This was my first time utilizing this pharmacy, only ending up there at the recommendation of a few people and only because I had been given underwhelming and unprofessional service at a different pharmacy. It was refreshing to be greeted over the phone with such professionalism to which carried on once I visited in person. The pharmacist was extremely gentle in demeanor, willing to offer guidance and more than willing to take time to discuss concerns. And she did all this while calmly handling a very busy front. We unfortunately live in a time right now filled with anxiety, uncertainty and chaos surrounding the health and safety of so many, and within that you can choose to be a certain way, and the pharmacist at Sandstone has chosen kindness and I just think that's wonderful. I will now promote and share my experience as often as I can as well as utilize this facility for all needs pharmaceutical moving forward.
