I've been wanting to try CBD oil and/or cream since it was legalized in Canada. My lack of knowledge has held me back. I recently decided to contact the Green Exchange for advice and was pleasantly surprised by the experience! After speaking to two of their Cannasseurs, both Qualified Cannabis Workers (QCB), I felt confident enough to try the oil and cream. Thanks to both Kierstyn and Jasper for your patience, knowledge and recommendations! Will definitely be back.

First time I went in this establishment it was super busy and way too crazy for someone with anxiety like me. I had to come back. When I did,everyone was calm and waiting in line. That was until the big bald guy who works there came out and started yelling for everyone to “get up to the counter!” And which point confusion and chaos ensued. The product was good however so I just got my girlfriend to go in the next time to get an indica strain to help me sleep. The salesperson decided to instead give her a sativa strain after she specifically asked for indica. I’m not saying it was low quality or anything but it definitely did not help me sleep. I already had a sativa strain for the day. I didn’t need another one. Definitely not the the calm atmosphere that is designed to “ease anxiety” that they boasted to have in the news paper.

The bud tender, Kierstyn, that I regularly encounter is such a sweetheart and is very educated about the products on hand. Walked through the front door and saw that I would have to show ID and have it scaned into some sort of database I turned and walked out. I'm 56 years old, if you can't tell that I'm over 18 by looking at me then see ya later. Why are you scanning people's ID and where is that info going? To the cops perhaps? Judging by the prices at the other stores, PLUS GST!!, I don't think the street dealers have to worry about going out of business anytime soon. I will keep buying from my regular guy,

the staff here kind of have an arrogance about them. I've heard them be condescending with several customers and even seeing their comments to negative reviews on here, their saltiness is consistent for sure. I will shop elsewhere for my green where people are more positive.

Theres alot of dispensaries in this city, and this one is my favourite! I cant really rate them on the quality of the products because every other one has the same stuff. But the staff, I come to this one be because of the staff! Great people, very friendly and the service is always top notch! Today I just came in for a visit, and I left with a bunch of free merch cause they were doing a giveaway! Jasper deserves a shout out here because both her knowledge of the product and customer service is superb!

Was not very impressed. They have screens everywhere but none that actually tell you whether it's a hybrid or sativa or indica you have to guess. Plus when I walked out there was a cop waiting to check receipts. Not happy and wont every go back
