I've done *everything* to figure out the name/location of this pharmacy, as I was there in passing while visiting a friend in Montréal. I finally found it through some "sleuth" work (finding photos on my Google Maps timeline and associating it with a close by address). All that to say that this little family-run pharmacy is pretty fantastic, and I really wish we had something like it in Toronto! It seems they really take an interest in stocking local, ethically-sourced bulk products, not to mention they have some pretty adorable baby clothing and some great cards. I would make an effort to return when I'm next in Montréal, and that says a lot, given the fact that it's "just" a pharmacy (except that it feels like so much more...).

Will mess up your entire bulk order, then force you to buy it. And since I don’t have the products I need in the bottles, I now have to once again buy their plastic to get the damn products. Make sure you keep an eye when they fill your bottles because clearly the staff doesn’t care much.

I don't live in the neighborhood, but as I was already going to the pharmacy for bulk and zero waste products, I decided to transfer my file there for prescriptions. The service is better there than at my old pharmacy and there is always very little waiting. When I started a new medication, the pharmacist even offered me a consultation in a closed room for more confidentiality! Really, I am impressed with their customer care. I went to this pharmacy for years and I really appreciated mr lacroix service. It’s minus two stars because I did feel discriminated against by one pharmacist for having a benzodiazepine prescription. Would be happy to change this review if the situation has been addressed or that pharmacist has moved on :)
