Why Avoid this business? My wife was mentioned that phone clerk did not ask her if it is first shot or second. You responded, the clerk not responsible to ask and it is only on us to find out, well as service provider you MUST notify and provider guidelines and ask if some one has fewer, first or seecond dose. If phone clerk/secretary done proper way this guidelines these negative reviews would be never here but instead you told my wife DO NOTE TEACH ME how to run a business. We wasted our time doesn't not matter 1 hour or 15 minutes according your CCTV how about our drive time ? How about other people come for vaccination? We were providing constructive criticism/feedback as You should make sure how customer service must be improved as other people will not waste time if they come for second dose but you said the clerk/secretary is not responsible to ask covid guidelines and time between first and second dose , as she doesn't have a time for it and now you claim by this feedback we threat the staff by giving you feedback for improvement?! Really?!

New small community drug store. Visited for second Covid vaccine. Pharmacist owner was very friendly and courteous. This will be a nice addition to the neighborhood. Didn't give 5 stars yet because they still are a work in progress, but the store and staff look very promising.

Went to get my second vaccine the owner/ pharmacist was very friendly funny and personable. The store itself is well laid out with everything you need at a pharmacy. The location is perfect especially for those living in the new section of West Bedford Brookline

Super rude customer service I have ever seen. When we arrived no one didn't mention the regulation about distance between two dose vaccination has just changed and we were sitting around 1 h, after that the person who responsible to shoot vaccination said oh I can't do that because regulation changed, when I asked him why no one explained when we arrive, he said we don't have time for such this thing. It means we can give right to ourself to waste your time. I gave him politely suggestion at least when a person arrive, when you ask for some details (name and etc.), ask that person when is the first dose as well to give explanation (to avoid wasting people's time). He impolitely told me DO NOT TEACH me. It is the worse behavior I ever seen. Super rud and careless system I have ever seen.

Our daughter’s prescription was done very quickly and explained it very nicely. Very friendly employees and also welcoming. Good collections of unique home decor accessories. I am now a regular client. Sine ????????

The young pharmacist that gave me the shot was pleasant and provided a technique of injecting the vaccine slowly to avoid unnecessary arm pain and it worked! Thank you so much. Clean, bright pharmacy. The staff were very helpful and offered assistance within seconds. The store is a smaller footprint, so it doesn’t have all of the selection that you would see in one of the larger chain pharmacies, but the location is very convenient for residents of West Bedford. Note that when exiting onto Larry Uteck Blvd using the exit to the right of the pharmacy you can make right hand turns only.

Went in this evening to get my 2nd covid vaccine. I have a needle phobia and they were great to deal with. Private room and pharmacist was excellent and gentle when giving the needle. ( I barely felt it ). They gave me time to come around from getting a bit weak and kept an eye on me. I'd recommend if you are nervous of getting needles , go here. You will be well taken care of to get it done.

This is my first time ever writing a review on google and it's only because I received outstanding customer service from Chintan, the owner and pharmacist at Brookline Pharmasave. I had an issue with my insurance and Chintan personally called them himself to resolve the issue for me. He was very kind, patient, and friendly. 10/10 would recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know!

Best Pharmacy Service I have ever had! The totally dysfunctional Covid Vaccine program administered by the NS Government Health system failed my family completely… twice! Fortunately, the kind and caring personnel at Brookline Pharmasave were there to help. They had Moderna Vaccines available and were administered by the Pharmacist and Owner/Manager, Chintan Prajapati. I have received dozens of required vaccines during my international aviation career and I would highly recommend Brookline Pharmasave for their professional and courteous service. It is a new pharmacy in the area and a few kilometers out of our way, but they have earned my gratitude and our family will be regular customers. Capt. G Robertson

Not good for kids' vaccination. It is a small place with no washroom. Thanks for your response, but if you cannot respond to children's basic needs, please do not offer them anything else. Also, if you book fewer appointments, you would help your customers practice physical distancing. Considering the current positive cases of COVID, I didn't feel safe hanging for 75 minutes with that many people in such a small place. If it weren't that windy, I would wait outside where my children had to go to the washroom. My point is your pharmacy does not have enough capacity for that many reservations for a vaccination.
