So the manager left at 4 pm and still hadn't returned around 8 pm when I was there. Went to get a mattress and had to get them to page someone for help twice, no one appeared or was even on the floor. Even then we still waited for 20 minutes. Eventually my sister went to customer service and we got helped by a older women named Jody, GOD BLESS HER!!! she was the only person who helped us. Not only was she the sweetest person she helped us load the mattress into our car. She was the ONLY good thing about this place. Not to mention all the misplaced items and garbage. Also no workers in the till like usual

Green grocery is SOPPING WET and thus, will not keep more than a day or two in one's fridge, even if dried and spun when you get it home. I don't agree that the pricing is good. Pricing for food is much the same as one finds at Safeway, Superstore or NoFrills. I will not purchase food there again as it is a repeated problem. The ground beef I tried had grizzle in it. I have tried both departments and have been disappointed each time. The bakery buns are good. However, the selection is not great. Walmart... I guess one cannot expect much more. One thing I DO appreciate is the price matching. Hence, the selection of 3 stars.

If you know what you need at any Walmart, it’s fine to go and get it, but if you need help finding something or aren’t sure what type of x or y you need, then go anywhere else. Canadian tire is increasingly a much better option than stinky ol’ Walmart.

The photo department: I was so glad to have met Dominic, the assistant store manager for the Northside Lethbridge Walmart store. He with no hesitation helped me with an online photo print promotion problem where the link was not uploading and causing all sorts of madness. Dominic immediately set me up with their in-store printer, help me uploaded all my photos and at the end of the craziness this kind man honoured the same prices as the online promotion. ???? Incredible service! Dominic is your go-to person. Thank you, Dominic, for your professionalism. We need more people like yourself in all the Walmart stores. J.Petersen

Walmart north in Lethbridge is my favorite store. They have worked really hard to keep the price's right but when the do have a price wrong. They fix it right away. Today i got to things for free because of "Scanning Code Of Practice" both my food items were under $10 so they were completely free. Also the Hungry Man dinners are the cheapest i have ever seen them!! $1.98!! WOW

Staff are obnoxious and rude, a cashier lady rolled their eyes at me when I tried to tell them something was on sale and they did not believe me. Was forced to go across the store to grab the tag to bring it to the lady. Proceeded to sigh loudly and roll her eyes at me as she put it through. I can’t believe how this place is to customers.

Disappointed in Security Guard & Greeter. Counted 10 people without masks. When told that there were people not wearing mask, response was nothing we can do about it.
