I had a chance visit this place when I had an emergency for my daughter, I met a young pharmacist and it was unbelievable, she was more than a doctor, helped me so much, explaining and wrote prescription for my daughter. It was after 6pm and no where I can turn to and she saved my night and my daughter suffering the vomiting of that day. I will have to come back to thank her and move my medicine file there, I live near by and this is the best service from a pharmacist I have ever received

Elle a dû rebrousser chemin à chaque fois car ils n'avaient pas les médicaments en stock (?) Après avoir demandé pour un meilleur service à sa 5ième visite, elle s'est fait crier dessus par la pharmacienne (pas la pharmacienne propriétaire, de ce que je comprends) et elle s'est fait dire de "se fermer la trappe". Et elle s'est fait menacer de se faire sortir par la sécurité...! La clientèle de cette pharmacie est principalement des personnes du 3ième âge. Je trouve ça particulièrement déplorable qu'ils traitent leurs clients de cette manière.

My usual experiences with pharmacists is that they are always very busy and rarely take the time to consult on anything non medication related. In this case, i was looking for a heart rate monitor and the pharmacist really took the time to give the pros and cons of several models and in the end recommended a model that honestly fit my needs and my budget where I didn’t feel rushed. I don’t usually write reviews but this level of customer service merited it in my opinion.

Honestly, this is one of the most best pharmacy around town. Their staff is always professional and the level of care they provide is cut above the rest. Shout out to Ms. Natalie Martin who ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her customers.
