As with many people, I no longer have a family physician. I called ahead to see if I could get a two prescriptions renewed and listed each one. I was informed that would not be a problem. Drove 1 hour to get there, another hour and 15 min in the waiting room. I got to see a tele health doctor. One of my prescriptions is considered a controlled substance (clonazepam for anxiety and panic disorder) and that could not be filled there. Staff could be better informed to inform patients of this.

between Phil's pharmasave and the walk in clinic, I continue to be impressed. They are efficient, having sent your prescription from the walk in clinic to the pharmacy before you're out of the exam room, and then promptly filling it. While at first wary of the telemedicine approach, i quickly changed my mind, after interacting with the staff at the clinic and over the video chat. Very efficient and friendly service, and the space is clean. I will continue to recommend the clinic.

Between the fantastic service at the pharmacy and the "I can't believe it was that easy" experience with Telemedicine I am SOLD! I was in, saw a dr,and had my prescriptions in about 30 mins(this included the self serve "check in" which I absolutely loved once I got the hang of it!) I will cont to use this service as I actually got better care here then at did at the ER!

It is a shame. 5 hour wait. Registered at 11.am was told at 2:18 there were 2 people before me. I sat in parking lot untill 4:15 watching people come and go

IIia is knowledgeable and friendly! i really love the appointment system as during the work week, i’m not able to wait in line for hours. the pharmacy staff is great too. i received a prescription and it was filled within a few minutes. the pharmacist actually took the time to explain the contraindications.
