My husband got me flowers as a surprise and wanted them delivered to my work. He ordered from the online system and filled out all the information they needed so I could be surprised at work with flowers. The lady from flowers on 9th phoned me and left a message saying I was getting a delivery.... So much for it being a surprise, I was really sad that I didn't get surprised. So basically, don't hire this company if your looking to surprise someone because they just ruin it. On the plus side the arrangement was gorgeous.

Darcy and his staff were very accommodating and made choosing the flowers for our wedding easy. Not only were our bridal bouquets and flower arrangements perfect and exactly what we were looking for but they were affordable. The flowers lasted for weeks after the wedding! I just received a flower arrangement from Flowers on 9th. All the flowers were wilted and all the petals on the large hydrangea were brown and curled up. Even the greenery was dry. I called and was told it was made from fresh flowers the day before so they would do nothing about it. I would never recommend this flower shop. It doesn't even rate 1 star but that's the lowest rating I could give.

The freshest flowers in town! After spending a couple of years trying out different flower shops Flowers on 9th is now the only one I go to. The always have a great selection and I go away happy. Also, their flowers seem to last much longer than any other shop I've gone to. Not sure how they do it, but I'm a very happy customer. They are a local business and have also supported a charity I'm associated with. Every time I ask, they are happy to support local. Make sure you support them too!

My grandma received flowers for mothers day and the flowers came to us and they were half dead. I brought the flowers back to them on the weekend and told her we didn't want them and that we were disappointed. The lady who took the flowers agreed and said they were bad and that she would refund us and get us new flowers. The owner called my grandma and told us the flowers were burnt and that it was our fault and that I was abusive to her staff for saying we just don't want them. Everyone do not use these guys they are horrible flowers and horrible customer service.

I recently got married and picked Flowers on 9th to do my bouquet. I had a conceptual idea of what I wanted but didn’t know how that would translate into flowers. At our consultation, they listened carefully and made sure that they understood me. Then they selected flowers from their cooler that they thought would fit my vision and asked for my input. Not only did this give me a better idea of what I could expect but it also helped me narrow down which flowers I liked. Two days later they sent me a quote that summarized the style of bouquet that I wanted, the kinds of flowers that would be used and the cost. Compared to the other florists that I looked at, they had a very attractive price point and did everything that they could to help me visualize what their final product would look like. Additionally, they had no problem with me ordering bulk flowers through them and using them with greenery that I had acquired elsewhere. In fact, they suggested this as a way for me to achieve the look that I desired at a lower price point. They worked within my budget and never tried to push me outside of it, which I greatly appreciated. I picked up my flowers two days before my wedding and they looked as beautiful the day of as they did on my wedding day. For reference, I wanted a bouquet that looked modern, airy, autumnal (without looking Halloween-ish) and something that meshed with the environment of the mountains in the fall. What I wanted was a unicorn of a bouquet and that’s exactly what Flowers on 9th delivered. I would highly recommend Flowers on 9th not only to people getting married but also to anyone looking to purchase flowers. They were incredibly attentive, friendly and did an excellent job. This past Mother's Day my husband got me an arrangement from Darcy and his creative staff. The Flower arrangement was stunning. The best thing about Flowers on 9th is their designs. I love telling this creative team what my favorite flower is and then I am always amazed with what they create. I love not looking at a book and picking out an arrangement. I love just going in telling them my budget and letting them design. I highly recommend Darcy and his staff.
