for me.
Usually never super busy and has self checkouts available if you only have a few items.
A well run CostCo. The shelves are stocked, there is a large number of customers who obey the Covid behaviours. In and out in 45 min. I couldn't ask for more.
If you like lots of variety under one roof this is the place to shop. Great bakery. Awesome meat section . And veggies are kepted iin a refrigerated area to maintain their freshness. Lots of free samples. Large selection in clothing. And if you love hot dogs and big ice cream cones this is the place to get them at very reasonable prices
Hats off to Scott who goes over receipts at exit. Spectacular attitude/energy/service!
Can be very busy at times. But always selling really good stuff at a good price
I am so thankful that Costco finally came to Orillia. Wonderful helpful staff who actually look like they enjoy working there. I think that I was one of the first customers when they opened to go to their hearing aid center. Had been putting off getting hearing aids for a long time. Silvia the clinician with her professional, caring help finally came me the confidence to get them. She explained every step of the way with humor and insight as to what was making me nervous. Highly recommend Costco, the Hearing Center, and the optical center.
Busy time when we were there but, well organized check out placing system had us checked out quickly.
Great selection of products. Although the store was busy, the wait at a check out was minimal.
The store I hate to love. You can't beat the selection under one roof, and good prices, but you need to buy such volume. I usually shop more local with personalized service, but once in a while.....
First day Of membership and already started with the savings friendly staff great place to shop in bulk !!!
Great savings!
I love this store which is my frequent place of shopping I bought oil of olay twin pack and for some strange reason it wasn't in my van when we unloaded it, nor did we notice it missing until after store had already closed. I was so upset to know we didn't have it, and where could have been left? In the cart or register ? As soon as the store opened I call but no one had turned it in! I went to the store and spoke to them explained my situation, they replaced it for me when really they didn't have too! Thank you so much Costco, your customer service is always amazing.
I love costco. Even though I've gone many times before this is the first experience where I finally signed up. The staff who signed me up was amazing in helping me choose which card to get and gave me updates on incentives. Overall I enjoy coming to costco for a variety of items. With living so far away it's nice to come shopping for wholesale items once every few months. You have to be careful though not to get entranced by all the things but if you find things on sale and that you'll use. Costco is amazing for that.
One of the nicest Costcos I've been to. Clean! The clothing is kept under control (no piles of unfolded mess). I can always find parking and never wait long at checkout.
Well worth the membership. I don't find it unbearably busy where you can't move. The check out lines go quick. Staff seems real happy all the time, must be a good place to work. I buy most my meat here because it's cheap. Only 4 stars because they don't sell Kraft Dinner.
Great store for the most part. Bought the shrimp salad yesterday that was on sale and the shrimp was moldy. Not good Costco. Should check your food more carefully!
Crazy busy with the check out line right to the back of the store. Staff were great and had us checked out in no time. Very efficient
Always great for shopping
Had all we needed and more
Very unprofessional behavior in the pharmacy department. A young lady named Kat was very rude, and unhelpful. She didn't have the answers to my questions, and was very condescending when speaking to me
One of the worst costcos i have ever been to by far the worst costumer service and all around attitude. I used to like costco until i came to orillia...
Always great customer service, friendly shopping experience. Is busy but line goes fast.
Busy 11am on a Tuesday
The staff here are remarkably compassionate & kind! Someone stole my wallet and keys in the store (do not leave those unprotected!) and they did everything possible to make sure that no one used my card and that neither wallet nor keys left the building, taking care of a very frightened me the whole time. I got everything back (except some petty cash) with their help.
I always go to Costco in orrilia your always in and out fast thank you for your good services Costco
Costco is that great place you can go to for merchandise at prices that usually beat those of other big box stores, with food court prices that haven't changed much in over 30 years. Employees there are knowledgeable, and the selection of free samples is usually on point. Only 4 stars due to the price of membership recently increasing for the first time in my living memory. Otherwise a great place with superb quality.
As a family man, this is my favorite place to shop. Employees are friendly, product research is second to none. Because of that, return policy is the best, even if you don't have the receipt.
During the Christmas holidays I had a set of freshly painted aluminum rims (just balanced) at costco. the rim's/tires were painted within 48 hours cured and kept in a warm place until being balanced. when I picked up the wheels they were wrapped in the plastic and handed to me with no invoice. When I got home I unwrapped them to find the paint was removed on the face of one of the rim's. the spots on the back where they had to sand to poorly install megnits that I had to press back on I understand because they need the magnets to stick. when I went to costco to ask about the issue first I was told it was just dirt by an employee then i asked for the garage supervisor and he said "yes i know these rim's, they were painted and poorly done the paint came right off the paint was so poorly done it would not last the winter" I asked how they prep the rim's and I was told "we use break clean and sand the spots where we put the magnets". The mechanic then thought it would be a great idea to let me know he had been doing this for 30 years and I don't have the experience he has. This was a very pleasant experience and the rim's still look as good as the day they were painted.
As usual, lots of good deals..and the staff is helpful....but as often happens, you go there for items you have become accustomed to, and then they stop carrying that item, ie :bulk Splenda in a large bag ( they now stock only the individual satchels) so, like a good friend who's always late: you can't rely on them. I'm still upset that they stopped accepting Amex: for the longest time they pushed Amex cards aggressively, now the won't take them at all. Don't want to deal with Capital One. Can only use debit in the store, so we buy far less there than we once did. Oddly enough, we can use our Visa card online, but not in the store ??
Placed limits on milk and eggs..other places should of done so.
Mostly great. Watch out for their mushrooms. Four pkgs in a row were moldy the same day I purchased. I DO wish they didn't move their stuff around, although, I understand why they do. The BEST tasting/quality roasted chicken, AND lowest price u can get in a PG grocery store.
Quiet. Clean. Great helpful staff.
I love love love this location. Everything that you possibly need. Great prices. Friendly staff!
Great staff. Very friendly.
Always makes our long trips worth it ???????? wish I had more room in my truck each trip ???? I might have to buy a trailer for these trips ????????♂️????
Great Hearing Aid Centre. Everything else is great too. Love the layout. Easy to navigate.
Love Costco especially the steaks make for great grilling on the BBQ.
So much variety and great prices. The self check outs limit the time spent waiting in line. Game changer!
Good prices. Save a lot on my food budget. But I buy other stuff... lol
Great place to stock up on groceries and necessities that keep, quick to get in and out.
Good place to go shopping if you are a member the prices are reasonable.
We always spend too much money because of all the good deals
The place is always crowded. I can't understand why they can't be open longer hours like every other store in existence. It isn't like they wouldn't still have a flood of customers then either but by going later in the evening you might be able to avoid the lousy old people who don't know what they are doing. I had one old lady bump into me 4 times with her damn cart, two of which I was actively trying to avoid her demented old carcass. I avoid going to Costco as much as possible because of the overcrowding. Very stupid that the store is only open 8 hours a day.
It's a busy Costco, not somewhere you want to go everyday, but they have most things.
Kyle, Stephanie, Nikki and Josh were so helpful. We had quite a few issues regarding our TV, which resulted in us having to return the product many times. Each time, all of these employees were understanding, helpful, and polite. I will now not go to any other Costco, even after all the issues we had regarding the product, the customer service from these employees did more then make up for it.
Great service very fast tellers.
Nothing but incompetence and lies. Save yourself a lot of time and get your tires put on someplace else. I ordered tires for my truck, I talked to The Costco tire team on the phone three times before I came to get my tires installed. The first time they asked for the make and model of vehicle and then the size of tire I wanted, they didn’t say anything about not being able to put the tires on the truck. The next two times I called, I made sure to mention that the tires are a little bit bigger than the original ones and again they said that wouldn’t be a problem. I get up to the store check in and start shopping when I get a call from the tire guys saying that they will not install the tires on my truck because there is a 0.4% difference in the size. The overall Difference in the radius of the tire is only 1”. I understand they have a policy, I am not upset that they couldn’t install them. Had I know they couldn’t install them I would have went someplace else and not planned my weekend around getting tires put on at Costco. I am upset because they told me they would put them on when I talked to them on the phone All three times but refused to put them on when I was there. The guy at the tire counter said he was a manager (I later found out he wasn’t. He’s just a weekend warrior who thinks he’s more than he is) he was very unfriendly to the point of almost being rude, and that was just checking in. When everything was said and done and they refunded my installation I went to get my truck. I went around to the door and the guy that took the tires out of the back of my truck had them all thrown inside on top of everything else I had in the box. I think he could see the shock/disappointment on my face because he apologized and said he didn’t know how I want them back in, he then walked away to the tire machine and started chatting with the other employees there leaving my new tires on the floor beside the truck and my old ones thrown loosely in the truck. I was going to say how about you put them back in the way you took them out but I didn’t think it was worth it. I ended up just unloading the tires that were already in the truck and putting everything in myself while the tire employees got caught up chatting amongst themselves. What a horrible experience, I will never get anything done at their tire centre again. I called the store on the way home and the manager is supposed to call me on Monday or Tuesday. I am not sure what he is going to do but this is completely unacceptable. Most companies, when they make a mistake, make it right. This Costco just told me that I couldn’t have called and they have no idea who I was talking to if I did. Instead of making things right they just left a customer out in the cold. So he basically told me that I was lying and never called or some stranger walked behind the tire counter, answered their phone, and gave me incorrect information about the tires. Seriously, what a joke!
