Just moved from PEI. we've We've been shopping at Sobeys for 30 years. This store we found small with limited selection. Bread and some bakery products went stale within a day or so of purchase. We would like to see another, larger store in central or Western Lethbridge.

Grabbed some groceries here while travelling, had an issue with a tray but there wasn’t a staff member around to assist. Their selection of trays was limited but perhaps caught them at a bad time before they were able to replenish stock.

I don't shop at Sobey's regularly, but I will go if I only need 1 or 2 things or for a specific deal since I live nearby. When I do go, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming, the lines are short and the fresh bakery items are worth returning for.

Best bakery in Lethbridge & they have Air Miles. The only 2 reasons I even frequent the store as their tellers are almost always too young & incompetent. The trip to the store tonight has really ruined my evening as now I will have to return to the store at a later date to have them fix my bill as the teller was to lackadaisical to do it tonight. I'm sure you can find staff, older & mature with work ethic to work in your store.

I am trying to be environmental conscious. I chose to get the paper bags for my groceries. VERY CHEAPLY made. 3 of the 4 bags ripped. Sobeys MUST fix these bags or dont offer them. How would you Feel if your groceries were all over the place or any glass were broken

This Sobey's supermarket in North Lethbridge is what we've come to expect. Whether shopping at Sobey's in Niagra-on the-Lake, as we did a few weeks ago, or here in Lethbrige, the stores are spacious and the merchandise layouts are similar, saving running back and forth looking for items. The produce section features a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The deli features a wide selection of meats, salads and cheeses, and the bakery has a great selection of fresh bread and pasteries. I was surprised that they didn't have foccacia bread - we were told that it was 'seasonal' . Who knew that foccacia had a season!

I think this grocery store leaves you wanting so much more! The produce is often not worth buying. It seems neglected, and there is not a great selection. It is very disappointing. I expect much more from Sobeys. I remember this grocery store being so much better in N.S. The staff do not seem very friendly or happy either. This store could be so much better. The worst customer service in any grocery store ever. Everyone avoids customers and work, you wait and wait and wait, and get back in line to ask for another page. Can't find a manager either. Surprised anyone shops there at all. They are close in proximity but not my regular grocery store. Just thought I would pick up a few necessities and flyer specials. Not worth the touted 'savings'.

Great service by produce manager. Ask what this huge brown gourde was and not only told me, offered to allow me to try a piece. Bought a piece of this unusual fruit called jack fruit from India. Top service from this employee. Well done and I’ll not ever be concerned about asking about products they sell again. Thanks for the introduction to new things.

Some funny things going on here. I have never been in a store that the outside did not have basic food in. The outside most times have fruits and vegetables milk eggs meat and baking. This store had one of the three sides with crackers and chips. That was strange to me but was still alright. Not a huge selection up there but alright. Things looked fresh and tasty.

The store goes the extra mile to make sure you have found exactly what you want awesome customer service. In the meat department if you ask them for a certain cut they will do this for you, deli department is incredibly helpful when it comes to selecting their Deli Goods I couldn't appreciate it more. Sobeys is well organized and clean and the staff are amazing overall this is an excellent store to shop in.
