Went to this location a few times. Found the woman who usually works at the Robson location to be quite short, dry, and snooty with me almost like I was asking her for her liver instead of some advice. Seems to me both her and the guy working there act like they are working a health practitioner job instead of a 6 mths education in vitamins /cashier job. Their products are generally expensive. On a good note the Pharmacists are patient and humble.

Almost every employee is extremely lovely and tried to help me work through my problems. Unfortunately, I came here for medication I was continually promised and did not receive. After two weeks and 5 conversations, each time promising me my meds would be ready the next day I can’t trust this company. I’m sorry to some of the staff for a 1 star review, but I now may have to be admitted to the hospital because of their mistake they were unwilling to accept. This could have all been mitigated if the manager did not tell me this was a problem with my communication after 2 weeks of placing the prescription. I don’t know how this pharmacy works, maybe you have to ask them 6 times to fill your prescription instead of 5. If you like to chat with your pharmacy for hours and not get your meds this is the pharmacy for you!! Thank you to the asian gentleman and kind woman I spoke to on the phone. I hope I just caught everybody on a bad day

This has been my go-to store for well over a year (ever since I discovered them) and I love it! Kyle is SO knowledgeable and helpful, all of the staff there are. I've been able to get really specific answers to questions I've had on supplements and how they work in the body. Very useful as normally when I go into a supplement store I just get very generalized info. The assistance I've gotten from the staff here have helped me make clearer, well-informed decisions when buying supplements (instead of just randomly picking one brand/type and hoping it's what I need). Thanks so much!!

I absolutely adore the pharmacists and staff at this location. They are very knowledgeable. They are genuinely kind and caring. I go out of my way to get my prescriptions filled here. They have very good prices as well as an awesome selection of all the natural products I ever need. 10/10 would recommend.
