I previously used Costco and they're great, but I didn't want to go there for prescriptions given current conditions. I told the pharmacist I wanted to switch and he got everything in place quite quickly and told me my prescription was ready. Terrific service and a load off!

Ketan gives the personal service one expects but cannot get at the big chains. I don't go to a pharmacy to buy milk or line up to be served by someone who sees me but is too busy to serve me. Ketan is very helpful when dealing with Pharmacare.

Pharmacist Ketan Prajapati was extremely nice and very friendly! It was our first time going to this pharmacy to see if they had flu shots. Only place in town that did! He was very generous to a little girl that was afraid of getting her flu shot so he gave her some candy off the shelf to help convince her. We saw a few customers come and go and he seemed very genuine and polite when he was helping the other customers. Way to go!!! I wish he could teach other business owners that this is how you get returning customers.

The pharmacist at the Bruce location is OUTSTANDING. When our doctor drops the ball and forgets to send or update prescriptions he goes out of his way to make sure we are not stuck without meds due to someone else’s fault. This level of personal service makes me think of the stories of days gone by when people knew you and cared about you.

Keton with his team, is a 5 star plus. I have gone in to drop off a prescription and was asked if I wanted to wait for it. There is no other pharmacy that has ever offered that kind of service. This is definitely the only pharmacy to deal with!!!!
