Decent folks. Good service. Good communication. I wouldn’t say they’d go above and beyond. I’m a previous Ontario resident, and my doctor is still there, so there was a lot of coordination I had to do to get the appropriate documents. And this office was refusing to coordinate it themselves, maybe they’re very busy. Regardless I’d suggest them for a local pharmacy that will give you a great experience if there’s no hick ups.

Dont go here. This guy here was rude and racist. I walked in with my friend to buy gloves and he told me to put mine back and I asked why he said because you are with him. I said I walked in with my friend he said doesn't matter I think you are related. Wow. Never had so much rudeness and dirty looks from him... that's why I am Putting him out there.

We seldom see or find businesses like this anymore. The drug store lacks a lot of things to sell but when they have the item, they priced it reasonably. It is not a busy place and ambience of customer service reminds me of the good old days, when a village pharmacist would be so willing to explain things and not hurry you up. I don't like the young people they hire. There is a young woman who works there and does not have the skills of an old-wise customer representative that's the only reason why I'm giving this branch of imperial pharmacy a 4 star. But overall, the way they receive a customer is just great. The pharmacists are very professional, accommodating and patient. It is situated in Carnarvon St. and one would not notice it as much as you notice the other giant pharmacies around.
