The last time I got a smoothie from Here I was a bit disappointed in the taste. It didn’t have much flavor and the vegan protein powder was quite strong in the smoothie. This also could’ve been because I got a kale smoothie and has the protein powder added to it.

I've been addicted to Victoria's since my first visit 5 years ago. They have the most knowledge staff and the best açai bowl I've ever had. The prices are great and they have a solid selection of quality brands. I love that I can do all my health food shopping, grab my vitamins and get my free bowl in one stop!

Fantastic supply available, 1 stop shopping for all my supplements which includes most importantly the ones for perimenopause. They have always had in stock the list of items prescribed by my Naturopathic Doctor. Friendly helpful staff and the points system is a bonus which earns you a free Smoothie and they also host info events with guest speakers

More Than just supplements! A great selection of skin care and other health related products. Prices are at least 20% less than other supplements from other stores and they only carry reputable, quality brands.with choices for every budget. The customer service is excellent. Not pushy, just informative and helpful without being confusing.

When you tell customers that "this product is homeopathic strength and is very effective" you are lying to them. Lies and money grabbing greed like that are the reason the fake medicine industry should be much more heavily regulated in Canada.

I was just at Victoria's Health and had a really good experience! I felt safe with the Covid protocols they have in place and the staff were friendly. I had a few questions regarding supplements and the girls were able to help me find what I needed! The best part was that I was offered a delicious free smoothie because I spent more then $60! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Friendly, helpful staff... great healthy shakes for the price ($7-$8), especially when compared to some other pricier options at the bottom of lonsdale. I’ve lived here for 3 years, and just discovered that this place has shakes, now I go all the time. I have no clue about the pricing on all the other health food stuff, but I would probably buy there anyways based on their friendliness

Really good selection of quality vitamins and supplements at reasonable prices. Lots of options to meet a wide variety of needs, including those who prefer all natural or plant based alternatives. They also carry a good range of household and personal care items, as well as spices and other pantry staples. Staff are really friendly and pretty knowledgeable. There is a smoothie bar in the back with many delicious and customizable options. I typically get their acai bowl (minus the bananas, which they always happily sub out) and they are very generous with their toppings, which isn't something I see a lot from other places. They also offer a rewards program where you can redeem accumulated points for goodies or discounts and anytime you spend more than $50 in store they give you a free smoothie.

Terrible service, useless advice. Arrived in store and was ignored, had to wait for staff to finish their personal conversations before getting any assistance. Recommendations were vague and useless ("do any of these 6 cleanses and take some antioxidants if you want" was all she suggested before walking away). Far better to research and order online than waste any time in this place.

I started seeing a blond hair woman working there recently and she has no customer service training at all and she doesnt even have basic info about any supplements. She doesnt even greet you in a good manner. She stares at you and even whisper (talk about you to her colleague), then she quickly stops once you look at her. (Very rude obviously).She definitely doesnt realize her old age and behave totally unprofessional.

I wish there were more stars to give! A friend of mine introduced me to Victoria’s Health and Organic Bar and I have been there several times. I usually do not write reviews but since they are excellent staff, I decided to share my experience. I bought collagen, L-Glutamine, Protein, and vitamins from the store and I am totally satisfied with the products and the prices. Their prices are often better than amazon. They have a very professional and welcoming team with excellent knowledge of the products. After that, I introduced the store to a few of my friends and they are very happy with their purchases as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

I visited this location today and was surprised to see the person behind the counter not wearing a mask, and touching her face. When she noticed me she put on her mask, but didn’t sanitize her hands. I still ordered (wish I hadn’t) as the two other employees making smoothies were masked, but the smoothie I ordered was super sweet and gross. Definitely won’t be visiting again!

Had a bizarre encounter with the male owner. Wanted to return hemp seeds that were rancid. He said no. I said they are quite rancid. He flat out said no, they are not. I said you can try some if you don't believe me. Again, no. Literally, he was that curt. Wish I'd spilled them on the floor right there, but I just walked out bewildered. Other than that, like others said - employees are quite clueless about their products.

Love this store. The average price for a smoothie is around $8 and they are all just delicious! No better deal than here. Their vitamin prices are also very reasonable compared to other stores (ie. Whole foods, Body energy). You won't regret coming here!