Great, cashier lines moved very quickly ????
I really like this location. It is steady but not insanely busy. The service is always good and friendly. The store is clean and bright and I like the layout of the parking lot; safety was definitely considered. The one reason that I didn't give this location five stars is that they refuse to cut your pizza slice in half unlike other Costco food counters. They say that it's a cross contamination issue ahs have been a little rude when asked. That makes no sense to me since they had to cut it in the first place. Have the person that's already working with the food take it back to.where the pizza cutter is and cut it. The piece is way too big for my toddler to manage and cutting it with a plastic knife and fork is messy and wasteful . I also love the prices at the gas bar.
My favourite store!! I could spend all day in here! Love costco!
Great time shopping there. There were still lots of variety available for most items but there were also lots of other things that are sold out or very low in quantity so if your thinking about waiting for closer to your big day, the time may be now on more specific items.
Very crowded hard to locate specific products
Well organized, though seems to be out of chicken wings every time we go.
Phoned long distance to enquire about their "ink jet cartridge refill program" phone rang and rang and rang......no answer. Respectfully recommend they hire more people or train their existing staff. Do not think I will be bothered using this service anytime soon.
Getting better but the unforeseen rushes of customers can cause delays. Orillia is the best Costco I have seen.
Awesome service and really good food
Always love it there, love the free samples so you can see if you like'it before you buy it, love the different variety of foods and all the electronics great all around experience!
Great deals... but you have to know your prices because not everything is a bargain.
Love the employees, always helpful, lots of choices for stock, and always new items being introduced. Great Place To shop.
Costco is good the only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't have enough lactose free products. Superstore has lots more and if Costco had more I would not have to stop at Superstore on my way home.
Costco is a great place to shop. This one has the best experience by far. Great customer service and great shoppers put this Costco as my favorite to utilize for all my pandemic shopping. Costco can be a difficult because of its great deals its highly frequented especially during lockdown. But I was surprised to be greeted with such kindness calm and respect from staff as well as fellow shoppers. Thank you for such a relieving customer experience.
Costco is always fun to hunt for bargains, sometimes the crowds can be insane and some people don't know proper cart etiquette and end up blocking aisles and whatnot but if you get stressed, go grab the best hot dog deal out there
Had the worst experience. The cashier Patricia and the supervisor were very condescending and rude. I would reconsider the staff choices. Not only did they argue, they also contradicted themselves multiple times in their argument. Got let in using our friends moms card after they checked the photo on the back and they tried holding the card since we got let in, by their staff. Worst experience with a business I have ever had. Don't yell at your customers next time and turn down that attitude. Thanks.
Just called to inquire about a generator. There horrible answering service has no department option for general inquiries and no department for generator like products. There is no previous menu option so I chose admin, which rang many many times just to take me to the original menu so I picked a random department I believe was baking just to have it ring a few time and then literally the computer said goodbye and ended the call. This took place over 4 phonecalls with zero results. Far from impressed. This is not customer service and I will gladly spend double the money elsewhere just to not purchase from them.
I am always lucky to get stuff in Costco Orilia whereas the stock is not available in other Costco's
This Costco has to be one of the best I've been to!! Very organized and loads of everything
Great place to shop. Get your hearing and eyes tested. Get food to eat. Get photos done. All in one e place
A generally pleasant shopping experience, considering how busy it can sometimes be. Long serving staff demonstrates a good employer.
I bought Michelin tires at the tire center ,they installed Michelin but the wrong model, they then tried to tell me, that there was no difference in the tires they put on from the tires i ordered and paid for. The ones i ordered were not even in stock. After me not accepting what they put on, they did order the right model tires that arrived 2 weeks later. No big problem everyone makes mistakes, but their attitude toward me was cold for not excepting the 1st set they put on. I would think when you pay the price of Michelin tires you shouldn't have to be expected to take anything other than what you ordered and paid for.
Always a good experience. Always very happy with my purchases. Staff very friendly. Store is very clean. Try to get more dried cherries. Last 2 times I went you didnt have any.
New to the store but very pleased over all
It's Costco, has its goods and bads just like Bayer's Lake one, except this one has self-check out.
Went there looking for chairs was told they had 44. Got there and they only had 4. Asked where the rest was and they couldn't find them and said, it will be like looking for a needle in a hay stack. Wasted my gas and time. Never will go back to that store location.
Paid $60 Cash to renew my card only to find out my next visit that my card was still expired. Management was really rude to me about it and nothing was resolved.
Typical Costco. Large. Good service, tidy. Quick in and out. Large parking lot
If I could rate one star I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER don’t go to Costco Prince George EVER
Wonderful assortment of wholesale Products and Groceries at Excellent Prices ????????
Always busy and Saturday is one of the worst, but they had all check outs open and were moving people though quickly
My last day experience with Costco. I bought this yesterday and found it was an used one when I arrived home. I took the product and ask for returning it today and they refused it. Asking me to call Philips and let Philips deal with it. Terrible customer service and don’t care customer’s loyalty at all. I just cancelled my executive membership and will never come back again. No thanks for your terrible service in Costco Wholesale in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Very good at costco. But when things are gone. Theyre gone.
Mathew and my favorite assistant went above and beyond helping me out in a bad situation. Thanks to 2 awesome people in a very busy pharmacy
Parking and access in and out are well planned and easy to maneuver. Store is like most others but washrooms are closer to the check out which is really nice!
Staff at cash were rude. I've shopped at Costco for years and many locations and never had a problem but this location honestly was a bad experience . First time here and the staff need some training. Only come back as it's convenient when going north.
As always bought more than planned but got so real good deals
Way too many people in the store..one of the supervisors working the cash lines telling people to move in closer..stupid..I will continue to go to the Barrie location only!! Way more friendly in Barrie as well!!
Love the place I lost my phone at the cash went back and thankfully the staff had it ...all in all always a great experience
This newer location is often busy, but they seem to have the expected Costco flow down to an art. The self-checkouts are super handy when you have a small cart. Products are consistently identified and priced; aisles are clear. Ordering kiosks at the restaurant are neat and super easy to use. My initial visit to renew my membership was a little shaky, but it seems that it may have simply been a matter of the customer service associate just having a bad day.
Wide variety of items. Professional staff. Reasonable prices.
It's a Costco, which I think means it is a clusterfudge.
Lots of good things and a great place to have a quick Lunch
The items that I usually get at Costco, I was able get today. As usual, I spent more than I intended to. ☺️ I didn't have to wait in a line before entering the store! I went through the checkout relatively quickly. The Orillia store was quite clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Very pleasant trip to Costco! Just popped in for a few cases of water. IN and OUT in a flash. Definitely refreshing clientele that do not block isle while staring into space, line up for free lunch at the taste stations and block isles. This my store now. Not what I have experienced at certain Costco's in the city.
Soooo appreciative....we have a 50 yr severely handicapped family member...no power scooters were available but cart boys went out to the parking lot to find and bring one back to us! Definitely worth the drive to shop at Costco Orillia!!!!
Great stuff all under 1 room scooters for the handicap, cheap seats but tasty, great parking & easier to get to than Barrie & less crowded. Take stuff back policy good.
This is one of the cleanest Costco's I've been in. Great selection of products. Friendly staff and checkout lines that move quickly and efficiently. Overall if you left Costco you have to return for a better experience at this Costco both Orillia and Barrie.
