Store has recently been renovated and no longer carries items they have carried for 15 years. When I ask about the items, I am told that I have to go somewhere else and buy them. If I wanted to go somewhere else I would have in the first place. Upon calling their head office I am told that they just want to sell wholesale products and not to the general public! They don't want the average person shopping at their store. Their wish is granted. I am switching my prescriptions elsewhere and will never step foot in that store again. Thanks for treating your long term customers so great!

they Had strawberries I wanted but when I went to grab em to buy and both cartons had strawberries that were growing mold. Not jus a single one the whole batch...shouldn't the staff be checking that so customers don't buy the product that's moldy. presentation is key ????

Great store. Don't go very often as i do not live in lethbridge. Honestly, the best part about this store is Tasha, whether she works cashier or customer service. Always cheerful, and eager to help if she can. 5 stars for Tasha, 4 stars for the store because of long lines to pay. Open a few more checkouts when things get busy.

I usually shop here because it has the cheapest prices in town. Definitely won't get the same selection as Superstore, but you still get good deals. I liked it for the 50% off vegetable rack which I always hit up. The staff is always really friendly and kind stores clean good covid-19 protocol being followed. Shop here all the time :-)

I was very disappointed in my experience. It was 45 minutes to close and a restaurant owner with a huge order to put through. I only had a few things. There was only one cashier and i couldn't wait 20 minutes or more for this person to be done. So i had to walk out. Pretty bad when grocery stores are being supported to have enough staff and the greedy managment wants to fatten their wallet. Very poor customer experience.

Same products as superstore but cheaper! One of the best places to purchase meats! I can figure out why it's not more busy but I guess that's a good thing, also in the dairy cooler there are always new products to try for very agreeable prices!

Since the Real Canadian opened up a couple years ago, I don't frequent the Wholesale Club as often as before. But it hasn't suffered from my lack of business - haha - still THE place to go for bulk goods, be they food or cooking supplies. It's not unusual to see a shopper with a warehouse cart filled up to overflowing with bulk goods. They do accept credit cards now as well

I have found on the whole the staff to be amazing! I was a little taken aback by the new young man who is a cashier. Who seems unable to help a 60 year woman and a 90 year old father lift out a 35 lb or more piece of beef to the conveyor or even say don't bother leave it in the cart. I will avoid his till at all times.I have had the older women who are cashiers in the store much more helpful to me and my father.

Place is bright, clean with wide aisles. The cooking equipment section is amazing, recommend home cooks and small restaurant owners to take a look. The produce and daily section was very fresh. I was very surprised they even have a section for wholesale halal meats! A surprising find in the middle of Lethbridge. Wholesale prices without the membership.

Customer service is practically nonexistent, but you can find really great deals on the basics and save hundreds of dollars on bulk products. Not a ton of options for a single product but you can get what you need.

Great place for buying in large quantities. Multiple halal options, which was great. The prices were reasonable. There are everything you want to buy: meat, dairy, vegtables, vegitarian options, spices, snacks chocolates... You may not find the fancy cakes that you can see in the bakery section of other stores but I will definitely go there again. It's interesting that place doesn't show up if you search " grocery store" in the google map application, but it's definitely a good grocery store.

Nice staff and good selection with average prices. They have clearance items near the cashiers that are heavily discounted. What matters here is the prices for buying in bulk.

My favourite large store for medication and groceries in the South Okanagan. Lots of stock, helpful staff, incredible pharmacy folks, easy parking and access. When I need to travel to Penticton, a stop at Wholesale Club is usually on the list!

Whole beef loin for under $100! (mine was $67). Worked out to $4 per steak (strip loin steaks, BBQ cut, 1 full inch thick). Monster drinks 12 for $21! This place is a largely undiscovered gem of good food at great prices.

Staff were disrespectful unhelpful and refused to enforce the mask by law. Half of the customers did not have masks and staff did not do anything about it I highly recommend avoiding this place since everyone was coughing on this product. Not to mention the mouse poop on half the shelves.

One of my favorite stores. I always buy my wings and ribs there, plus other stuff that I can't get at the other stores. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was seeing the watermelons going for just over $11.00 when I could have gotten one for about half that at one of the other stores. I really like Tasha (if I have gotten her name correct). She has such a nice friendly personality!
