We have been going here for decades and the service has never changed (and I hope it never does), always the nicest and most helpful staff. It’s so nice to have a store that still feels warm, inviting, and (most importantly) so APPRECIATIVE of, and attentive to their customers. Also, they’ve been so great with my prescriptions, answered all of my questions and concerns, and helped me deal with any health issues. One of the few stores left that have that old small store feel - where they recognize and happily greet when you walk in!

Received outstanding customer service from Kai Boehme today. I arrived a few minutes after the store closed to pick up a prescription, and caught Kai as he was driving away. He went above and beyond to unlock the store and get the prescription for me. I sure appreciated him doing that for me.

I was in Thriftway Pharmacy on 13 Street North yesterday and the pharmacist did not have a mask on. How irresponsible is that? She was stocking shelves in the store common area, I asked her why she wasn't wearing her mask and she said she had gotten her vaccine and she is usually behind the counter. She was standing right beside me and a sign that said "everyone" in the store must wear a mask. What about all the people she waits on who haven't had their vaccine? There isn't enough evidence to prove she can't still get Covid or transmit it to other people. Is there? I am going to call the head pharmacist on Tuesday to find out if this is going to be common practice in their pharmacy. It is spreading the wrong message
