This store is generally clean, well-stocked, I find the fruits and veggies are usually fresh and crisp. The meat, poultry and fish are also well presented. They have a huge selection of beers but I can't find any "Porter" in all that selection for some reason. It's a bit pricey for me but I go because I can find the Sherbrooke Record there and when I'm there I like to get their homemade potato chips and some meats.

Yesterday my friends and I were running late so we decided to stop at the Metro Plus Plouffe for a prepared dinner to take home. The salad was okay after we added a few things but the chicken pot pie was the worst thing we ever ate. At least it made us laugh! not a very motivated team working here. i went in to buy a product that is available at most metro outlets. asked 2 staff members to help me find the product. the first one pointed me to aisle 5 and said he had never seen or heard of this product. i asked him to check the computer system to see if it was available in the store and he said no. second employee pointed me to aisle 3 (after saying they had never seen this product before). After 20 minutes of searching i walked out. Staff evidently could not be bothered to give me the time of day /i felt i was making a nuisance of myself by even asking. will shop elsewhere where friendly service is available! thank you, no thank you!
