Every isle was full of products on the french side of the packaging. RIVERVIEW, NB is an English community snd it is a very insulting gesture by the store. Of course the people stocking do this but the store management is very aware and does nothing. It has gotten worse so I would recommend the Super Store on Coverdale Rd. I will not buy anything from Sobeys that I can't read and will spend my English tax dollars where customer care is taken seriously. This us no joke and is insulting. Next time I'll snap a few but I'm done with Sobeys.

Shopped there today and it was the worst service I have ever had in a store. The person that was taking care of the self serve cashes was so rude I almost walked out . Never again . I will give them a star and that is even to much. She should be retrained . I will pass my bad experience around for sure.

This is where I shop pretty much everyday. They even have a gluten free section. I have always found fresh fruit and a great variety of vegetables there. Even when superstore expanded I still find my regular go to place because of how fantastic the staff is.

This grocery store has absolutely THE BEST PARKING of any grocery store in the greater moncton area. Very accessible, with wide spaces between cars. There is an nb liquor right next door making it a great one stop area for great summer weekend BBQ preparations.

Love our local sobers where you can use coupons from fast fuel and save a few dollars. A lovely environment with excellent staff whom are ready to always help. They go above and beyond their jobs to make customers happy. A self serve line to speed up your shopping. Customer service is AMAZING so nice and understanding will gladly return any item needed. Stickers are given to the kids as well as a free cookie in the bakery. Also a free piece of fruit to chose from for children accompanied by an adult. No charge for plastic bags but also accepts cloth bags. Lots of parking and an NBLS attached to Sobeys, walk right through to get that special beverage. Giant green carts shapped like cars with a steering wheel to make shopping easier on parents and lots of fun for the little ones. Very organized and clean

This has always been my go to Sobeys out of all of them in Moncton. It is tucked away quietly in the back of Riverview, where everyone is very friendly and no one drives like a maniac. They've got great cuts of meat and friendly staff at all counters such as meats, seafood, cakes, cash, and customer service. Unlike other Sobeys locations, I feel like this one stocks up more for sales items as I remember visiting other Sobeys in other areas of Moncton and having them always run out of the meats that were on sale.

The front end staff are extremely friendly and helpful, it's unfortunate that you only see them when you leave. Prices are significantly higher than the competition in the area, and "sales" aren't often as good as they first appear to be. They do have a better quality produce section and the fresh sushi is hard to beat (The guy that makes their sushi is an artist!)

Cannot rate this store highly enough, the staff are awesome. From the guy in the parking lot that waits by my car to take my cart, sometimes even helping unload it. To the wonderful caring pharmacy staff. The lovely Checkout staff that remember us & often entertain my toddler if he's fussy. Today one lady was helping me find a product & picked up the fussy toddler & played with him, swung hum round, fed him blueberries etc while we toured the store looking for the product then again at the self checkout. I feel truly blessed to have such wonderful people around us

I have never been the type that has been very fussy on which grocery store I shop at until now anything that I have bought at Sobeys in the freezer has been 80% of the time freezer burnt.. I have recently started shopping at the superstore and what a difference and if I do have any items that I feel that should be exchanged they are more than happy 2 Exchange my items in make me happy shopper so if anybody has the same issues not just maybe with freezer burn items and switch to The SuperStore it is quite a difference as well as the prices Superstore is number one just sorry I didn't do this a long time ago sorry Sobeys

I picked up a big order this morning and I have to tell you that I was anxious about going to the store. The place is extremely clean, everything is set up so you can quickly get your groceries feeling very confident and safe. Fantastic job! There is a handwashing station at the door and plexiglass up to protect the employees. There is a manager walking around making eye contact with the shoppers, making sure everyone feels good. It was exactly as it is supposed to be right now. Thank you Sobeys!!!!

The new plastic bags are a huge dissapoitment. This is the third trip to store that ive had more than one bag stretch out and break. These were packed by store employees. This left me carrying in several items in my arms. Prior to these white bags I reused the previous bags so they did get reused. The white ones might as well do away with and enforce reusables. I love the idea of reusable bags. If they are washable and affordable. Perhaps a promotion to encourage the use. Various sizes as well. Thanks .

Location is very convenient for me. They have a terrible problem with properly stocking sale items. I've had times I've gone to this store 3X in one week only to find the sale item I want is not there. I hate getting raincheques as I always seem to forget them. Other than that, the store is fine, the staff is generally friendly and helpful.
