(Translated) Last Wednesday (August 25), I went to the "en route" medical clinic, located next to the Uniprix pharmacy. I waited between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., and the clinic never opened. So frustrated, I went to Uniprix to ask for advice on my ear infection. An employee explained to me that the clinic was closed for several days, due to a lack of receptionist. Unbelievable. The gentleman suggested another clinic to me. Finally, the pharmacist sold me drops to relieve my infection. All the employees, including the pharmacist, are so professional, kind, welcoming, and warm. I am very grateful for this exceptional service. Thank you so much. (Original) Mercredi passé (le 25 août), je suis allée à la clinique médicale "en route", située à côté de la pharmacie Uniprix. J'ai attendu entre 7h et 8h30, et la clinique n'a jamais ouvert. Tellement frustrée, je suis allée chez Uniprix pour demander des conseils pour mon infection à l'oreille. Un employé m'a expliqué que la clinique était fermé pendant plusieurs jours, dû à un manque de réceptionniste. Incroyable. Le monsieur m'a suggéré une autre clinique. Finalement, le pharmacien m'a vendu des gouttes pour soulager mon infection. Tous les employés, le pharmacien inclus, sont tellement professionnels, gentils, accueillants, et chaleureux. Je suis très reconnaissante pour ce service exceptionnel. Merci mille fois.

Great service and employees... except the pharmacist. Extremely slow, argues with you, flat out lies to your face to make sure you never go back there. Bad for business. A few months later, he tells me he stops selling pain killers a long time ago, the same sort he sold a few weeks back. He straight up lies, no idea why. Do yourself a favor and walk 10 minutes to a professional pharmacist.

Took a friend to get medication for a rash, the pharmacist insisted that it was a fungal infection and wouldn't listen to what the client had to say. After a few days with no improvement, we went to see a dermatologist who confirmed that it wasn't a fungal infection, but the rash that we had suspected all along.

Very efficient. I needed to get the 2nd jab so that i could travel urgently and had called in to a bunch of places asking if they had cancelations if I could come in and get the 2nd one. All said that they would call back if there were cancelations but the only one that did was Amir Helkany Pharmacy. They were also very quick and efficient from the moment i stepped in and had provided jabs to 3 people before me in a very quick manor. Thank you
