Shideh is the most professional pharmacist I know. Everyone who works there is efficient, caring, and very informative. All staff are very friendly/personable and go above and beyond to make sure all of your personal needs met. It feels like they are family! It is an absolute pleasure to deal with this pharmacy. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, along with her staff. I moved all my prescriptions here and it was the best decision I've made. Prescriptions are filled promptly and properly. The atmosphere in the store is always friendly and has a community feel when in there. The store is spotless so it feels very safe. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy ever! My pharmacist contacts me as soon a I have a prescription called in and she has even caught prescriptions I am highly allergic to. They deliver when I am unable to pick up my prescriptions. Sade (not sure her name is Spelt correctly) but she is absolutely awesome!

I have found the staff at Lonsdale and 3rd Pharmacy to be very friendly and knowledgeable and a great place to source my pharmacy needs. I feel lucky to have a pharmacy that goes out of their way to provide the service a larger chain might, but in a local neighbourhood store. They can also provide delivery for when I can't get out. 5 stars.

I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour over a year ago which means so many meds. I travel from White Rock to pick up my drugs because I know that my pharmacist will have checked for drug interactions and always makes sure she lets me know if something isn't covered by MSP or Corporate insurance. She calls often to make sure I am doing okay and has even called the oncologist and neurologist directly if she had some concerns. Sweet caring people like this are few and far between and I am so grateful I found this place.

I was introduced to Shideh and Lonsdale & 3rd Pharmacy as my wife was dealing with terminal cancer. I have to say I have never met a more caring and professional individual than Shideh. My wife was on a very complicated drug protocol and Shideh went over and above the required service to make sure we were able to follow and complete the treatment plan. It is so comforting to see a professional that is genuinely interested and concerned about their customers well-being. My families preferred pharmacy is Lonsdale & 3rd Pharmacy.

I have been coming to this Pharmacy since I moved to the building across it in 2014. I have never looked back, she is one of the most thorough and thoughtful people I have encountered in any industry. The pharmacist really truly does make you feel like a friend, and a part of her family. She has great staff and together they create an efficient, quick, and prompt service. They also go above and beyond when you need prescriptions filled and by checking up, and making phone calls to you when necessary. I have since gotten my brother and girlfriend to go see her, and they have all been extremely happy and will remain customers as well. Go find out what it feels like not to be just another dollar sign or patient number and be apart of something bigger.

This is the best pharmacy in North Vancouver, if not the north shore. It is a service-oriented pharmacy--the owner, Dr Shideh Shadfar, is proactive. My husband was unhappy with his old pharmacy and has found Dr Shadfar to be extremely helpful. She lets him know when his prescription needs renewing and is generally on top of things. She is also very friendly and always happy to see us. We recommend her highly.

Friendly and attentive service. The pharmacist here is knowledgable and very responsive to questions when I asked. They're quick with filing the prescriptions as well. The store is small but has everything you need from a pharmacy. Sometimes the medication I need isn't in stock but they'll get it in very quick, sometimes same day! I would not go anywhere else. Great people and fantastic service.

We are all so happy that we made the switch from the big stores to this local small business. Dr. Shideh Shadfar and her staff are incredible! Not only is Shideh knowledgeable but she always goes above and beyond what any other big retail pharmacy would do for the same price (if not cheaper!). She actually cares about you as a person, not just as a customer. She remembers her patients and is always happy to see you. I've never had this kind of service at any pharmacy... ever!
