I took my little girl complaining of stomach cramps for her ultrasound this morning. The staff rejected the paperwork claiming it was incomplete. I emailed the same form to 3 clinics in Brampton all of which claimed the form was acceptable and booked an appointment accordingly. Sadly this is exactly how we're treated in this community by incompetent and racist staff. Had my child been blonde and blue eyed they'd had done the ultrasound and then called the doctors office to clarify anything. Your clinic is garbage and your staff useless. Probably avoided a misdiagnosis anyway.

I booked an appointment with them over the phone and got there on the appointment day and the lady at the front desk was turning me away saying I didn't have an appointment until they finally figured out I did actually have the appointment booked. Now I need a 2nd ultrasound and no one is answering the phone regardless what day or time I've been calling.

Important Tip: The address is wrong in Google. It is not 40 old pentantanguishine road.....that will take you to the middle of nowhere and tell you "you have arrived" in front of a forest. The correct address is 240 old pentanguishine road....just off of Hugel and actually in Midland.

New receptionist is great! I saw her professionally handle so many rude people and register them so quickly! The technicians there are all wonderful

Called to get X-ray sent to my doctor and they assured me it had already been done. When if fact it wasn't so that was great, but hey it's Midland right..just annoying when you preemptively try to save time and they clearly don't care. I fairly certain the front desk lady can't work the fax machine.

Would give a 0 if I could, very unprofessional.. will lie about the days they tell you they will contact you for results. Not happy.

Imaging department front desk lady is rude . And being in a medical Center you think if she’s sick she shouldnt be sneezing all over the place , wiped her nose and then didn’t use hand sanitizer or wash her hands . 5 minutes late and she gave me a hassle. I’ve never been here before and had to find where I was going. Didn’t appreciate being told well late is late and we may not take you now . - I explained I’m only 5 minutes late , she said actually it’s closer to 10. Nope I came into the office 4 minutes after my appointment . Explained I was late and apologized . She told me to have a seat and I waited then minutes later told me I’m late and I may not get in. Ultra sound tech was nice . - front desk not so much . Extremely dissapointed

Multiple bad experiences there!! *On hold for 1 hour once she answered she hung up on me because i didn't say hello the exact second she answered! so frustrating!! *7yr old Daughter had a hang nail where her toe got infected went in for meds to get rid of the puss .they convinced me its better to take a piece of the nail out (thinking it would be a corner or small piece like he showed primarily he ended up taking half her nail out.. 3 months later and she still has the same problem now with only half the nail on the exact same side!! who does that to a 7yr old!! *Husbands calf got torn open right to the muscle at wrk from a nail had him sit there for 45+ min with a pool of blood forming on the floor! Did Not even offer a compress pad to help soak some of it up!! I had to loose my cool for them to actually get him out of the waiting room because he was getting lightheaded... that had 4 people in it, They couldn't even use the excuse they were busy!!!. which would have been understandable. Just ignorant and lazy!! and extremely uneducated on the side of cleanliness the floor was still left with a pool of blood hours after we left! Hopefully Innisfil opens a Medical Centre soon so we never have to step foot in that place again!

Same as everywhere else in the province. Underfunded, overbooked, overworked/ underpaid staff, staff shortages, and narrow-minded patients who seek "better" service at surrounding facilities thinking Midland has an "incompetent staff" problem. Chronic complainers are making it difficult for staff. Back off. EVERY facility has its horror stories, if that's all you want to see!!
