I honestly didn't think I would give 5 stars to anyone. I'm a stingy guy but these people, one word describes 'em, "WOW!" The owner and his staff are professional, courteous and go the extra mile. They even deliver meds, do blood work, have a clinic, do COVID tests, do COVID vaccines and MUCH much more! Plus they do it all with a SMILE!!!!!

A breath of fresh air! This place must be the best Pharmacy I have ever been to! The service and the staff actually goes above abd beyond. Staff is both professional, knowledgeable and also very friendly. Forget about the long waits and rude corporate pharmacists. They even deliver your medication to you which is also fantastic! Finally a good pharmacist in the neighbourhood ????

Guardian Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to. The pharmacist is very helpful in everything I have ever asked for the staff is wonderful I give this place five stars and will always go here as long as I live in Niagara Falls. Plus the pharmacist allows this nice little old lady to bring in free coffee and baked goods and clothes from time to time for anybody that's in need of help.

Most amazing pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Shoppers were trying to charge us for a medication for our daughter that's free and the pharmacist came to our aid almost a year ago. There is not enough stars on here to recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are so nice and polite they honestly go out of their way for anyone.

The owner of the pharmacy is great and very kind and helpful. Unfortuneatly an employee working there, who worked today january 11th , gave me the wrong information on the phone, making me waste my time and gas to come down when he said it was okay to come in without a script since my dose was low. Once i got there he said i couldn't. The medication i take is not something this man should take as a joke and then mock me and tell me "wow you cant just get over it". He is extremely uneducated with the knowledge and very poor in customer service within the pharmacy. He made the owner lose a close and steady customer and i hope he gets replaced so noone experiences what i just did .
