This isn’t a great pharmacy. They take forever to get your meds, they don’t have the medication you need in stock half the time, they’re rude (they’ve hung up on both me and my mother on separate occasions), and they question everything (for example, why do you need your medication early? Why are you on this medication?). I will say that there is one very nice pharmacist there who has not caused any problems and is very understanding.

Good pharmacy but they say things are sold out when they are not. Sometimes people do need Tylenol 1s and stuff behind the counter because it does work better we aren't all drug seekers. Poor customer service but 90 percent of the staff has never done that to me. When I can clearly see the item in the back and the bottles when she opened the drawer and they proceed to tell you it's sold out isn't really proper if you ask me. I kindly said okay have a goodnight and I went to shoppers drug Mart had no problem. But this is still a good pharmacy just don't go in if you're a young man and need something behind the counter like Tylenol or cough syrup or robax they keep behind as I just recently had surgery. Save a trip go to shoppers or elsewhere.

I used to use the walmart Pharmacy in Ontario for yrs and always got great service however this location in Dieppe is the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to as the Pharmacy Manager JOSHUA has got to be the rudest pharmacist I've ever had to deal with. I had my prescription sent over to another Pharmacy as I didn't want to deal with JOSHUA so I called my Pharmacy they said it wasn't sent over so I went to Walmart and of course JOSHUA was working :( and right away he was rude to me I asked about my prescription, he informed me that it was sent to my Pharmacy a wk ago and I stated that they didn't have , so I called my pharmacy, then he told me that they actually still did have my prescription so I said can I please get it and send rest over to my Pharmacy, he got upset with me and refused to serve me and even called security to take me away as I was on the phone with my current pharmacy trying to get this worked out and he was calling me names, I asked him not to be rude to me , he didn't stop, which wasn't nice as hes the one who didn't send my prescription and lied and stated that he did so I'm confused why he's so mean to me as this isn't the first time obviously as I was using another Pharmacy and not wanting to deal with him, he's obviously not as educated as he think or he would treat others with respect and not use his Manager position to bully customers who are just trying to get their prescription, he did the same thing to me a couple months ago when I went to get a prescription for my child , he's very weird and unprofessional. Walmart should look at getting a better Pharmacy Manager to serve their customers as JOSHUA has drove me to another Pharmacy. I wish I had my phone on recording the event , nxt time if I ever have to go in there I am gonna record and put on social media everywhere so others will be aware of him .He is an absolute horrible, terrible person with no Customer service skills whatsoever. FIRE HIM!!!! If ur smart and care about ur customers .

Worst customer service ever! The Indian women who works there is one of the most arrogant individual I've ever met. She is super rude and totally unhelpful. I have been going to this store for nearly an year now, the previous management were good. I will never give this pharmacy my business and I recommend you go elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable staff. Wait times have improved a lot since the new pharmacy manager started, but wait times are to be expected at a busy location and is worth it to have a pharmacist you can trust and rely on. I plan my refills in advance and don’t wait until the last minute and it’s all ready for me. The new pharmacy manager is very kind and I see him treating his staff well and I once saw him give out high fives to the staff. The cashiers are very nice and energetic and the techs are quick.

I don't recommend this pharmacy as both a physician and a costumer. My experience has found the people who work there inept, unhelpful, obnoxious and extremely petty and rude. My patients have been given wrong med's, wrong counts, bad advice and worse! The staff are unhelpful, argumentative and don't spare time to listen or help! They'd rather spend their time arguing with you and going on defensive and when confronted, not only the don't apologize but they double and triple down. I have started to advise my patients not to use them all together since I find them a liability and I have not used them myself either.

The clerk ladies tried to be helpful, but they clearly work in a very toxic environment. The more senior staff there are extremely rude(the redhead older lady even acknowledged that on her own and apologised but you could tell she was extremely stressed) The bald pharmacist has some of the worst people skills I have ever seen lol. The place is out of control.

had to change my insurance information because my work switched companies. Did it the first time, thought everything was good. Came in a month later to pick up my prescriptions and they didn't have any of my insurance information. Had to stand there and do everything all over. THIS HAPPENED 4 MORE TIMES. Super frustrating. Also, did a refill over the automated system a couple times. One time they didn't have any left of what i needed, a second time i had ordered my refill two weeks too early without realizing. No one calls you to let you know, so you make a trip in for nothing. I will NOT be using this pharmacy again. Moving to another one. Terrible terrible experiences almost every time.

Gentleman at the counter (associate) was very nice and polite. But the pharmacist (brown lady) was extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. You could tell that the environment is toxic. Lady, if you hate your job please just stay at home and don't drag other people into misery. Go somewhere else and avoid this place.

Was at walmart at 2:30 normally just a eegular wallmart but it was rediculouse trying to look at vitamins esoecially when the steff stocking the shelves blocked the view all 3 of them one leaning against a whole section and basically pushing me out of the way and even bumping me... sge didnt kniw I have chronic pain and it was very painful for me! IT WAS REDICULOUSE MOVE OUT OF THE WAY I HAD TO WAIT EVEN TO GET SOMETHING CAUSE THEY WERE TOO BUSY LOOKING AT THE STUPID SCREAN FOR STOCKING! if i wasnt in a rush i woukd have gotten their names and talked to head office! Its a basic human decency to move out of the way and shoild be a requirement if your the employee and im the customer!

I would recommend Shopper's Drug Mart do not use this pharmacy, they are disorganized beyond repair. The pharmacist lacks the basic social skills needed to work with her staff and clients. They are slow to act, wont acknowledge your presence until you say " excuse me" a couple of times. Leave frantic voicemails repeatedly about issues that should be resolved with their team! My file exists, its on record, why leave 2 voicemails in a span of minutes repeating the same information?! I called and gave my information and your assistant found it! How?By typing in the information! She found it but you couldn't! You wasted my time, my doctors time over something that YOU COULD HAVE DONE. Ridiculous! Just dumbfounded! a total of 30mins on hold on and off!

Usually very efficient service. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick service depending on the backlog. The only times that I have had any issues while at the pharmacy always involved customers being overly rude and not the employees. They don't pay enough for me to deal with some of these arrogant people and these employees hold their tongue and temper far better than I ever could. Kudos! ***UPDATE*** Dropped the rating from a 5 to a 3 star. I phoned and talked directly to a person who was going to fax my doctor for a much needed and scheduled renewal. 2 days later, on the friday of a long weekend, I get there and nothing was done. I called my doc's office and of course he had left for the weekend and they received no fax. They will forward the script on tuesday. Brutal service this time around. Expecting a service that is verbally agreed upon should not be taken lightly when it seriously affects someone's health! In the future, I will be eliminating the counter calltakers at Walmart as their subpar performance can have grave consequences. I suppose it is a lesson learned the hard way and I'll just trust their service less. Maybe I'll have to double check their future counting ability as well. Shame on Walmart's employee for this as there are people much more ill than myself and I'm hopeful that this doesn't affect them.

Warning! This pharmacy put my health at risk. I was going away and asked them to contact my doctor about a prescription refill. They claim they did it but the doctor said they didn’t. Nobody followed up. When I called they had a really bad attitude and zero customer service. I will never go back or trust these people with my medication.
