The receptionist was cold and rude. I told her what I was in for and then refused to help without asking about my symptoms or anything. I had a perfectly good reason to go and it wasn’t her business if I was sick or not. I went to the hill clinic near hat high, and I said the same thing and they let me in. In conclusion, I’m not going to carry drive anymore. But check out hill clinic! They were so nice and I got in immediately!
I went in to see Dr.Raya because I had swollen irritated throat. She couldn't even swab my throat because she was so disturbed that I gagged. How can you even be a doctor if you cringe the sight of someone gagging? She then refused to do it again and left
Went in regarding intense chest pain that I still don't know the cause of to sit down with a doctor, him tell me my previous blood work and xrays were fine, which were irrelevant as I had already discussed them previously and told me that I PROBABLY, not for sure, have a uti, a kidney infection or I'm bending funny at work. He sent me away, crying, without asking me a single question, no examination, didn't listen to what I had to say and no antibiotics. The nurse up front was lovely and pointed me in the direction of another doctor. The doctors here are a joke, just like the rest in this city.
Rude receptionist. Your employed to help people not be condicending.
Dr Adedeji is a rare physician: kind, attentive and, in my experience, thoroughly competent. The staff at this clinic are likewise courteous and efficient. I am very grateful for the care I received there.
Went there with a cut to my knuckle thinking a cleaning and glue would solve the issue. Unfortunately it was deeper then we both thought so the dr had me come back after walk in hrs and stitch it up. Very thankful he didn't just send me to emerge. Amazing bedside manner. Best walk in ive been too
Call me old fashioned, but when I ask my doctor a question about medication, that he's prescribing me and he pulls out his phone and googles it or whatever he was doing, then reads word for word what it says on his phone? I could do that! I have no confidence in this doctor. Edit: why do doctors go to school for 7 years and comand such a high salary, if they can't store important information in their minds? What is a doctor doing prescribing medication that he knows nothing about? If he has to look up side effects on his phone, perhaps he needs to educate himself before making those types of decisions?
Great doctors and great office assistants
Excellent staff and service!!! Was very pleased with my most recent and all visits to this clinic!!
I came here (to see Dr.Rinaldi) due too a previouse stroke I had and felt I was about to have another one the previouse day which upping my dosage helped. I needed a new script for this, and ive been crying in pain due to spine-a-bifida, and arthritus; needed X-Rays for this. She didnt bother to even make eye contact, her head was down in outer space the whole time, didnt even bother to check my crooked spine out, or care to check my blood pressure n pulse rate. She kept interupting me saying "No!", (didnt bother to check heart rate or look @ my back), meanwhile, I wasnt asking, I was explaining....She told me Im 30 years old and shes not sending me for X-Rays due too the radiation. "EeeeHhhheeeEEEM!" Choke. I said "Coming from YOU!" a junkie who looks like she smokes crack in a tanning bed 9 times a day, & shops fer her clothing @ a hemp store. WOW!!! I hope this review helps others not to waist there time on shaddy docors who have bypolar mood swings and are nice one visit then blow up on you the next. I left there crying feeling even worse. Well done Dr.Ronald Mcdonald. Hope u veiw this and decide to get the help (You need). Im out...
Don't even bother trying to call this place for information, they will never answer.
Great walk-in clinic. Extremely professional staff!
My doctor and diabetic nurse their staff r awrsome
The doctors here are always thorough with their questions and care! Even when they are busy, they do their best to do their due diligence and provide a safe and comfortable environment. Best walk in to go to in Medicine Hat area!
Took my son here with a cough he had developed a few hours before, my son is prone to Pneumonia and I have a 24 hour window from the onset of a cough to start antibiotics before it is full blown pneumonia, most doctors look at me like I’m stupid when I state the cough has only been present for a couple hours. Dr Adedji placed him on Antibiotics and puffers immediately he even followed up a couple days later with a phone call to ensure that he was getting better. the staff was quick to get him in to an exam room and were exteeemly friendly. Grateful for all of them!
I normally Love my Doc and his entire staff. But today, your extremely impaitent receptionist just kept interruppting me and cutting me off in the middle of my sentences. Look, I know you are busy, and I was a bot muddled due to just waking, and also struggling to breath, needing my asthma medication Next time I call my doc in need of him, ill try to be less human. Perhaps tho too, a recptionist who acually waits for people to speak would be okay. As , I am well aware, all I would hear from this office is that ist is my problem.
