Feeling too much, I moved away a bit but frankly I think it is a lack of blatant professionalism and to wait for the customer in addition it is the customer service that scooped. It was very uncomfortable and I can not imagine the poor cashier so humiliated. In short very bad experience. Me sentant de trop, je me suis éloignée un peu mais franchement je trouve que c'est un manque de professionnalisme flagrant et de faire attendre le client en plus c'est le service à la clientèle qui en écope. C'était ultra malaisant et je ne m'imagine même pas la pauvre caissière humiliée de tel sorte. Bref très mauvaise expérience.

Not really impressed with the service. I purchased a mask at this location, expecting a standard product. There was no picture or display showcasing the mask would be any different than a standard one (elastics around the ears). What I got instead was a mask where the elastics went all the way around the head, and the elastics were entirely way too tight for me. I returned asking if they could accomodate me on another purchase, or take this one as a return, but was refused completely. I didn't expect a full return given the hygiene concerns, but for them to not include any kind of disclaimer on the packaging is misleading and disappointing.

Ce lieux est très propres, les employés sont gentils, très serviables, souriants et bien dévoués, comptoir prescription très bon service et très professionels, j'ai toujours été bien servi, les pharmaciens (nes )sont bienveillants envers les clients, même les plus difficiles à contenter.... J'aime cette pharmacie et je surveille les meilleurs spéciaux à la réception du circulaire, merci Uniprix, un endroit accueillant ça me plait ❤