The most amazing experience. Wow! First time yesterday. Signed up as a member. The staff were helpful, caring and quick to help with what I needed. You could tell they enjoy their jobs, focus on their customers to meet their needs and genuinely interested in helping. Such a breath of fresh air. They made my shopping so easy from start to finish, expert care and concern. Realized I was there just past closing hour, but no announcement to on the speaker to tell me to leave. I was treated with genuine respect as a customer. Wow! From Nikki at customer member service, to Joshua who explained some of the areas I was interested in to Davide who detoured to help me get my bbq grill and propane tank, to the Costco gentleman who had clearly finished work and was making his way to his car when he saw me putting away my new propane tank and offered to fill it to save me a return trip and to allow me to fire up the grill as he put it. Another wow. Consistent amazing service here. Thank you Costco Orillia! You guys rock! Life is Good! :)
Everything you need and more. Workers willing to help and direct you to the right place
Great prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I learned some things talking to the staff at the computer displays. Fast checkout. Really happy with the experiance overall. Only drawback is the fact that everyone is competing for space between the aisles. Some displays are too close together to accommodate tragic flow.
I love their food court hot dogs! Im going to be so sad when my work moves away and i cant walk over to buy lunch all the time. :(
Only thing that sucked was the other customers but they can't help that lol
Very busy but they were super organized and checking out was very quick.
Often crowded with staff and other customers neglecting social distancing and flow protocols; you can use your shopping cart to thwart it. 4-5 stars if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic.
Great store spacious, clean and quiet. No one smashing my ankles with carts
I went to the Orillia location yesterday. Realizing after I was already in the line that I only had cash I was 50 cents short for my order. Jody (sp) was helping to load and immediately ran off to grab change from her locker. It was such a nice gesture on a day where I needed it! I paid it forward just as I told her I would. Thank you Jody!
Love the deals at Costco. No doubt they offer great quality and quantity. My one pet peeve is having to wait in line at the Tire Centre to pay for propane. I waited 20 minutes this afternoon for a transaction that took 1-2 minutes from start to finish. Many in line were frustrated, but we were told they were short staff. That may have been true, but I've experienced this more than once before. There has to be a more efficient solution.
It's a big store
The up to get in wasn't bad, it took 20 minutes. The people stayed back their 6 feet. Except the people that can't follow the arrows.
Love it! Know your prices, so you can make smart purchases. Most things are awesome prices. We will be returning many times for sure. This one has nice CLEAN bathrooms. The staff seem to be nice and friendly.
My wife bought hearing aids from here. Very pleased. Price was good. Audiologists, Joe was very professional. No pressure, took his time and explained everything.
To busy for my liking but my wife loves it. Prices are pretty high but most products are massively big so maybe the prices aren't too bad. Staff are great never had any problems with customer service.
Wow love Costco, so glad one is now in Orillia Ontario, I know it's bulk shopping but you save so much more in the long run, and as long as you have a Costco card you get 8 cents off of every litre of fuel, with the prices these days that's fine makes it worth it.
Horrible place to get your tires done. They have you waiting for up to 4hrs, they don't use proper torquing tools and break customers rims and don't reimburse for damages done to your vehicle there's a reason it's a cheap place and I'm never coming back you shouldn't either
First time I was in and out in 10 minutes. No line up at the check out. 4:30 looks like the time to go.
A little confusing as stock is not completely aligned with other stores but a friendly employee walked with me all the way across the store to find my item. The wings in the restaurant are delicious and cheap.
Great people, friendly and easy to find all I need:)
Deffo a huge difference in customer service and meat selections as well. Next time Kamloops Costco for sure!
Clean and Friendly and Fast
Huge lineup but not because of Covid 19 protocols but because there were no carts available. They were all in the parking lot. No one shops here without a cart.
Was disappointed because regular items I buy, there was none.
Low prices and fast service. A little too crowded for my liking, but to be expected in a wholesale store.
Stopped on 'for a few things'... We did find what we were looking for easily and several other things ☺️ my husband and I have been buying our eyeware at Costco for many years and are pleased with the product, the price and the service. This location sells propane, sells tires and installs but has no gas station.
They were rearranging things all over the grocery department. I felt like I was in the way and all I wanted to do was get my things and get home.
First time at this location. Clean and fresh. Nice walking into a new location, and an adventure to look for where they put things.
My favourite Costco to shop at :) typically busy (as expected) but the size of the store can help ease claustrophobia. Great variety of products ranging from produce to clothes to automotive. The online store is also quite handy. The gas station is large as well.
I always enjoy going to Costco. They have great prices on their large quantity products. They also always have sample tables so you can try the food product before purchasing. I live that because you try food that you would not usually be drawn towards.
Staff all so friendly here.
Always good prices but gas was only 2 cents less than other stations so not worth the wait.
Great place to shop for your every need fruit and vegeatble fabulous and buying big quantities
Gas bar has reasonable prices for both gas and diesel.
It was very busy inside the store long lines ups to get to the cash. It has been many years since I was at Costco. They don't have arrows on the floor to direct people so it was a free for all, not much social distancing going on inside. I just became a member again I think I will just do my shopping online and have it delivered. I think that will be much safer then dealing with people who don't understand social distancing. Very surprised that there was no arrows to keep people safe. The only arrows I seen were in the eye glass section and the staff at Costco don't even follow there own rules about the arrows. Moving carts of products the wrong way.
With covid going on, the store has been quite which is nice cause no one likes going to a packed costco. Staff have been friendly lately and prices somewhat fair
Was trying to by batteries and garbage bags for work. Wouldn't ring me in because I only had my personal executive membership card. Kept insisting i need a business account. When I asked if i could go back into the line and pay elsewhere she said yes...long as i didn't tell them it was for business. In a time where you're trying to limit the time i store this was a bit unnecessary.
Do like the bulk deals. Hot dogs are good and can't beat the price. Like the samples they do. Have purchased a number of things sampled that I otherwise would not have tried. Easy to spend a lot.
The people in deli were very helpful. However I asked for boxes at the till and was told they didn't have any. Yet not even 10 feet behind the cashier and bagger was a stack full of them. Had to box a whole cart. Nice!!
Worst service I have ever experienced... my brother is a fulltime working guy so he don’t have that much time to go for buying grocery and it is my responsibility to overcome these tasks. So, he gave me his costco supreme card to buy grocery and I was at the counter for checkout then, they said that this card doesn’t belongs to you with these hurting words, “have you stolen this card” and snatched it. I am really disappointed that they didn’t even tried to ask whose card is this, from where did you got this, what this card owner relates to you..... nothing they just snatched and behaved very rudely in front of other costumers. They lost one costumer and many more because I will suggest all my near and dears that never-ever go for costco. I am really disappointed.
Did not have all products that we wanted but a good store
Costco rocks. Line up area too tight to get to middle cashiers at times.
Sold me winners on they're scratches packs
For a Monday night it was busy..however the cashier were efficient with the check outs ... even had time for a footlong hotdog and a drink for $1.50 it was a good deal....
How about putting a sign by pumps that your not open, from a big city and they run holiday hours so thought same Thing .... waste of Time coming into the city!
Busy as usual, but checking out was very efficient and resulted in short wait time.
Shop here all the time. Good clean store, staff handy if you need them. Never had any issue with bringing anything back that broke or didn't fit. I have an executive membership which is good if you do a lot of shopping there it will pay for itself every year through cash back on purchases. The parking lot looks like it will be a nightmare to get through the checkouts but the staff move everyone along quickly so pretty quick. I recommend if you are looking for big electronics TV/computer etc I always buy at costco very good price and they stand by what they sell. Pretty impressed with the store and the company.
As usual, found everything I needed and got through checkout with fast, friendly service
Awesome! Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Well organized!
The "two hundred dollar store" You need a membership to get inside. Most items cost between 10-20$. Most customer service is good, cashiers get cranky though when you ask to have your bill subtotalled between items.
A little busy for covid situations but had all my needs as always!
Stocked up for the winter
Well organized and helpful staff.
Preferred going to this Costco location vs the one close to me. Store is laid out better. Will be coming back
Good gas price. Wish they had separate line for people filling Extra gas containers .
The only reason we have a membership is because of gas prices. If you calculate what you are getting by weight for food you are often paying more for less.
Staff were helpful it helping us choose the right TV. It was a great experience. Only needed the one thing, so didn't really walk around the rest of the store this time.
Running average of 4 hour wait times for appointment based tire swaps. Be aware. Aweful service.
I have been going to Costco for years. Always great deals on many products. Recently I switched my dogs prescriptions to Costco as they are so very much inexpensive there. Also they have excellent Covid 19 practices in place.
Who doesn't love Costco? Being from a small town, the closed Costco is pg so when I do go to pg I make sure to bring a cooler because you can't beat those prices!
I just love Costco they have so many different things. Love the meat and veggies ???? They have it all. Clothes shoes bedding tools. You name they have it.
