Majority of the staff are kind and friendly. BUT the manager, which is an older lady with glasses, is horrible! She’ll stare at you while you’re strolling through an isle as if you will rob the store.. I’ve shopped there hundreds of time and I’m not a thief.. but somebody treating me like I am makes me never want to return to that establishment again.. regardless how convenient the location is.

NEW REVIEW - The pharmacy has gone downhill, the RX counter is so disorganized, people are just complaining. They had me waiting over 10 minutes to hand them a prescription, they never said anything like HI, we’ll be with you in a few minutes. Then they had me wait over an hour for a prescription. Just as I was going to get up and ask???, I got a call from one of the pharmacists asking me if my prescription was to be placed in my file. They then refused to give me my prescription back, so I had to become firm in my demand. Meanwhile all I could hear were the pharmacy techs complaining about everything under the Sun instead of taking care of a line of customers that just kept growing. Total disrespect and disregard for the fact that most of their customers are sick and probably suffering. Lucky I went to the Jean Coutu on Pie-IX and got everything in 15 minutes. I'm pretty sure if the owner/pharmacist Michel Coté had been present, his employees would have been more responsible. This is not the first incident and I wasn't alone that day either. OLD REVIEW - New location. A pharmacy that has been serving the west end of Montreal North for decades just got better.
