Iwould have given it a 5 Star.... 3 months ago, I’ll never forget having a full blown panic attack, it’s just awful you feel like you are literally dying, Annie the pharmacist looked at me as if I’d gone insane.... I had to beg for help, when after 10 mins she casually looked at the rack where the Benadryl was, and said you can use that.... I felt her to be extremely judgemental.

Ordered my prescription on phone, no follow up for one week! Then asked for morning delivery and they arrived at 2 pm! If it’s your usual kind of customer service, you should consider to change your policy or your employees.

I waited about 45 minute for my children's syrup and when I complained, he hadn't good attitude. There wasn't the other client before me, just a senior man, and really I don't know the priority was for which one. Senior man or children. And 45 minute... Just for one client.

The woman cashier or she is a pharmacist I don't know but she is rude. Their cash register and scanner couldn't read my iPhone store card app. It's not my problem. Because it works in every other pharmaprix. She said "It's Your Problem!". I don't think she suppose to talk with customers that way. I know I won't go shop there anymore.

Pharmacists are always very friendly. Not usually busy, I've never had to wait long. They only carry the basics.

I'm sitting here in the Drug Store at this very moment when out of curiosity I decided to look at the reviews. I have been a client for 11 years and in my point of view we must recognize when someone is extremely busy and hard work. I think that's what some folks mist understand. This is an excellent location. Top pro's . Take it from me .

Staff is not welcoming. They are not rude but it feels many times they are just not happy to serve customers. No smiles, little to no explanations...The younger staff is the worse (btw i am in my 30s so not too old myself). I do not like to point fingers without examples. So example 1 : this morning I waited 20 min in the store and there was literally only one customer. The staff took their time clearly and did not apologize for the delay. Another example : I noticed even though they are open until 9 pm they close the doors way before. Happened to me a couple of times. Once I was able to talk to a staff member (young guy) at 8h55 pm and he would not let me in. I come to this pharmacy on a monthly basis. I was not surprised to find they have a 2.8 score on google.

I love the team here. Annie and Eric are amazing Pharmacists. They answer all your questions. They are both extremely knowledgeable and kind. Eric printed out a huge amount of information on migraines for me, unasked, for free. They also took care of the prescriptions for my elderly aunt. Whenever the doctor called in a change, Annie sent the new prescription by delivery that day. The team also always asked how my aunt was doing and how I was, every time I was in. They are always friendly, professional and you never have to wait long. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst pharmacy in the city. Instead of facilitating the process, they make everything more complicated. I needed to transfer my prescription, which is an easy process, especially from another Pharmaprix in MTL; they couldn't complete it after waiting for so long, even when I called the other pharmacy. Nothing can be done when the pharmacist does not have the intention to help.

After 45 minutes of waiting, the pharmacist told me he wouldn't renew my prescription because I got the first filled through Jean coutu. Told me I needed to go to the original pharmacist or get a brand new prescription for him from the doctor. Also refused to contact the doctor for a refill, which is a common service other pharmacists provide. Update: despite coming here for years, upon the request to transfer a prescription to a different pharmaprix, I am magically not on file.

These folks are terrific. Always available and work hard to fill prescriptions right away. There is a surprising amount of necessities for a smaller store. Location is perfect by foot or public transit. Nice folks like these make for a great experience.