We had the Big Dipper and French Onion Soup. It was so delicious, I couldn't decide what to eat at first!
Lots of choices. Bought some bagged oranges. Very dried out.
Great customer service. Always enjoyable to shop at Costco.
They don't have as much stuff as Costco's in bigger towns, like nearby Barrie or Toronto. Also, people don't know how to Costco at this Costco... There are a lot of people going against the flow of traffic and it's really annoying.
Much as I like Costco, I find the lack of ' New stuff' quite alarming. Never went for a whole year, the cafe menu was exactly the same, and it seemed no new products on the shop floor, apart from the very first row on the left when you walk in you know exactly what the store has. Mix it up a bit! Your clearly have the customer base to take a risk!
Costco always has great deals but I should know better than to go on the 28th of the month when it's a zoo. Still it's very efficient and it's not too long lining up to check out
Costco Orillia is the best during COVID. They have followed the rules from the beginning. I feel safe there and they keep a clean store. I drive over an hour just for those reasons.
Great store lots of parking. Always friendly staff. Love the ice cream. Only complaint is you really have to watch the expiry dates especially the meat. Bought organic chicken and it's best before was 2 days later. And ground beef was bought on a Friday night and best before was the next day Saturday. I'm freezing it but would have liked a little fresher or have it discounted.
Costco is always my "to go" shopping for great bargains, very friendly staff too
They are all very good . . . Corporate Uniformity is very high with Costco!
In and out. Excellent customer service at checkout, as always, and lots of safety protocols in practice. Nice to see.
Decent selection of food for every diet
Always good except for today when I opened my seasoned pork ribs and they are bad, expires Nov,13/21 should pull them off the shelf, and I would like my money back, $26.30, thank you
A bit of a lineup to get in, but not much of a wait. Very efficient Costco.
Heard great things about how safe they've been, but this was the WORST display of social distancing I've seen since covid began. I hope it was a one-off. It was an utter fiasco. Deserved a negative rating if possible.
Basically only use costco for online orders. Always way to crowded for me
I buy all my meat there. The steaks are awesome.
Good size store. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
I was in on Saturday Jan 18/2020 , this is always a busy place , but some reason the cashiers where backed up ,people where leaving full carts of product and walking out of the store , As a senior i'm never in a hurray , but when it came to my turn at the cash ,I was rushed threw and the girl that normally helps you pack up your stuff , was just toss my good in to my cart , i asked to wait until i got one of my bags to my stuff in , the store attendent said we cant wait need to get this line threw and kept tossing my items in the cart , this is the first time this has ever happened , so being a senior i was in the packing lot at minus -15 try to get my groceries in bags and in my car . This has really turned me off , I know they do not care about seniors , so I won't be going back any time soon , and we all waiting for a baked chicken and when i got home the blood was running in my chicken.
It's Costco... They have lots of stuff and good deals on most of it.
I was here today and totally disappointed at the number of folks allowed in the store at the same time AND the number of folks not following the arrows. Perhaps stores should start using their pa system to remind folks!
Had beautiful hanging baskets last year and this year all their flowers look pathetic and half dead.
We love shopping here. The staff are all very helpful. We've never been disappointed with the quality of the baked goods or the meat.
Love this place everything you need, pre-made lunches, love the chicken pot pie!.....oh ya and the samples!.....only problem is, there is none!...
Wore a new mask to the store. Unfortunately it didnt fit too well and it kept falling off my nose. One of the new patrol guys came two feet away from my face and told me to put the mask over my nose. No "Hello sir, please... ". I guess the six feet apart rule is gone now. Then after checkout I waited near the exit off to the side while the tire centre finished putting on my winter tires. Feeling dizzy and out of breath I took the mask off to get a few breaths of fresh air. No one was near me and i was just sitting off to the side. Immediately an employee started freaking out gesturing me to put the mask back on. Have the staff lost the ability to talk to people normally (or maybe they are all suffering from O2 depreviation)? They seem to be resorting to intimiadtion and threats. I wonder if the store is pumping in more oxygen to make up for the fact that everyone is now wearing a mask. It seems like a health risk. How long before someone passes out in the asle? I also see that Costco doesnt care if you have a medical issue. You either wear a mask or your not allowed in. Discrimination? The company and staff should hear what Tammy Clark PPE expert has to say about masks. Get educated people.
Manager Brian and staff the Asian lady working the cart's very rude. Unorganized, lack of keeping all staff up to date. Nothing was done to correct the problem and Brian felt the need to try and push his size and title. Management and staff need to be retrained on customer service. Staff also need to be retrained/notified of all changes of store on a daily bases from the employee's who handle the entrance, throughout all department's and the exit of the store. This is not the first incident of lack of knowledge and information passed on to all employee's in this store. Corporate needs to start hearing about these issue's. Member's are not going to be polite to employee's if employee's are rude to member's!!
Long line ups. Not all cashes open. One line up was shared between 5 available check outs and the second, equally long line up was directed to use only one check out. However you didn't know this. Such a long wait for no reason.
Costco has always been a pleasant experience up until the last time. The cashier associate Ashley was extremely rude to us and especially my father. Throwing rude comments and not appropriate tone of voice. That ruined our whole experience. I hope that we will never have to face that associate again.
Gas bar was quick aswell as cheap.
Was great going into the Orillia Costco for the 1st time knowing that our drives will be much shorter. The only issue that was noticed there are no guards at the end of the cart drop off in the parking lots. This is something that should be looked at since a cart may roll and hit a car.
It's Costco. Always good.
Thursday @5pm the gas station was packed. The store was busy. I did self serve checkout and grabbed a twist cone no waiting. Steaks were fantastic.
Would have been 5 star but they try and upsell their premium membership so aggressively that it makes me not go there as often. Borderline harrassment, c,mon guys time to gear down it's really annoying and excessive.
Costco is a wonderful place to visit, but some people do not know how to distance themselves. Especially when you're looking a different products to see what you want they come right up beside you. I just tell him you're not social distancing. Some r find with it and others r not. But everything else is good.
Good news center aisle is always changing with great stuff... bad news the center aisle has great stuff...can save money on center aisle if you need it. Watch your impulse purchases.
My first experience with Costco.ca (online) did not go as planned. Ordered a washer and dryer because ours broke. The listing stated it would ship within 24 hrs. I assumed that meant delivered in 24 hours but it actually meant shipped from their warehouse in Montreal to halifax which would take 2 weeks. Wife took the day off for a Friday delivery and the delivery company stated they would contact us by 8pm the day before to narrow down the time. No call received from the delivery company. When we called the delivery company, we were told it had not arrived in Halifax so an additional day from work will need to be taken off to take delivery. I can understand delays happen but had they informed us when they knew delivery wouldn’t take place, it’s possible a day of work might not be missed. Currently still awaiting an updated day for delivery. I did file a complaint with Costco re the shipping company lack of notifications but was told by customer service that there is no follow up to me. I’ve heard only good things about Costco but unfortunately our experience did not line up. For the savings of $100, may be worth shopping somewhere local or only at a Costco warehouse as the online experience hasn’t been great.
This newly opened Costco in Orillia is great. Much closer to home for us and a lot less busy than the Barrie Costco. Parking lot seems to be set up a little more efficiently than most other Costco lots. Worth the membership and the drive.
I love our Costco store the store is always neat and tidy and the employees are very friendly and always willing to help make your shopping experience better. Thank u from my family!!
I went to Costco today and I was looking for the popcorn kernels that my husband and I often get from there. A staff member helped my husband and I find the popcorn that was in a new place which was different than we have ever seen it before. The staff member made it really easy to find so we didn't spend loads of time looking for it.
Costco is very popular so be prepared to wait in a checkout line. The cashiers are pretty fast though,so the wait isn't that long. The lines move at a pretty good pace.
Amazing customer service as usual. Staff are always friendly and readily available ????
This Costco is very efficiently run. Even with large lines they get you through the cashier in a very effective manner. Great place to shop.
Costco tire center staff were very abrupt and rude. U was talked down to and made feel inferior for asking questions. No final paperwork was given and no explanation for the repair. I had to keep asking.
Well organized frendly staff always something on special ...cheapest gas prices in town always picked up some unshelled pumpkin seed in a Big bag lightly salted crazy good price for such a large bag and delicious.
Great value and service
It was a regular shopping trip. Wasn't crowded with people.
Love Costco, friendly staff, cashiers, stock persons. Great prices and wonderful selections. My #1 retail therapy store.
