Can't say anything without giving a star, but I give this pharmacy a ZERO. My boyfriend went in there earlier today to get some T1's over the counter and heard the cashier tell the pharmacist that "There's another junkie at the counter trying to get a fix". HE'S A MAN THAT SUFFERS FROM CHRONS DISSEASE!!! He doesn't have the benfits from having a family Dr or proper medical care. He gets by with what he can, and how he can. He went in there, in pain, from serious neck and back strain and only wanted something stronger in pain relief than what regular or extra strength Tylenol would give him. He's on day 3 of being in this pain and you turned him away because of his appearance. Yes he's tall and thin. Malnutritioned from his Chrons, but because he doesn't look healthy he was presumed to be an addict. CASHIER LADY... you're lucky I wasn't there to give you an earful. PHARMACIST: had you reacted in reprimanding the cashier and not pay any adieu to her BS claim, and taken the time to talk to my boyfriend, you have seen he didn't display addictive behaviours, or withdrawal symptoms. He was just a man looking to relieve his neck and back pain. I have heard nothing but bad things about this pharmacy and the service provided there...time for some sensivtivity train for yourself and the rest of the employees. Conveince of being in a medical building, may be the only reason why you are still open. WE are looking into who to contact to file a complaint/report about this experience.
