North Bay Pipes&Drums

Tonight (Thursday) I went to Northern Shores Pharmacy, my regular pharmacy, to get my flu shot. I ended up having an allergic reaction. Richard, owner/pharmacist, took great care of me, checking me every couple of minutes. He gave me a Benadryl and when that didn’t improve things, he drove me to the ER with Epi-pen on hand. He parked the car and met me inside, stayed for a few minutes to make sure I was well taken care of. He then gave me his personal phone number to call for when I was done at the ER. He picked me up and brought me back to my car in his store’s parking lot. Thank you Richard for the outstanding service! I’m feeling much better. I have the best pharmacist in North Bay! I’d also like to thank the wonderful Nurse Joshua and Dr. Edie for taking such great care of me while in ER. Again, many thanks to these fine health care professionals. Lisa

Definitely the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my adult life ! The care, compassion and thoughtfulness of all the staff is amazing ...Pharmacists Bill and Richard are phenomenal and have gone above and beyond to try and help me figure some things out regardless of how many times I have had to come back for guidance or advice...the staff are always friendly , wait times are fantastic ...even though our city isn't huge in population, you get the small home town feel and treatment here ! I have reviewed in the past and just want to update that over the years they have provided continued great customer service, from the staff answering the phone to the Pharmacists themselves.. not matter what your medical problem they will help you willingly and happily; even through all the restrictions they and other pharmacies are wading through in order to help us with our needs. Am waiting for an OK to have Covid vaccine, and will have it done there when approved for me. Delivery service is fast and courteous. Thanks again!

We moved to North Bay 7 years ago and I can honestly say that Bill and Richard have spent more time with me that my previous pharmacy had in 7 years! It's been a long time since I have felt this level of service from health care professionals. Although I had tried compression stockings many times in the past, the precise measurements that Bill took (not a conversation but SIX measurements at 8:30 am when legs are not swollen) has helped me to ease into the socks and I already feel the benefits. It's refreshing to have a team of pharmacists who are genuinely interested in my well being. I would HIGHLY recommend Northern Shores Pharmacy! Picked up some priceless gifts for Easter as well. Looking forward to your Grand Opening and hopefully, winning the Caribbean Cruise!