Sometimes it's hit or miss for products that you usually like to buy. Sometimes the substitutions offered are even better. However lately the tellers are a bit rough with the food when going through the check out.
love shopping here. prices are great. and lots of variety.
Love the place the food to try the prices are great huge place lots to check out for everyone
Orillia Costo was a nice experience, open neat aisles, fast checkout and plenty of room at gas lane an as always, get food on the way out!
TIRE SHOP: I can't rave about this tire location enough. I went in yesterday, after a very brutal work day, and the care I was given was amazing. I am here from out of town for work, my tire had a bulge in it, and the girl helping me went above and beyond, she was so patient with me, so helpful, and helped me call other places to see if they had the tire I needed. I think her name was Seline. In the end, she got me in next day appointment and never made me feel like a nuisance. BEST PLACE EVER. Thank you all!!
Just left Costco Dartmouth Crossing was not impressed the girl packing my car was throwing stuff into the cart and not careful. She put containers of strawberries and blackberries in yhen three and I mean three packages of cheese slices and cheese on top when I got to my car the top of the strawberry container was crushed. This has happened to me a few times at this Costco. I realize that people are stressed but if I am paying a high price for my food their employees should be shown how to pack a cart. This particular time the lady was not a younger person and someone who has been working there for a while. Infuriates me that some working g at this location are so disrespectful. So not impressed.
What can I say? It's costco! Great place to grab a hotdog or ice cream cone and wander the aisles. Always seem to walk out of there with a bit more in the cart than expected. Best return policy of any store around. Will continue to shop there. This location boasts a fantastic and cheerful staff, fast moving checkout lines and always stocked shelves and displays. Always something new in store, so keep your eyes peeled for the deals!
This is my second best place to shop. My first is the business centre which carriers more stuff at even better prices.
My first time at Costco Orillia. I bought a membership online so had to get my photo taken to get my card. Very friendly staff and cashiers! Looking forward to my next visit????
I stopped shopping here with my wife - not sure why? We started again and despite being such a huge place they really have great deals. Lines move quickly.
Clean, bright, organized. Enthusiastic staff and yummy samples. Finally closer to me, I don't have to drive an hour to get to a Costco anymore!
I shop there monthly for a donation of pet food/supplies for the Comfie Cats Shelter in Orillia and I dread going in the store to be honest. The checkout staff are not particularly friendly and I get what I need and can't wait to get out of there ????????
Good Costco fast , friendly , staff with good service. Only thing this store could use is an liquor department.
Needed new tires after traveling 8000 miles. Megan, Cody and Greg were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They got us on our way quickly and now safely. They have our utmost gratitude. Costco is fortunate to have them as employees.
Limited to 250 people i went early so the line up to get in was only about 10 minutes check out was very fast.
You can't go wrong with Costco. A few associates have been there too long and can be quite rude - I just stay clear of them.
Great service, helpful staff, and giant jars of pickles
First time we had a bad experience was today my wife wanted to renew or membership but as we had a 138$ charge to our credit card she asked cashier to check and see if that charge was for the renewal. Cashier was very rude and would not check or help. I spoke up to explain what my wife wanted and was quickly told in so many words to butt out. On the way out it was raining very hard so we stopped to zip up our jackets and a big guy behind my wife told her to get the F*** out of the way. I never heard him and that maybe was good for me as he was a big dude.
Store is clean and well laid out FRIENDLY AND COURTESY, pleasant staff Lots cashiers 2 staff at each cash out speeds up going threw. HAS lots of other departments besides groceries . Large parking lots They have their samplers back working in the eisles They have a good number of accessible parking spaces They also have accessible entrances.
Love it other than some high prices and always extremely busy
Good location! Staff is helpful and things are where they should be. Definitely in my top favorites list
Love Costco! I had to return a couple of things today (unused of course), one of which i bought a couple of years ago at a different Costco, and they couldn't have been nicer!
Great quality and fresh products. A great selection of local vegetables and baked goods.
Lol. Well i go in to Costco with full intensions on just buying whats on the list. I come out never sticking to my list. I do get whats on the list and then some. Great place to buy your favorite products in bulk. Staff is fantastic
Costco is an amazing store. Kind and helpful people
Great store smaller than others I have been in.
Good shopping for most things that are guality foods and items but as anywhere you need to know your prices.
Great service.... Awesome food
Great size store with lots of products. As others have said you know what you're getting. Products are thoroughly restocked when available and the produce is consistently fresh.
Much better than the Barrie store. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Orillia is now my preferred Costco.
Has the cheapest diesel in town and great products at a great price.
Good variety, good quality reasonable prices. Has Pharmacy decent wash rooms and lunch bar.
Shame on Costco for installing self checkout machines. Costco has always had a reputation as a leader in retail employment. Robots don't contribute to the local economy, pay taxes or add any pleasantries to ones shopping experience. The most basic return any business can provide to its community is employment. Costco and other retailers should remember robots dont buy groceries or televisions or sports gear....
Love Costco but Doris wasn't there so there is no fifth star. She's great to deal with
Experienced very poor customer service, while trying to get propane. The store was opening, 10 mins before actual opening time, maybe my mistake as well, I figured once the store was open and allowing customers In, services would be available, so I rang for assistance to get my tanks filled. I was met rudely by a gentlemen, that told me they would not open until exactly 9am, and would not come out until then. I just replied okay, now worries, I’m in no rush. Which is fine, I assumed wrong, but a little kindness goes a long way instead of being ignorant! Then comes out and plays games, won’t acknowledge that my son and I are even standing there, no talking, wouldn’t even look at us. Goes back into the building as he comes out unprepared. If your going to work in the customer service field, showing some skills in the department should be asset. If you can’t handle being kind and professional. Work some where else.
I used to hate costco... Not sure why.... But I do really love it now! Best tp and paper towel in town! They just always sell the best for the least$ plus you get snacks
Consistently the cheapest gas in BC, and one of the few Costcos without huge line ups.
Always a great selection. With new stuff always circulating. Produce is great quality with affordable pricing. Photo center is quick. The fast food is a little unorganized and hectic. Wait times for food is usability long
I was assisting a friend buying hearing aids.
Excellent as usual but extremely busy. The pizza at the concession was a bit undercooked with the crust being a bit gooey.
The Dartmouth Crossing Costco is very well organized thanks to the staff
When it's super crowed. Shoppers need a bit more direction.. Like if the store puts arrows up, like the roads. It would be safer and less stressful. Courtesy goes right out the window when we don't have signs to follow
Excellent Costco located conveniently in Dartmouth Crossing. Much like any Costco, it is farely busy so parking is sometimes an issue but that just means they are driving great business! The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it is missing a gas bar like some other Costco locations. Other than that, we love this place
We were there early enough that it wasn't very crowded. Great staff.
There seem to be no COVID restrictions whatsoever. This place was so packed today that I did not feel safe nor did my mother. The staff member that rang us through was very friendly, I just feel bad because I feel the staff are being put at risk. Please put restrictions on how many people are aloud in at a time! Thank you.
Costco is my favourite store and shop at various Costco’s regularly. This store is new and clean. The gas bar is amazing as there are never any huge lineups. I did have an issue with a return one day as the costumer service lady had a terrible attitude and was quite rude to me in front of my children. When I spoke to a manager the situation dissolved and I was treated very well!!!
Excellent store that stands by its products. Just returned hanging baskets that didn't do well. No problem, instant refund. Replaced all my baskets from the same store as I never had a problem before and I know they will sort it out if I do.
Purchased outside flowers and the flowers are not nearly as good as previously years. Ps. Lasted a long time
Best Costco around by far!
Most people know Costco. Always something new for the season change. Of course very Good price on in store bake goods.
Good time to shop between 1-5, 7 to closing. Not so busy then
Costco gas bar was good and the assistance at the pump from the person working was the best, fastest and most courteous I have ever seen and experienced from any of their gas bar locations.
It's Costco. Tons of stuff. Huge lines that move quicker than you think they would
Just after this store opened last year, I requested a garage door quote. After getting a much higher quote than I had got from the Barrie store two months earlier, he apologized and said he had made an error. When I agreed to the new deal, I requested an email confirmation, which I never got. I put in a complaint both online and in store and never got a reply from it either. If they are not going to reply to complaints, why don't they take out the comment box in store, and take down the complaint form online. There is nothing worse than never getting a reply. Service 0 out of 10, odds of me recommending Costco, 0 out of 10.
Best Costc, traveled in the past to many across Canada an USA. By far I like this ones layout the best
Always some good deals and something different.
Great Costco purchase experience and short lines.
