I have dealt with Kent pharmacy for years now. They deal with all my prescriptions. They even know me by name. I also have received my flu shots and Covid vaccine here. I feel like they have taken care of all my needs.

Very nice staff. They genuinely care about you and your health. If they don't have something in stock, ask! Its possible they could order it for you. That is the benefit of going to a locally owned establishment.

Just Read a news article from CTV that Pharmacist Bhanu Prasad Seelaboyina, the Pharmacy Manager, was reusing syringes to give the COVID vaccine. If you got your vaccine here I would urge you to seek medical care. The risk is low as he was apparently only reusing the plastic tube which holds the vaccine solution, not the actual syringe. But better to be safe.

We always call ahead of time to let them know we are on the way to pick up our prescription and they always never have it ready and we have to wait 10 mins for them. A lot of times we go in and we find that they've closed an hour or more early even tho we've called them to let them know we are coming and they leave anyway. Also tried to say we didn't need our medication because they believed we were "too young" to need it. Not very reliable. If you can find another pharmacy I would say switch but if it really is the only place you can get too make sure you go early in the day. 5 times we've gone there at 4pm and they closed early.

Very small pharmacy. Lovely and dedicated staff but the weekend hours are a bit inconvenient and stock is very limited.

This pharmacy is so bad, they maybe have good customer service but so unorganized , they lose your pills that their Owings and never have enough, always tell you come back, small pharmacy little inventory, waste of time, go to one in Safeway, more reliable and have bigger inventory

Pharmacist at the time, in August, reused the syringe on multiple people getting the COVID vaccination. Should have followed my gut feeling when walking into the store and seeing a pretty rundown shabby place, even though it had government approval to give vaccinations. Beyond unhappy, as is my granddaughter, who was one of the victims!!????

They r my go to pharmacy 4 all my perscriptions always friendly they even remember my name. Not 1 staff member I haven't liked. Awesome pharmacists they never make anyone feel less than, as I'm a methadone client whose in twice a week sometimes more (if I loose my carries) and I've never felt uncomfortable ever. Definitely worth giving them a shot.

I have had to use pharmacies for years, and as such, there are the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. Kent Pharmacy is not only good, it is Great. The staff are the best I have ever dealt with, and the service is Gold Plated. Kent is worth the journey and service will make you forgo all others. Kudos!

Generally good service. My only concern was when I inquired on the price of an expensive item. I knew my extended medical plan got me a great discount on that drug. However for some reason I was being quoted for $140. I got them to double check but that was the price. I went to a different pharmacy and was quoted $40, which was more in reason given the discount I get. Make sure to double check your discount (if you have extended medical) before getting your prescription filled.

The pharmacy goes above and beyond for you. I ran in tonight, hadn't been on my medication in a few days, and I had no idea (my fault) that my dosage had actually changed. They could tell I was frazzled and calmed me down easily by just explaining it over and over again until it finally sank in. That patience is so appreciated, rad group of people!

Imagine writing a review about a pharmacy! But if I could give this place ten stars, I would. I have been so well served at this pharmacy, and I am very sorry that we are moving away from it and I can no longer fill my prescriptions here. This pharmacy is awesome. The staff are always courteous, always professional, always warm and welcoming. There is such a diversity of clientele using the pharmacy, including some folks who are obviously down on their luck, and it is impressive to see the pharmacists treating all clients with dignity, respect, and... well, love. When you fill a prescription here, they give you a coupon for $1.50 to spend at the store, which is a great bonus. I did a vitamin consultation with Fabina that basically turned my health around - she offered me samples to start with, and provided a detailed vitamin plan based on my health profile. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to feel warmly welcomed when one comes in to fill a prescription. This pharmacy instantly becomes a vital part of your health team, and not just a pill dispensary filling an order. I highly recommend this business.
