Worst pharmacy they had my prescription and lost it. Offered zero help in tracking it down. Now i wont get my medication for another month and a half. As thats how long it takes to get in to see my doctor.

This establishment was recommended by others while I was at the oral surgeon waiting for my gf to get her wisdom teeth removed. They filled her prescription while she was in surgery and it only took five minutes. If I lived in Nanaimo I would go out of my way to get prescriptions filled here.

This pharmacy has the most helpful, friendly non judgmental staff I have ever dealt with. Coming in to pick up my prescription is always a great experience. Anytime I come in for a new prescription they always have it ready in MINUTES and always get my medical billing correct without any hassle. They go above and beyond to help and take care of their patients. I will never change my pharmacy.
