Amazing staff! Always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The owner-pharmacist, Medhat Ibrahim, is a very sweet, humble and respectable man whose priority is always the clients health and comfort. There are other pharmacists that work there as well on other days, and the same can be said about them, as they are all great. From a customer's perspective it seems the workplace dynamic is very comfortable as they all seem to be happy and work well together. Overall a very well-run establishment. There is also a good variety of products for sale aside from the actual pharmacy itself. Definitely recommended to anybody in the area and beyond.

Terrible customer service. I emailed and asked about a wheelwheel rental for a certain date. Was told to call the store. Wild goose chase, they will not reserve one. Wish they would have told me when I emailed rather than wasting my time, and delaying my search. I DID NOT AT ANY TIME RECEIVE A PHONE CALL!

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for over 10 years now, they have always been great. I have to mention that I got really sick six years ago. Since then, the owner and the staff have been there for me whenever I needed anything. I MEAN ANYTHING!!! Always treated me with nothing but respect, understanding and very helpful. Amazing support at any given time. This is by far the best pharmacy in Niagara Falls and absolutely most helpful staff. Customer service at it’s finest !!!!

Queen St. Pharmacy has an exceptional pharmacological team. I transferred all my RXs and my family's, several years ago, when there was a shortage of particular essential medication I require, at my previous pharmacy. I contacted Medhat, since this is the pharmacy housed within my Family Physician's office. Medhat was exceptional. He was able to access a generic brand of the same RX, until the shortage was terminated. Medhat and Christine are exceptional pharmacists. Both have an extensive knowledge base and expertise, and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure both educative knowledge on a particular medication and ensure that all Rxs are promptly and accurately filled. Christine is superlative pharmacist, that will not only do all she can to assist patients in their Rxs, but provide educative information as well. The staff is outstanding, affable, patient and fastidious. Betty, Lisa, Colleen, all work so hard to do their very best and ensure prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately. As a patient that suffers from both acute and chronic pain, these qualities are invaluable. Patty is excellent as well, always willing to accommodate a deliveries. The Queen Street team is remarkable and should be acknowledged for their consistent patience and outstanding patient-service. It's okay if you enjoy waiting extra minutes while the pharmacist quits harping on their cell phones. I have gone a number of times with family and more often than not if you are waiting for a prescription - it'll be finished quickly. You may have to wait an additional 5 to 20 minutes while the pharmacist finally either shows up or stops talking on the phone to what is obviously friends.

I've been going to Queen St Pharmacy since I moved to Niagara Falls back in 2009. There are many reasons why, first and foremost they Will go over and beyond to help you in Any way, and they will do it with a smile. They have the friendliest employees and pharmacists who will answer any questions that you may have. They have been nothing but courteous and understanding to me and I can't thank them enough. This is a nice pharmacy to deal with, I've never had any mix ups or issues. The lady who does the deliveries is really friendly, helpful and very kind. Despite all of this craziness with the pandemic, her and the staff at the pharmacy are friendly and positive. I would recommend them as your pharmacy, if you don't already have one.
