they sold me expired meds and wouldn't refund me because I opened them. Never buying from these jokers again.

Very rude pharmacist, I asked if they have alcohol or sanitizer, he told me to wait for a few minutes so I waited for him for more than 10 minutes, then told me to go away because he needs more time to finish whatever he is doing then go straight to his office and leave me hanging in there. Very unprofessional.

On the day you came, there were two clients to be served before you, and that was the reason our staff told you that he needed to finish with the client ahead of you, before attending to you. Our focus is always on offering a top notch quality service to our customers, and would take into consideration your suggestions/inputs in our continuous improvement initiatives. Hi Raylye, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry if your expectations were not met; we always welcome feedback, with a view to improving the service quality to our customers, and would try to incorporate yours for improvement. However, we do not carry expired medications on our shelves, as it negates the ethics of the profession. Secondly, in reference to the Standards for the Operation of Licensed Pharmacies by the provincial colleges, we are not allowed to take back any medications that had been dispensed or sold to a person. That explained why our staff declined your request to return the medication that had already been dispensed to you.
