After going to London Drugs for a weekly pickup for over 6 months, I was so tired of the slow, rude, and completely incompetent service. So I transferred my prescription here. These folks are 10x better, there is never much of a wait. Often I am the only one in the store. If anyone is annoyed by their pharmacy, this one is very good!

Who knew I needed a pharmacist? I used to get prescriptions filled wherever was closest. Here, there, anywhere. Then we discovered Pharmasave. Now I am a person, not " next". I get personalized advice. My prescriptions are filled super super quick. No more waiting 1/2 an hour. They are friendly and helpful. Before, I would go anywhere. Now, I will only go here. Does it cost a dollar or two more?? Probably ..... But we are worth it.

Kam, Nagar and the Team and wonderful. They deliver meds every day to my elderly Mother as part of their Seniors' program for daily dispensing. They are polite and kind and alert the family when anything is untoward with Mom. I highly recommend them.

Not impressed!!!! Made an appointment for COVID vaccine. Arrived for said appointment. Upon arrival I was told that they did not have any vaccine. Don't take appointments if you cannot fufill them!!!! Waste of my time.

I came there on Saturday and as per your indication I parked my car at rear, you closed at 5 on Saturday and obviously I didn’t know that! I came to the front door, saw you were closed . And I got a ticket at 5:01. I gave tried to contact the parking mng and explain the situation but they keep telling me “ Please be advised that this location is private property and all parking rules have been created by the property owner(s). Diamond Parking has been contracted to enforce these parking rules as posted on the signage by issuing notices and/or towing any vehicle not in compliance, without exception. Our decision in regards to this file is final. There is no requirement for further correspondence.” How I am supposed to be your customer when you are closed!!!! Not fair! I will be escalating this.