Great place to shop and worth the membership. Food/produce is cheaper than any other place in town from what I've noticed and is high quality af too. Can pretty much buy anything here.
Food court staff was rude first tgey gave me cold food then i asked for ne again cold food not busy rables were very filthy then i went to call in more drama
Today I went into Costco, I haven't been a member long and didn't know all that they accept for payment as nothing is posted to inform you, and I had a big purchase so I went to pay with my visa after telling the cashier I was using a visa and put in my info and it said unaccepted. Then she decides to tell me they don't accept Visa only MasterCard so I could not get my purchases. I asked if we could do seperate transactions so I could use tap on my phone (forgot my bank card) and I was told no. I was kind of upset (didn't behave disrespectfully) and older stocky lady who was putting things in the cart laughed at me and was clearly talking about me to an employee. Very unprofessional and I will be cancelling my executive membership because of the disrespect of this woman. I also think they should look at accepting visa as most Canadians have a visa or MasterCard. Or AT LEAST POST IT SO PEOPLE KNOW AND DONT WASTE THEIR AFTERNOON ! And after all this they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to apply for their credit card. Good job Costco you lost a great customer and I will be encouraging my family who have been members for years to cancel as well. If you want to employ rude employees (also not my first encounter with rude employees) then I will take my business elsewhere
Better than the Barrie store and very efficient even on Saturday afternoon when the whole world is there
Great prices and service. Love the Balderson cheese, it's so expensive everywhere else and I can't go back to Cracker Barrel/Armstrong cheddar. Literally drive from North Bay just for the cheese. North Bay needs a Costco!
What can I say.... It's a Costco. Only complaint is the old guy that told me I couldn't drink my Starbucks inside the warehouse... But that's more on me than on him.
Costco is always a great place to shop. They have great staff and are very friendly.
Always love going to Costco, except for the line ups for the cashiers.
Always good for bulk shopping. Popular items are gone very quickly
No one answers the phone! I've been attempting to cancel a tire purchase for over a week, no one to speak with is unacceptable.
Always a good place for those who like to shop in bulk as well as quality merchandise at a reasonable price. This outlet is large and seldom really busy.
Moves along alot faster with the new self checkouts....good step in the right direction
Never coming back here, calling head office soon to cancel my membership, they need to train their staff how to be kind, and have some respect for customers!!!
Typical Costco. This location has diesel and fuel prices are the best in town.
Great attitudes and some of the best basic Poutine I've ever had.
Costco is always a great experience. This time though we couldn't find tinfoil pans which we had purchased for many years. Hope they have not decided to not carry them any longer. The one thing about Costco is they will have a popular item and then it will be gone.
A very cost effective and product rich place :) friendly , helpful service...
Was very busy. Employees were very very kind and efficient. Parking lot is a zoo- make extra time for that ????
Pretty standard Costco. Much better quality produce than anywhere else in town. Have only had to get in line once here while checking out. So much better than Costco in lower mainland, but with all the same services.
Like the samples, the sales, but not the long line ups. Today, Dec 29, there was hardly a sole in the store. No hustle or bustle and no line ups. First ever.☺️
Crowded as usual for a Saturday, but went through cashiers fast. Self scanners crowded. Staff directed customers to scanners and cashiers which was very helpful. The majority of people wearing masks.
The customer service at this location sucks . Any time I have ever had to return something there has been an issue. If you want good customer service go to the Barrie location. The Orillia location is only good for their parking and hassle-free shopping; returns are a nightmare.
I always loved this place. Was the best Costco until I met cashier Angela. Attitude and customer service is not her forte. Perhaps she should be stalking shelves or sweeping floors.
Orillia Costco is so much nicer and cleaner !!! It's worth the drive !
Nice, it's not as busy as some stores which is great. Fast, easy in and out
always an experience. busy any time of the day. great gas prices.
It was absolutely crazy busy today, but the lines moved quite well. Huge fall mums were 12.99.Awesome!
Love love love Costco Friendly helpful staff, so much selection, amazing prices
Nice warehouse and great service that is a hallmark of Costco. Store is relatively new, 2-3 years old with a gas station on site. Always well stocked and plenty of parking.
Well laid out. Not super busy. Deal with lines fairly well. Best parking lot in town.
Got everything you need and then some
Easy to park, easy to shop, easy to spend money????
Great place to shop lots of stuff
Busy department store but efficient staff and organized layout
Lines to check out have been quick recently when I have been in. Always happy with my purchases there.
Love this place, in and out no worries
Cashier was awful. Friend wanted to use gift card, made her get a day pass. I'm member. Was unhelpful and rude. My friend is Black. My friend was trying costco for first time but won't go back. Very disappointed.
All the item's I was looking for on sale were in stock. Great customer service and only had to wait outside for less than five minutes.
If you have room to store items Costco is your place to shop. Love it..
I found alot of things over priced not impressed.
Busy at the gas pumps but the line moved well and the price was the best. Store was busy as well groceries are going up and up.
Great products and low prices.
Typical Costco experience. The only complaint about this branch is that some of the products that I would like to buy are almost never in stock and when it is, it is gone quickly. Can often be crowded at times especially near the cashier's.
Who ever made the gravy for poutine on December 12, evening... Did not do a very good job.
We love going to the Costco in Orillia. The whole store seems more spacious. Busy enough, but not nearly as crowded as Barrie.
So packed you can't stop to even look at anything in any isle or turn around
In & out of a very busy place in a short time. Staff is efficient and friendly.
Was well maintained and things kept safe. Staff were great.
Busy..not restricting amount of customers line up was from the inside beginning at pick of carts to instore entrance and isles
Well. That was the worst costco experience I have had. No regular products, an unfriendly cashier and it takes less time to go to another grocerie store and get what I want then check out all the isles to see if you just moved them again or if you just don't have them this time.
I was very pleased with everything in Costco. Jessica Swanson and Staff very helpful. I will forsure keep coming back.
Costco was excellent considering they had been out of power for ten hours. Doing a great job getting everything back up for shoppers
Access to products plus service from staff is lacking and this was not experienced during previous visits. Costco also using COVID-19 as an excuse for either of these negative issues is both ridiculous plus embarrassing so action should be taken immediately to correct them!!!
Just what you would expect. Busy store, great staff, doing their very best to be cheerful & polite.
The service was an excellent the building was very clean and the eye and my wife it was very satisfied
Dylan was great the girl there was rude..telling people to go for a walk and didn't suggest signing in but saying if you don't sign in you don't get service
This costco is always busy and yet the lines move quickly and for the most part staff is polite and cheery.
The best Costco ive been too. They have breaks in the aisles so you can get around when someone blocks it. The parking lot is awesome. Just reverse in and walk your cart right uo the side walk to the back of your car.
Barely any line ups. I find the store much easier to navigate than the one in Bayer's Lake. I don't go on the weekends, but I've never had an issue with parking as some people have mentioned.
Great store, love the fact it is never as busy as the Barrie location and you are not bumping into people all the time. Store is kept in immaculate condition, this new location is so convenient, I shop Costco more often now!!
A good store. Better if you're a member but still a good place to shop.
Found everything we needed plus ! Love how they hand out samples ????we have been buying alot of new foods because of that . Friendly staff and very help full . Parking at this Costco is the BEST
The staff are very helpful and especially so because it was super busy.
I don't know if this is a hometown bias on my behalf but the Orillia Costco is probably the best Costco that I have been to so far.....way better than the other GTA locations. Maybe because it's not as jam packed as the other ones (pre coronavirus of course..... although, I went to the Mississauga one on Christmas Eve and it was filled to the brim with customers).
First time there we walked through the store no bargains that i couldnt of bought for less at any other grocery store ....and for the the two items i did purchase i saved very little also there was no express lane and had to wait in large line ...another shopper in the same position as myself had mentioned the same...what it boils down too is my card purchase and no bargains and long line ups....not worth my money and my time in line ups
They move a lot of people through But no social distancing in effect
Much nicer than Barrie location. Better parking and staff is all really nice and helpful. Not as crowded, so you can shop with less stress from crabby people pushing and shoving other people!
Super busy but lines moved quickly. The cashier needed some hospitality training. Overall good experience except for the cash out.
I prefer the halifax Costco, the layout is slightly different, I feel like you could easily miss stuff in this costco
Costco is one of my favorite places to shop. You can't beat the pricing.
Even if you don't live in Orillia, its worth the drive. Unlike Costco stores in Newmarket and Barrie, you can actually get a parking spot right away, and the lineups for gas are much shorter. Big store, lots of inventory, including a hearing aid counter with audiologist appointments available, which I haven't seen in another area Costco.
