On s’y prend d’avance par obligation et l’expérience est déprimante. Une étoile pour le rayon des cosmétiques, une pour le stationnement. Quant aux tests rapides COVID-19, on m’a renvoyé à leur site web tout à fait conforme aux formats bureaucratiques et je n’y ai rien pu faire. On ne pouvait même pas prendre mon nom pour me mettre sur une liste d’attente. Ayant mis mes coordonnées pour qu’on me rappelle, le préposé une semaine plus tard ne comprenait ni ma question ni n’avait de solution. Je suis encore assez en santé pour me conduire ailleurs, ce que j’ai fait.

Oui l'attente pour les médications peuvent être longue, mais quand je suis arriver la semaine dernière POST-OPÉRATOIRE ABDOMINAL j'ai donner mon script, et sa a même pas pris 20 minutes que j'ai eu mes médications parmi la fil. Pour couper l'attente en magasin j'appelle la pharmacie d'avance et averti de mon temps de passement a la demande du pharmacien et quand j'arrive je rentre et sort en moin de 5 minutes. Ils ont toujours été courtoies avec moi sans aucun problème, oui défois certain pharmacien peuvent avoir l'air bête quel que fois que je les ai vues, mais ont dois ce rappeler qu'ils sont aussi comme nous humain avec des émotions très valides, Oui au service a la clientèle faut pouvoir laisser nos émotions derière mais la vérité c'est que on peut pas toujours faire sa. The pharmacy section is absolutely horrible!!! I went to pick up medication for my sick toddler at home in the middle of a pandemic and they told me it would take two hours!!! I was with my 7 month old baby 2 HOURS!!! For 2 pills because I know what the medication was!!! So I asked them to deliver it and it only came right before the store closed !!! On another occasion they made me pay for medication and never refunded me !!! I asked to speak to the owner and he obviously never called I reached my last straw today I will no longer going to them and I will be moving my file elsewhere!! Absolutely horrible
