Very friendly staff!???? Always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. That is most appreciated. I'm taking off one star only because the store is quite small and limited in what you can buy there,especially for food, snack...and similar items. But, what is there is displayed well and store is neat and tidy throughout. Conveniently located in the South end of Nanaimo, around the corner from Country Grocer. They also have a good rewards program that I've enjoyed for many years. Easy, no hassle sign-up too. Will definitely shop here whenever we are visiting in the Cedar area of Nanaimo. And what a beautiful area of town that is.????

This is a strange shop with weird access, but it's staff are helpful and attentive. Pharmacy service is knowledgeable, professional and friendly - in a way you don't see a lot anymore. The rest of the store's format just seemed a bit odd and low-budget to me, with odd things like clothing at the front, and not much selection of the standard drugstore finds. Pharmacy customers with some other minor necessities will be well-served, but drugstore shoppers will come up short.

Asked if they could deliver my medication and they said to be at home around 12-1pm. I had to call pharmasave because I waited for them until 3:45pm and they still didn't come by. They finally came around 5pm. I wasted my time waiting for this delivery.. 2 weeks later they called again asking if I'll be there at home I said yes. I missed them by a minute and they left a note to come get them the following day at the pharmasave. So I went to go pick them up and they weren't there. They said "oh we don't have them. They might bring you the medication today." I thought this sounded very silly, and didn't understand why they didn't drop the medication off at the end of the delivery shifts. It's now 5:30 and they still haven't been to the house so I called. They said "oh, they might not pick up when I call but I'll leave a message. If not they'll deliver it tomorrow" I told them that can't happen because I need those meds tomorrow morning. I STRONGLY advice pharmasave to fix their delivery service and get them to bring back the undelivered medication at the end of their shifts.
