I booked a COVID test here on December 25, there were many available appointments on their site. I got an email and text notification about the confirmed appointment and a reminder email the day before. I tried to call them to confirm the day before on December 24 and they would not answer their phone all day. I drove there December 25 to get it and they had a paper on their door saying they were closed. They let me book a test and made me think they were open and then ended up being closed. I do not recommend going here.

Pleasantly surprised being greeted by the friendly and welcoming Manager. Professional, caring and understanding. I was nervous having my 1st Covid test, and left feeling like a pro. No pressure here, such a change from so much unfriendliness in many other pharmacies in our community. I am so done with Shopper's Drug Mart. So happy to have found Fairview Medical Pharmacy. Cheers!

I came here for a COVID test for travel and the service I received was fast and excellent! The charges for the test was low compared to other clinics. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.

Please don't do your COVID PCR test at this location. The incompetent staff misspelt my name even though it was clearly written in my Health Card; causing my test to be void. As a result I had to delay my flight even though I did this test 72 hours before my departure.

My daughter Took a covid test and test results are still not in. They say look on the website. Hasn't been posted yet. It's been 3 days now. It does not take this long anywhere else. I have called numerous times. No answer except check on the website. Should they not know what the result is??? I hope they take the responsibility and give me an answer tomorrow when I call them yet, again, one more time. I wish there was something as no star. Lazy and inefficient service. Lack of responsibility. I read your response. Can you email me her test results. I sent you an email earlier as well as again today. It is still showing as no result.

I must say, I dealt with the most kindest and warmest staff here. The appointments were well managed to avoid any conflicts with other patients, the after sales experience was great too!! Special mention of Shreya. She is extremely polite and soft spoken.

Do not go here! The people are so rude and they have no supplies for anything. They charge 15$ for a Tylenol when it’s 5$ at other places. It is also extremely dirty inside and not cleaned

Only place I trust and feel comfortable to take my Covid Tests they are so gentle. Staff members have always been nice and respectful.

My wife's family member got sick suddenly in India. She needs immediate test to travel. Pharmacy owner (Shreya) came Sunday to perform PCR travel test even she was off. We got result Monday morning and my wife was able to fly Monday evening to see her family member. It was really a great experience. She is awesome.
