I went to four pharmacies for a medication that needed to be suspended in gel before ending up here. They were able to give me the medication I needed promptly and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly about getting what I needed. They have very comfortable chairs to wait in as well and it was a great experience.

Regarding their booster shots rollout. My brother and I got there at 8:40am, they open at 9am but no one came out to inform us of the delay until 9:20. To their credit, they gave out cards with numbers on it and asked that everyone return at 1pm for the shots. I was successful, my brother was not and was told to rejoin the line. Ridiculous. They had no reason to refuse him when he got there less than an hour after me (only bcuz of work contraints) and with his number card in hand. Rules should be consistent and not change arbitrarily. Disappointed with the service my brother received.

They are usually pretty good and receptive to the patient needs. They also deliver the medications to your home which made it feasible for us to get our prescriptions filled at this pharmacy as we live in Brampton. For the last couple of times, our experience hasn’t been so good. Our daughter doesn’t needs the medication anymore so we asked them to not send the medication as we don’t need it anymore but they went ahead and billed the insurance and sent the medication. We thought it might have been an honest mistake and didn’t say anything. Two weeks later, we get a call asking about the medication and we categorically denied needing the medication anymore. We were shocked to see that they still billed the insurance and sent us the medication. Even though it didn’t cost us anything out of pocket, we didn’t like the fact that they were dishonest in their dealings. We’ll be looking for another pharmacy for our needs. The pharmacy manager did reach out to us. Reversed the billing. Acknowledged the issue. Looks like it was an oversight and not intentional. We would love to go back to Sandalwood compounding pharmacy for our needs as they are very competent and accommodating.

Quality Care, Professional, Personal and very Knowledgeable - Moheb and his team have been our family pharmacists for over 13 years. Sandalwood drugs is one of the few compounding pharmacies in Mississauga, so they make custom medication. They understand the interaction of medication very well. Moheb is also very knowledgeable about pain management. He understands where muscle pain originates from and can guide the person where to apply muscle relaxant. The pharmacy is spacious and very welcoming. No wait time. I call in advance and the meds are ready before pick up. They also deliver medication on time. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pharmacy with personalized care - something you don't find in the big name stores. Thank you guys

I would like to give 0 star. I got omeprazole liquid for my 1 year old daughter, the male pharmacist didn't tell me it's supposed to keep in the fridge, I found out that after 6 days and it's 10 days dosage. I called the store, the other pharmacist suggested to give me another 5 days dosage. She said there is no harm but may decrease the drugs effectiveness. A one year old kid is crying every time when she takes it, and if I don't found out that she may just take it for nothing. The male pharmacist didn't even tell me it's supposed to take with empty stomach, I found out that from my family doctor. He only said better take in the morning. Very disappointed, will not go to this store anymore. You need to do more research after you get medication from there.