Great costco - staff are very friendly and the store is always well kept.
Can't stand Costco, madness on the inside and out, staff is overwhelmed and rude. To top it all off you have to pay to shop there. Products come in larger sizes but if you do the math the prices are pretty much the same. Went for a friend, will not be getting a membership.
I just want to share my experience with the tire center. I order a set of tires from Costco, but they didn’t carry my size of wheel. I contacted them to ask if I could take the tires as they don’t sell rims that fit but they advised the tires had to be installed at their warehouse. I went and bought wheels from another shop and was given a manufacturers guarantee that they would fit. I brought my brand new 2021 Durango RT to the shop. And when I say brand new, it has less than 2000 km. About 1 hour into the tire change I got a call saying that the wheels don’t fit and was provided some options, put the summer tires back on or change the summer rims to the winter wheels. No problem, I asked them to put the summer tires back on and I would reach out to the people who sold me the rims. Once I looked at the rims that I was going to need to send back, I realized that they were damaged during installation. Not only were the rims scratches but the Brembo brake calipers were scratched! I contacted their customer support line who told me I would have to call the warehouse to start an incident claim. They warned me ahead of time that the tire shop may be hesitant to start an incident claim and provided me the number for member benefits as well. I called the tire shop, and spoke to their manager Matt or Ned, I could never understand what he was saying. He told me that they change the tires on 60-70 vehicles per day and sometimes this type of damage happens during installation. They just “bolt on the wheels and if they damage the vehicle then it’s not their fault”. Now the place where I bought the wheels is not returning because the wheels are damaged and the manager told me they would “figure it out” but told me that he can’t start an incident unless I physically go back and see him? I can’t imagine that a huge corporation like Costco wouldn’t be able to start an incident online. Regardless, I’m shocked at the customer service and I will be following up with my lawyer concerning the entire incident. Just food for thought before bringing your car to this place, they will not support you if something happens to your vehicle.
I visit Costco at least once a week. Where else can you find great bulk buys. The fresh cut meats are hands down the best. A little pricy for the Striploin....but worth it. Such unique frozen food isle.... things I can't get anywhere else. The staff are so friendly.... and don't bother you while shopping to make a sale. They're there to help you only.
On site best gas prices.
Great store. Staff is helpful and friendly. The receipt checkers at the exit door always draw little happy faces on the back of the receipt for my little guy. He loves it.
Very well run, staff is awesome. Always full product available.
Can't live without Costco!! Only thing that could improve it is a Costco liquor store but I believe the BC Gov has tight control on that.
Good place to find good deals but shop around some items are a better bargain elsewhere
Rhonda says smart remarks for no reason like "we haven't been taking cards since March ". Bunch of workers chit chatting and not helping
Great store. For RVers, they do sell propane and are set up for 100 lb tanks as well as smaller tanks but they do not sell diesel.
We got almost everything we went for but it was super busy .
It's got damn near everything a person could want or need ????
Really sped up checkout! Good shopping experience.
I'm probably here too often, great place to shop.
Good place to shop for.
It was empty. Loved it. In and out in no time :)
Great staff and not as busy as other Costcos
Classic Costco, you get what you expect. Recently found out that orders can only really be made online, which is alright, but should be able to take place in store.
Excellent deals, new sales each week and great prices on all items from meat, fruits &veggies to kids toys and electronics. My new favorite store now that I have a family of four!
Bought two 3 packs of Dempsters bread yesterday dated April 24th. All were moldy. I cannot return as I live in another town. Be careful with the bread people.
I always love Costco. It is usually an investment to purchase here but if you have the space and plan accordingly you get high quality products at prices better than you can anywhere else.
It's fun to go in, and just buy two things. Sticking it to the man.
Great place to shop and fuel up. It is difficult to go to Costco and only buy what you originally came to Costco for. I always end up with more in my shopping cart by the time I leave.
Not happy.. I made a apt ..but I still have to wait ..I bought tires here! Guess it didnt matter where I bought them I already waited 2.5 weeks for apt and wait for 2hrs again and I'm still waiting.. disappointed customer!!!!
It's never as busy as the Barrie location. Employees were polite and helpful.
Always leave with more than I need but hey, cool finds all the time.
Good warranty on the electronics and foods affordable and excellent customer service agents
Costco has everything you need! Just supersized! Selection is great and tills have been very fast lately. Staff are pleasent, prices are fair and returns are easy. I also noticed that the customers/fellow patrons are also friendly-And the wide aisels are greatly appreciated.
Very nice inside, well kept, and services is great! Prices are as expected well worth the membership.
I love shopping at COSTCO, the only thing is that I don't understand why they always changes product display locations? I will suggest iff you do so, please help to arrange some customer services who can help to locate the product.
Darn they were out of pumpkin pie.
Busy, every one was panic buying, lol.
Lines to pay not too long. Steaks well labelled for best use.
Great safety measures, great service. The man packing our cart was gentle to our produce, which is very appreciated.
Store was busy but the lines moved quickly
Good selection, reasonable prices and great return policy.
The Orillia Costco is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, the store is always well stocked, clean and bright. Also, other than mid day on the weekend it never seems too busy. In comparison I was in the Barrie store a week or so beforehand and it was crowded, people were rude and the staff not available to assist.
Always a great place to shop. Lots if great deals, and they carry very good quality items. The only drawback is I find it hard to spend less than $200.00 per trip. LOL
Love the return policy! You do not hesitate to be impulsive as you can return with no questions.
Wasnt too crowded. Fast and friendly service.
Had a great experience friendly employees well priced products
Great place for whatever you need.
I had a rebate cheque and went through the self checkout only to be told that my transaction had to be suspended and rung up at a different till. The employee complained about how short staffed they were in having to do this for me. At my request she brought a manager over who merely stated that this is the same at all stores but wasn't all interested in my suggestion that signage indicate this policy at the point of entry to the self checkout. I am going to investigate this matter further at their corporate level and seek out more senior contacts that can affect this change.
Love shopping there. Great prices
Busy. Almost always easier to get into the parking lot than returning to the highway.
Very good everyone helpful a couple be needed got the cash for a dollar 11
Great service at the checkout and food court. Found what we were looking for easily (but I'm familiar with the layout).
Always find more than im looking for, no regrets though cause i love all of it
If God procreated with thrift, this would be the creation. Not just Costco in general but this one in particular (Orillia). No fighting for parking spots, no waiting hours to save $2 on gas. This is what shopping at Costco should be like all the time.
Costco Dartmouth Crossing meets all of our expectations. We use the Pharmacy and find the staff knowledgeable, friendly, caring and patient answering questions. The store is bright, clean and they disinfect the shopping carts. My only concern they keep relocating items we use a lot, increasing our time in the store during covid. Maybe they could suspend that practice temporarily during the pandemic?
Cleanest Costco I have been in bar none, always have everything one can need.
Always a great place to shop... and find things that you didn't know you needed. :)
Had my first disappointing experience today. Cashier was snappy and rude. Decided because my total was 200+ i should upgrade my card. When i said no, she argued with me. She was snappy because my items were in a box before being rung through. " miss could you come back here and unload this, this isnt going to work". I ask you why not. You have to move them to scan them anyway? Thought you should know.
Newer location. Not nearly as busy or congested as other locations. Worth the extra drive.
Has like a lot of stuff for like good prices. Need good stuffs for good prices then go here for those good prices on good stuffs.
Eye exams are taken seriously with Great Professionalism & Reasonable Pricing & Timing.
Had my new freezer delivered today by two very nice guys very helpful and respectful ???? I am very impressed by them ???? and it was delivered earlier then was expected again very happy Thanks it was a good experience ????
Store is always clean and well kept. Staff takes pride in working there and it shows. Thank you for being awesome.
Excellent service compared to Halifax location, where they do not care if you come in or not. First time this location was out of water, but the person who assisted me was very helpful.
Always find what I need at Costco. The employees are friendly, ive only ever had one issue since they've opened so I consider that a win. They've been doing good following covid protocol
Nice store, great parking and helpful staff, but you have to hunt for your favourite items because they keep moving stock all over the store so you spend more time shopping and usually spend more money.
I only have one observation, I shop about once a month. Last time I shopped I noticed staff 'wearing' face masks, today I saw staff 'wearing ' masks...tops of masks being worn under the nose sometimes around the neck. If Costco staff are suppose to wear masks or face shields then wear them properly or don't bother.- L.Pion
Very comfortable store. Staff are great Pharmacy staff excellent, knowledgeable, and understanding
It's awesome so far, easy to get to and not much traffic yet. Parking lot is good. Have never waited long in the checkout and all the staff are happy and helpful
Great! Social distancing was marked out well and everyone had masks on.
