Receptionist was rude! Moms are always nervous when their babies are immunized for the first time! Please be nice to them and try to calm them down.

I have always had a great experience with all of the staff I have encountered here! Very helpful and no judgement. However, every time I go, the lady at the front desk has not been friendly or approachable. By reading other reviews, I see this is a shared experience unfortunately.

I would like to start by saying that this negative review has nothing to do with the nurses I've encountered here. They have all been exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. This negative review is based solely on the experiences I've had with the receptionist at the front desk. On multiple occasions she has been rude, condescending and belittling towards me (and others according to the reviews on this site). She should not be working anywhere near an environment where she is dealing with fragile new moms. Unfortunately, if you plan to have children in Medicine Hat, and keep them safe by keeping up to date with vaccinations, you will have to endure her snarky and condescending attitude more often than you should have to.

Receptionist was quite rude and standoffish when I requested some health records. Continued to speak to me in a condescending manner and did not fully listen to my request or further comments. All in all, did not provide a friendly environment.

Lactation consultant was great, the front desk woman was very rude every time i went. Except when they hired a new lady, she was great.
