I went today with covid symptoms and she literally denied the rapid covid test to me because she had a waiting list for “her costumers”, she told me she had only 10 covid test for her waiting list. 10 minutes before my roomate went to the same pharmacy with the same lady and got offered the tests without asking, I guess she didn’t like me, thank you miss!

Elle n'a pas voulu répondre à mes questions car je n'avais pas acheté de médicaments prescrits dernièrement à sa succursale. Je lui ai dit que je comprenais et que j'allais m'adresser à la pharmacie jean-coutu où j'ai l'habitude de me présenter pour mes ordonnances.... Elle m'a répété plusieurs fois et de 3 façons différentes que les conseils n'étaient pas gratuits... Et que c'était un service de professionnel.... J'ai même pas argumenté! J'ai seulement respecté sa décision... En me retournant pour aller payer mes choses à la caisse elle a marmonner dans mon dos: des services gratuits... Des services gratuits.... Merci madame la pharmacienne PROFESSIONELLE. En revanche je dirais que le personnel aux caisses est très courtois.