It would be helpful if hand sanitizer was available after you have used the debit machine at the cash. I noticed the machines are not cleaned after each transaction.
Costco was good as always, polite staff and very helpful. Thanks again Costco employees.
There is a PetroCan location in Stellarton that ship Costco products into their store. They are charging between $ 3.00 - $ 6.00 markup on each item. It should not be allowed as Costco members pay a fee and are not allowed to use their memberships to purchase. There is a vacant location where Future Shop was located in New Glasgow which would be ideal for a store in the middle location to serve from Halifax to Cape Breton. It would also provide some much needed employment in the area.
Self checkout is great and a very helpful attendant.
Friendly helpful staff, wide clean aisles, and well stocked shelves make shopping here a pleasure.
Very good for shopping, usually spend 400-500 at a time when we come, only downside is you need a membership but there is bonuses for whichever one you pick
Clean, spacious, friendly, good selection, excellent customer service, and well laid out with some excellent deals to be had. It's great that they have the electric scooters for people that are disabled like myself as well. Will definitely continue shopping there.
A decent sized Costco but not the biggest. Has a good food court and nice electronics selection.
I was in the Prince George Costco a few days ago and complained to the manager about the numerous people not wearing masks. Some were wearing the ridiculous plexiglass nose decorations, which do nothing more than to prevent spitting. The Costco manager told me they have received direction from head office not to enforce mask restrictions. If people say they have a medical reason preventing them from wearing a mask, Costco managers have been directed not to ask for proof. As our healthcare system continues to fail and conscientious people limit their visits with loved ones, it is offensive to see blatant disregard in spaces where enforcement is possible.
This is the bakery worker. No mask and likes to drop f bombs back to back to back. Apparently she doesn’t care who hears or sees her. Disgusting.
Found everything and more. Busy spot, bit managed to get through quickly. Staff were very helpful
What can I say. I love Costco. Great merchandise and food. Bought strawberries that actually taste like strawberries. Also, Fresh Pickeral, gift basket. And a full cart of many other items. All excellent quality.
I love the prices of most things. And nice things for every season
We live in Barrie and quite often drive to this location, better customers, they have items not available in Barrie and the parking lot us set up with thought in mind.
Awesome location. No line-up usually. Always ample parking. Staff are absolutely fantastic.
Easy to get to, huge parking lot, bought a black membership and got a MasterCard. Gassed up on the way out. More staff than you could shake stick at. Clean. If I had one complaint, I couldn't find anything.
As always, the deals for some items are great, but the meat is overpriced. Beef tenderloin whole, is two dollars less at Independent Grocers. I just bought two of them.
Friendly staff, my go to for costco's.
Very disappointed in Costco and their restrictions. It’s an absolute jungle in there where COVID apparently is non-existent. They have absolutely no rules on how many people come in, no one following arrows and no one sanitizing anything. It’s an absolute joke at a time where small businesses are dying and blamed for high numbers. Get it figured out! Shame.
Well organized and great products and prices. Always restocking and fresh! Staff is great!
Good place to shop. Even with membership fee, you can save on many items and get great value for your dollar. I have been using the audiology lab at costco Orillia for the past 5 years. The staff has been absolutely fantastic in taking care of my needs. Sylvia has been extremely helpful and determined my hearing loss quickly. Glenn at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. I extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend this location.
The parking lot was not sanded and was quite slippery where you were forced to walk to get to the building from your car.
Usually like shopping here however... Extremely annoyed that I checked the website on family day and there in bold letters.. "Open today 10-8:30" only to drive all the way into town (I live a ways out) and find out they are actually closed... Grrrr...
Always a pleasure to go. We can only get there every 2 years. Keep forgetting to bring my own bags and boxes. All and all fabulous.
Typical Costco...all the Costco essentials. Even when it’s busy it’s easy to get around. Staff could be more customer service orientated instead of entitled!
They have awesome prices on wholesale goods like my favorite veggie straws and flavored sparkling water.
Needs more product for kids.
Some good deals and wide selection of bulk items but good lord are the hours terrible. 10am to 830pm guarantees the store will be packed from opening to closing but good luck social distancing in that mob. Here's a tip: extend your hours to cut down on the congestion.
Great store Great selection
It is our best Costco location, always going there on our trip to northern Ontario. They always have surprises for us, in the form of products, that we cannot see them in Toronto. Their new automated service at fast food location is a real outstanding, from ordering, paying, a getting our order it took 3 minutes max. Please, see pictures below this post. Not a busy location yet, and we like it that way. Lines for gas are max of 1 to 3 cars, so one is on the road in no time. Strongly recommend that location.
Everyone was awesome. A young guy collecting carts outside saw I was struggling to put some bins in the back of my jeep and came over and did it for me. I really appreciated that
Better layout in many aspects, more room in the parking lot, easier to enter and leave, aisles are wider. Products are the same just a better experience due to not being so cramped. Gas bar was less busy. So glad we have the option to visit another one so near to Barrie.
Great prices on most thing's
It was good. Looking forward to when the middle aisle is open.
Material for purchase not on the empty shelf. Had lots in store but could not get them until tomorrow irenol for artfites
Had my tires changed there, when I first booked I requested the old tires be thrown out. On the day of appointment, my wife who took the car in also asked for the old tires to be thrown out. Upon completion of changing the tires they still …
Great place to shop in Orillia also the people looking after you are so kind. I wish I new the young guys name that helped us gather our vanity in the SUV he should get a gold star.
I love shopping there good people
Not overcrowded. Very efficient and quick getting through tellers. Friendly service WITH A SMILE.
One employee there is extremely rude. They have pushed me out of their way on 2 separate occasions and have given me attitude both times. Have gotten in the way of items that I was looking at and stayed their out of spite. Definitely not impressed with how this employee has acted.
As always it is a great place to shop and the staff is always pleasant
Ordered on line, delivered. Good
Had trouble getting new phone connected to Costco app. Tried to get new pass word. Could not get email back. They said just go out side and try. They could not help. It was not my service that was the problem. I just said to hell with Costco and I will shop else ware.
I like Costco. Prices are good returns are great. In 30 years shopping there I have been satisfied 99.9% of the time. But they are wholesale so don't expect an express line. If you can't deal with that go somewhere else instead of being one of those $icks that cuts in front of me, doesn't take no for an answer and says I just have a couple things :-)
Normally I dont care about customer service, especially at bulk and discount stores. But this place is atrocious, not just a one off experience either. All the cashiers are incredibly rude, and look at you like gum under their shoe if you dare talk to them or ask any questions. And if you forgot to hand them your costco card before unloading your stuff, well I hope you like being stared down for 30 seconds straight before being screamed at.
Great store. Bright and clean. Well-set-up to deal with coven 19. Excellent customer service!
Cashier wasn't friendly. I am a short woman it was hard to see the debit machine very high up. She was getting a liitle ancy because I was taking too long.
Always find what I need. And always more than I need but buy anyways. It's Costco. One word of advice. Never go shopping there when hungry or partially intoxicated. It gets expensive fast. Haha
A great place to shop for products around the house and business. And they brought great gas prices to Prince George. And cheapest place in town to fill your propane.
N95 masks are handy and well priced...
Disappointed in the number of people they let in. They have a sign posted 554 people in the store before its at capacity. Are they saying that before the pandemic the would allow over 2000 people in there store... Seems high to me
Family has been shopping Costco for years the Orillia location never seems as cramped as the Barrie location and the gas pumps are always quick no lineups
Parking was good. Found the items we were looking for right away and no line ups. Best gas prices in town
Disappointed with the service...or lack thereof... I received with my first experience with this location. Been a member since Price Club!
The store was not overly busy. Staff were cleaning carts as we arrived. Staff are always kind and helpful.
Great place to shop for bulk. They sell everything from clothes to dish soap to toilets too fresh produce. Sad to see no samples because of coronavirus, can’t wait for them to come back.
Current health protocols in place. Good variety of what you expect from Costco. Friendly staff willing to help. Fuel available at this location. Store is neat, tidy and clean.
I like Costco for many reasons .just love the different nationalities shopping there. They always smile amd for the most part costco shoppers are happy ❤
It was a good experience. Got in as soon as it opened and cashiers were not too busy so it was a quick exit.
Good selection and prices.
I lost my membership card .in the parking area.& they just prented me a new one & I was able to shop & go home .how good is that .
