(Translated) I never post a comment but this place gave me a bitter taste to this step of vaccination that we are forced to do. I made my appointment online with only the ADDRESS and TIME information. Arrived there, I am told that it is in the basement ... descended to the basement, I find a small waiting room with an office at the back and full of people without any distancing respected so much that that just scared me to be standing there. Nobody comes to see you, no indication, just people walking past each other to talk to this gentleman sitting in his office. Mister who besides does not take any trouble to take care of the people who enter, nor the trouble to respect the appointments nor even the order in which these people arrive. This gentleman asks some people questions and others don't (including me). Blindly he designates who goes next. When it's my turn (after all this gossip) I ask her if I have any questions, should I then ask the nurse? (Since he never asked me if I had allergies or even the drugs I take since that is the case with me!) My first question was: What is the vaccine you give I learn that it is Moderna and therefore I refuse to take it. What a waste of time! The gentleman dares to tell me that it was written on the site I assure him that no he persists that yes, so I give him my phone so that he tells me where and Monsieur does not want (what a surprise). Do not choose this place. Lack of professionalism, lack of organization, lack of information, lack of respect for sanitary measures. You will catch the virus even before being vaccinated there !!! (Original) Je ne publie jamais de commentaire mais cet endroit m'a donné un gout amer à cette etape de vaccination qu'on nous oblige à faire. J'ai pris mon rdv en ligne avec seule information l'ADRESSE et l'HEURE. Arrivée là-bas, on m'indique que c'est au sous-sol... descendue au sous-sol, je retrouve une petite salle d'attente avec un bureau au fond et pleins de gens sans aucune distanciation respectée tellement que ça me faisait peur juste d'etre la debout. Personne ne vient vous voir, aucune indication, juste des personnes qui passent l'un devant l'autre pour parler a ce monsieur assis dans son bureau. Monsieur qui d'ailleurs ne prends aucunement la peine de s'occuper des gens qui entre, ni la peine de respecter les rdvs ni meme l'ordre auquel ces personnes arrivent. Ce monsieur posent des questions à certaines personnes et d'autre non (dont moi). A l'aveuglette il designe qui passe en prochain. Arrivé mon tour (apres tout ce cancan) je lui demande si j'ai des questions, devrais-je alors les poser à l'infirmière? (Puisquil ne m'a jamais demander si j'avais des allergies ni meme les.medicaments que je prends puisque tel est la cas avec moi!) Ma premiere question fut: Quel est le vaccin que vous donnez J'apprends que c'est le Moderna et je refuse donc de le prendre. Quelle perte de temps! Le monsieur ose me dire que cela etait ecrit sur le site je lui assure que non il s'obstine que oui , je lui sors donc mon telephone pour qu'il m'indique où et Monsieur ne veut pas (quelle surprise). Ne choisissez pas cette endroit. Manque de professionnalisme, manque d'organisation, manque d'information , manque du respect des mesures sanitaires. Vous chopperez le virus avant meme d'y etre vacciner!!!

Use to love this pharmacy but had an absolutely awful experience with putting on the COVID vaccine. The nurse had the needle open and laying on some papers before I even arrived. When I refused to be vaccinated with an open needle that was not opened in front of me for simple sanitary reasons, the nurse called the manager. He was terribly rude. Even went as far as saying that " this isn't a restaurant, you don't ask for a menu". This wasn't a menu type of deal. This was a sanitary thing. You do not pre-open a needle unless it's in front of the patient. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied. Will be changing pharmacist now.
