Probably a good pharmacy, people seem to like it, but for a covid booster shot disorganized and understaffed. You end up standing around 20-minutes while they fill prescriptions. Not enough signage or flow on where to go to separate the pharmacy prescription clients from the covid shots. Little to no communication and a bunch of people standing with a deer in headlights look while someone just works with their head down filling scripts. If you can go somewhere else that staffs what they're collecting healthcare money from, it's a better choice than whatever this is. Be ready to put an hour aside all said and done. Bottle of Moderna is just laying there unmonitored, needles are out and unmonitored, this place doesn't instill confidence. The guy is good when you get him and administers things well when you get him. Garbage isn't cleared. Feels gross and it is unprofessional.

Anthony is wonderful. He always makes sure you know everything about your medication and he gives very helpful advice that goes above the necessity of explaining the medication. I transferred all my prescriptions to Northview when they first opened and I am so glad that I did. His customer service is great, as is that of his assistant. She is always pleasant and very helpful. Plus they are fast!

You can also email him your subscription renewal number and he will email you back to let you know that it's ready for pick up. For sure, the best customer service we have experienced in a pharmacy.

We are so sad to learn that Anthony is leaving his full time position at Northview Pharmacy. He is the best Pharmacist we have ever had and as seniors we have had a lot of experience with Pharmacists. As a customer we could see that Anthony was overworked. It's too bad his boss didn't recognise it too because this is a huge loss to their business. This is the only reason for the 3 star rating.
