I have been shopping here since I moved to Sussex area. I'm not sure if the spring water refills are getting their filters replaced as often as needed or not. Recentlt it hasn't seemed as good as it use to be. I would like to buy some vanilla bean but I've asked at customer service & looked several times but still haven't been able to find any. Is there a shortage or any reason you can't get any in ? I would like to buy one to cook my homemade apple sauce. Thank you .

Clean store with a pretty nice selection staff are friendly and helpful. I can always get my favorite spicy ramen noodles so that's a great thing.

A place that gets rid of there plastic bags cause its harmful to the environment,well sobeys 99% of the things you sell thats in your store is made of plastic,maybe if you think back to the past and used what you used then,hint for yas its called a paper bag,but let me guess your gonna say it cost to much,but come right down to it its not because the plastic bags is harmful to the environment cause if that was the case you would have to eliminate 99% of the stuff u have coming into your store,all this comes down to the cost of having you to pay to have the plastic bags shipped to your store,all i got to say is greed and you should be ashamed of using plastic bags as an excuss,you get a one star for this.

Cant beat the friendly staff and well stocked shelves. The staff in the meat department always help us out with any request and the fish counter is great. Good to see the cleanliness is ongoing during the fourth wave of this pandemic.

Nice store, good selection and clean. They should get their staff to smoke out back, kinda gross sitting in vehicle with windows down with staff smoking in the cart corals right next to you.

Bad experience a manager questioned me very rudely because a person driving the same type vehicle as I was bad in the store yesterday. Stay away if you drive a Jeep I will never do business with that company again anywhere.

yesterday I had to pay $ 65 for 2lb lobsters instead of $ 32. the seller weighed me two small lobsters along with a box and a pile of ice and I had to pay for the total weight. when I re-weighed at home on a kitchen scale, 1 kg weighed lobsters and 1 kg a box of ice. The customer service did not help me to resolve this issue. i am happy to pay double the price, thanks sobeys !!!

Nice clean store and, generally, pleasant cashiers. The manager Phil went above and beyond to rectify an issue with sale items not coming up on sale. Very pleased. Keep shopping here people :)

Very nice and clean....I love fish department and I founded a nice and amazing opticus....but they have just one guy at that department and if is on breack... noone are able to give you information about fish. Come on Sorbeys....increase the employe on fish department..and trainer them...you will make happy the costumers ❤

Just switched grocery stores. Love seeing humans beautiful faces and not a sea of masks. Great quality food selection and the staff are great. Specifically the lady at the customer service area, who has been a complete gem on two separate occasions , and also gave our kiddos stickers!! So glad to shop here, will not switch back to the other store, ever.
