Have been going here for the last few months with a new family doctor, and so far it's been great. The front desk staff are quick, the back desk staff are helpful, and the doctors are very good. Definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Colin Walsh is our family doctor. He is punctual and respectful and has been exceptional with his care of my family’s health. His staff provide professional support with booking appointments and such. I appreciate the services provided by the Haig Clinic.

The most rude, unprofessional, people (not just employees) people i have spoken to in years! DO NOT go here for any reason whatsoever! I wouldn't sent someone i disliked, much less someone i cared for here. I'm disgusted. I've never wrote a bad review in my life but this place deserves to be shut down.

Reception was very friendly and helpful, once moved to wait for the Dr the nurse came to take vitals. She was super friendly, warm and welcoming. I'd been struggling quite badly with anxiety, she helped lift it immensely (thank you Diane). Once in to see the doctor (Dr. McKay), her bedside manner was amazing. Very clear, calm and thorough. Open to questions and quick with answers. All in all I would recommend to anyone, especially anyone who struggles with any level of anxiety/panic issues.

Great clinic and always timely appointments. I see there's some negative reviews, but my experience doesn't match at all. Reception is pleasant enough - getting business done though - and staff are professional.

Unprofessional, Dr. Robertson was extremely rude and incompetent. She refused to look at our file and do her job. Front desk people are young and being guided by old women who don’t want to be there. Have been going since we were born and will never be back. Don’t go here if you want care.

I had been looking for a new doctor. I was sitting in the reception area. I couldn’t help overhear and I am sure other people could hear one miserable nurse complaining about thier significant other or boyfriend or whatever going through some sort of divorce. This went on for some time and I decided that this place was not for me. I should have read the reviews and went elsewhere instead of wasting my time here.

I've been going here for years, I've always seen Dr. Haig, and also Dr. Tupper. Both are incredible caring and kind. Front staff are always welcoming and I wouldn't wish to go anywhere else.

Been there since was born I had a bump in my head form and had an emergency clinic appt (with someone who wasn't my doctor) they felt the top of my head (even though the bump was on the bottom) look through my history and say I had anxiety and tried to tell me it was an anxiety attack, news flash ATTACT DONT LAST A FEW WEEKS

My problem with the clinic is the receptionists, I called because I needed to talk to my specialists nurse, but the receptionist wouldn't put me though saying that the nurses don't want calls put though unless they just called you. Well after begging to talk to the nurse I finally got though and the nurse was shocked when I told her how hard it was to get a hold of them. All of the receptionist in this clinic need to realize they don't get to make decisions on whether I talk to my nurse!

I see some negative reviews here. In my experiences over the last 4 years, the doctors have been courteous, personable and helpful. When booking via phone, the wait time can feel excessive but the receptionists are prompt to assist me/ my families needs when its my turn. The clinic operates on a timely manner as well, something that is very important to me.

I and my family have been with this Clinic for 38 years. I have never had any problems or concerns with the help, advice, and services we received. Even when my doctor retired, I was able to select another doctor from the Haig. They are very knowledgable, professional, and offer good service and advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.
