Worst place to go for medical supplies i was waiting all day for supplies no one showed up the next day I call and they tell me the driver was here and he was not and in order to get my medical supplies it will be a 14 dollar charge or I will have to pick them up we are parents of a medically fragile child we cant just venture out when we want to

Staff is very friendly, location is not the greatest due to being on dundas right in the middle of Adelaide and Lyle street. Mornings are the worse lots of loitering in front can make it intimidating going there first time. Noon hour and late Afternoons are a bit better. Only parking is by meter not many spots

I'm fairly regular customer not too often not just enough when necessary they've kept the stock a plenty and no matter what's going on in the East end all staff members are friendly and approachable

These people are saints. I've seen staff being screamed at and abused but allowed to come back the next day as long as they behave from there on in. What these people sometimes have to deal with, with the clientel of users, addicts and the homeless is mind-blowing, but they do it and smile afterwards. Seriously, I've seen people trying any story they can just to get a pill, the staff know they are being lied too, but still are patient with the customer. Also, the amount of affordable food products, coffee selections and canned foods is amazing. They really are trying their best, in probably the worst area of London, to help all people out. Even to go so far as to let a select group of people who get certain medications daily come to the back of the store an hour before opening to be given their medications. Incredible. If there was an award for helping the community they should receive it. They even know just about all their customers by their first names.

Great affordable prices on random necessities, but unfortunately this place doesn't attract the most trustworthy, honest customers. Of course not all the customers fit that profile, but the ones who do really don't make the shopping experience very positive. Friendly & professional staff though!

The only thing they are good for are free medication deliveries & cheaper price for meds. They lie and say the driver was here and I wasn’t home, forcing me to come and pick it up all the time, they are rude and make you feel like a lier when you are not.

Fantastic pharmacy staff, unfortunately delivery service is way below par. Driver didn't show up till 7pm last week, an this week at 745pm still no sign of him or any way to contact for for 2ed week in a row have had to cancel plans unable to leave or risk no meds till I can call in on Monday. Will definitely be calling an seeing what I need to do to change delivery to Thursday or Friday. Very Very disappointed with lack of timely deliverys!!!