Very dissatisfied with my visit, receptionist decided to talk to her co-worker who was not on shift while I was waiting to be checked in stood there for 15 minutes with no one else in the line... My son went in with a clear sinus infection that hadn't cleared after being on antibiotic and got worse Dr.Adedeji didn't even check anything else just listened to my son's breathing... Summed it up as allergies and prescribed a nasal spray....not to mention he talked to me like I was a child myself when I was voicing my concerns about my son. This is the second bad experience with same doctor and I will NOT be going back to this walk-in clinic it's a waste of time when the doctor doesn't take your concerns into consideration.
Dr Adedeji is an incredibly wonderful doctor. He is immensely attentive and knowledgeable. The staff are incredible, professional and very helpful. Greatest walk-in clinic experience ever. Keep it up!
Sometimes I have the bad times where the doctors or nurse has a bad day but usually I don't have problems. In and out pretty fast.
Dr. Rinaldi came into the room for less than 3 minutes, hardly talked to me, wrote a prescription, and left the room. I was the only person in the clinic at the time and she wouldn't even give me the time of day. Didn't give me a chance to ask questions or anything. Not even sure was the right diagnosis. Left me upset, confused and concerned.
This place is a joke. Dr. Ruzyki is completely unprofessional, and unreliable. Blood tests aren't important, get your results in a month. The walking in clinic Doctors are pill pushers, and they don't even want to come near you during exam. Don't waste your time, go to the medical clinic in the Medicine Hat Mall.
All Doctors are good. Except Dr Rinaldi. Have never been impressed with her practice as she doesn't listen to he patients concerns.
Big fan of Dr. Adedeji. Very knowledgeable and he listens at patient's concerns.
Great doctors
Wost place on earth!!! Waited an hour for a "doctor" to come in for 10 seconds gave me a prescription and walked out. My face is swollen to my eye. Didn't look at it or touch it. Cant even spell my name right ether, after looking at my health card.
Dr Rinaldi was absolutely useless! I needed a 10 word medical note and it needed to be worded specifically due to my works requirements to be accepted. Even after explaining in detail why it was needed she ignored me wrote her cookie cutter response and told me that my work can deal with her. After telling her that’s not going to be acceptable she refused to take the note back and return my money, so in essence she’s nothing more than a THIEF!! Wasting my time and and tax payers dollars!
I have always had a good experience at this clinic. Helpful staff and doctors. Fast in and out. Pharmacy next door.
It's terrible I needed a copy of my medical test they don't have one.every doctor and clinics should have copies of medical tests it's slow it takes long to get in appointment.
Very quick and easy visit. Front desk receptionist was great! Always good to see someone who likes there job and is energetic when taking information. I beleive she went over and above what i have seen others do for me in the past. Thank you.
Absolutely the only walk-in I will attend, myself. I've tried other clinics, and although there is one that I've been to as a caregiver, for my own treatment, Carry Drive is my go-to. I've had issues with other clinics that left me very wary (prescribed medication without my allergy list even being asked for, for example, only to find out it was my most serious allergen), so I'm extremely critical of clinics, but I have zero hesitation going here. Wait times can be a bit long at times, if there are a lot of walk-in patients or if the doctor on duty is also running appointments (can't exactly criticize a place for being popular, though!), but it's absolutely worth it. Wonderfully friendly staff who truly know their job (and then some!), comfortable and calming exam rooms (very important when you have severe anxiety as I do), all your facilities handy (washrooms, pharmacy, even places to get something to eat or drink across the road if you're wanting to kill some time if the line's longer than you want, though not necessarily wise, as sometimes those lines can move *fast*), great, competent doctors (my own does walk-ins there too, which is handy!). The only potential negative is that the waiting area is technically also a corridor, but given the building size and layout (shared among multiple tenants/ services), the space is sensibly used and still comfortable, so you can't complain. Great hours as well - it can be hard finding a clinic that's open as long and often as this one!
Dr. Jean boodhoo saved my life. I know understand what was happening to me. Now with my new found education I am able to navigate fully understanding how to address my emotional distress. Thank you dr. Boodhoo
Outstanding doctor: Listens, Cares, Helps. Staff, as great as the doctor. Best walking clinic I have ever been in. Thank you!!
They go through patients quickly but I recommend going when they first open to get in line.
Came here due to my heart being sore for days. Doctor came in, sat in his chair, didn’t make eye contact with me, asked me two questions and wrote a prescription on his note book. He wasn’t in there for even two minutes. He didn’t even check my heart beat or anything when I originally came in for my heart. Not happy with this place at all.
Always helpful and kind.
Slow.
I love this Walk In! Great physician and friendly organized staff.
