Love coming here, I always find little gifts for family while I'm looking for prescriptions. Pharmacy staff is always amazing and helpful. Make the switch to local business! These guys even deliver prescriptions!

Worst service, I have ever experience. Front counter staff do not care about the customer waiting for the service, the lady on the front desk is rude and have bad behaviour. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anybody residing in Lethbridge.

I live in the neighborhood. Have for 2 years. Hate going in there. I am a senior. I carry my a backpack instead of a purse, and I have to leave it at the front. Anyone could just grab it on their way out the door. My personal items are in my backpack, no different than ladies that carry handbags. Just because I choose to carry a backpack, I am apparently being labelled a thief. But, others can carry large handbags and do not have their belongings stripped from them. How about those who wear jackets with large pockets? The discrimination has to STOP!!! Customer service is poor ....never once have either of the elderly cashiers treated me like a customer should be treated. No eye contact. Snippy rude attitude, when asking a question, like they don't want or need my money. Inexcusable, how do they stay in business.

Had a prescription to fill and just moved a few blocks from Stubb's. Silly name but my prescription was filled in mere minutes even though they were busy. Also was happy to find the store spotlessly clean, bright and they have a wonderful coffee for 69 cents. They do delivery for prescriptions, blister packs, postal office inside, etc. I'm taking 1/2 a star off, I felt they tried a bit too hard to make me a customer, odd as it sounds. I just need honesty, not brown nosing. Took off 1/2 a star, I felt some prices on common things were very expensive. eg Nyquil liquid $12.99...With the hospital and multiple doctor offices so near by...I don't think they need to gouge customers quite so much.

The staff is remarkable. They are professional, nonjudgmental and maintain a friendly warmth. I recommend the pharmacists and staff to anyone.

They need to update their hours. Turns out they close at 6pm. Online says 7pm, would have been helpful to know the correct hours.

bad place to go if your a First Nations person, dehumanizing FN people, very rude pharmacist and staff I highly recommend not going there if you are a FN person

I visit Stubbs most often for the Canada Post outlet, but always end up spending time browsing the gift section of the store. It has become my go to place for greeting cards, as they have a great selection including UNICEF. Also lots of unique gifts.
